Vacation rentals in Rives

Marilyn’s home was clean and SO charming! She turned lights on knowing we’d be arriving late and even had a local treat waiting for us in the event we were hungry from traveling (so thoughtful)! She had a coffee bar stocked for our morning as well which helped us make it through the morning until we could get to a grocery store. Furnishings and linens were comfortable and the home was even decorated for the holidays! My cousins and I will be back for more stays in TN and will definitely seek to stay here again!

This was our second time to stay at this Airbnb. This was a last minute reservation and the owners were able to accommodate our needs. Very easy to communicate with. I would recommend this Airbnb. Very clean! This unit is connected to their home and you can hear muffled conversations. This is not a problem for us we just close doors. We are on the run while in town anyway.

Our extended family was in Martin for a UTM graduation and Warner's place was perfect. It is only a couple blocks from the quaint Martin downtown, with at least three wonderful restaurants and several shops. It is also very close to the campus. The home is spacious, comfortable, and very well decorated. The kitchen was perfect for preparing a large meal for our group. Warner has all the right cookware and serving items. We loved having access to three bedrooms and three bathrooms so that everyone in our group had their own space. We were there in the winter, but this would be an excellent place to stay during spring or summer as there is a large backyard without door tables and chairs. Highly recommend.

Three Pines Cottage was so cute, so cozy, and so clean! It had everything we needed, and we enjoyed being able to watch a Netflix series. The bathroom was super nice and the decorating was appropriate! Communication was excellent with Cassie. We enjoyed our visit! Easy to get in with the code, and instructions for the stay were clear.

This location is absolutely beautiful! It reminded me so much of my grandmother's home. It's full of antiques, and it has a large front porch with a swing and wicker furniture and a screened in back porch with a private back yard. It's just blocks from downtown, and there are restaurants that you can walk to nearby. The bed was very comfortable, and she has many things you can use in the kitchen to assist you with cooking if you so desire. The furniture is very comfortable, and I really felt at home. I will always have fond memories of my visit there.

Perfect for what we needed!

This was our second stay, and we hope to be back again in the future! The updates to this home are well done and it has all the modern amenities you may need. We really appreciate the updated kitchen and open living areas. Bathrooms are also very nice! Super comfortable beds and furniture! The home was spotless! 5 stars, highly recommend.

It was very clean and welcoming. We will be staying there again.
