Family-friendly vacation rentals in Riverside, Jacksonville

we had some car troubles right before traveling for vacation and was a stressful few days. felt great to walk into the Airbnb and everything was just right. clean looked as advertised and felt homey right away. the kids had an absolute blast even on days we just hung out at the house. nice quite neighborhood not to far from things to do. would recommend to friends and family for sure and or stay again. thanks for topping off our vacation with the perfect place to stay!

Great condo all the amenities you could want - nice wide balcony with a beautiful view. We spent lots of time there from early morning to late at night - we did not cook at night but if you wanted the kitchen was equipped with everything you might need. Convenient to beach restaurants. Pool was nice. Other condo guests were friendly. Highly recommended

Booked this location for a golf team training trip and it was perfect to fit my entire team and provided lots of activities within the Airbnb to do in their downtime that allows great bonding time experiences. Will definitely be booking here again for future training trips if it is available!

Beautiful inside and out. Comfortable furnishings and bed. Sofa covers were clean and attractive and allowed our dog, Birdie, to join us on the couch as we watched college football playoff games. Kitchen well-stocked and spacious. Perhaps a little thing to many/most, but my wife raved about the heated toilet seat. Back area is so very special with lanai, pond, fountain, fish, putting green, and orange trees. Everything about the Confetti House says "relaxing". The neighborhood actually looked very southern Florida, which is a nice thing, and was so convenient in getting to nearby Publix, Starbucks, restaurants, beach, and Cradle Creek Preserve, where we walked several times. Frank communicated promptly and effectively. Many personal touches that were appreciated. All of this made for a great start to the new year!

We had an amazing time at David’s home. Everything was conveniently labeled and clean. The home is beautiful and located very close to downtown and the beach. David was responsive with any questions or concerns we had and was extremely nice. We would definitely stay here again.

This home was very clean spacious and cozy. It was a great fit for the 5 of us and our Great Pyrenees. We loved being close to family and lots to do. Micklers Landing ( beach) was 35 min away, easy parking, dog friendly and a nice beach for the kids. Host was friendly and very responsive. We will definitely be back!

Hosts were gracious enough to accept an extremely last minute reservation; We were so appreciative, this cutie little home was charmingly calming after a very long drive. The beds are something to dream about, so comfortable. We were able to walk for breakfast and coffee, and a quiet neighborhood to let our dog explore. There are so many great restaurants within a few miles, parks for pets, and lots of things to do. This bungalow is absolutely as wonderful as you hope it will be!!

Richard's place was awesome. Unique, historical home plus in a good area for ease of access to restaurants and cafes etc. Richard was also really accommodating (we were able to get in earlier than the regular check in time) and very easy to coordinate with.

Mateus and John are truly the most wonderful and kind hosts! I needed to check in a day early, and they graciously accommodated me at the last minute without any hesitation. Their home is SPOTLESS and beautifully decorated, featuring modern appliances. I appreciated having my privacy during my stay, while still knowing they were always quick to respond and available whenever I needed anything. I felt completely comfortable throughout my four-week stay!

The location was perfect, just 2 blocks from the beach. We loved the spacious layout with 2 master bedrooms, each featuring a full bathroom. The availability of condiments and toiletries was a thoughtful touch, and when we needed the correct Wi-Fi password, Taryn responded promptly. A few notes for future guests: - The property has multiple levels with many stairs including stairs to get from the front door to the first level/floor, which may be challenging for those with mobility issues or joint concerns. - Parking is tight. Our Lexus RX 350 barely fit at an angle, and larger vehicles like a Ford F-150 or Audi Q7 or GMC Yukon, etc would stick out into the street no matter how you park. - The high ceilings and open design made the rooms feel airy & open, but the temperature varied noticeably—upstairs was warm, while downstairs felt cool or cold. Overall, these were manageable, and we had a great stay. We’d happily return!

This was exactly what I needed to regroup on my trip. Check in and out was easy. Place easy to find with easy check in and out. I felt safe and comfortable. Nice quiet neighborhood. Hosts friendly, welcoming and easy to communicate with! Nice location - easy to beach and lots to do. Mini fridge, microwave and full size toaster oven made it easy to prep convenience meals when I wanted to stay in. I would stay again if ever in the area. Thank you!

My boyfriend, our dog and myself just spent 21 days here while he had classes for work. The house felt just like home. The beach was a short walk and was dog friendly. The grocery store was a short walking distance of 3 blocks and a dollar tree was not even a 5 minute drive. Everything was close and convenient. The house is well maintained. We had a great stay!! We will definitely have to go back.

Had a great time! The condo was super clean and had everything we needed! Very easy to contact Sheila with any questions. If we’re ever back in Jacksonville Beach we will definitely stay again!

Staley’s rental was perfect for our 2 couples. Clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Loved the balcony view of the ocean and the easy accessibility! Beds were super comfy and nice to have our own bathrooms. We used the Beach Buggy service to get to the restaurants. Thanks Staley!

This getaway was incredible—I'm almost hesitant to share it. The unobstructed ocean view, quiet atmosphere, and provided beach gear made it perfect for me and my two girls. It was spotless, giving me peace of mind. We absolutely loved it. Thanks for a great experience!

This condo is an absolute gem and the hosts are simply wonderful. The location is incredible, quiet and peaceful and the unit is very spacious for a 2/2. The small courtyard grass area is such a wonderful area, especially with children. Max and Sara were extremely responsive and literally have everything you could possibly need at this unit. I will only stay here when visiting Jax beach for now on. Thank you Max and Sara for the wonderful trip!

Kudos to the host for being very responsive and accommodating. We enjoyed every minute of our vacation. Wonderful place and very convenient to shopping, restaurants and various places especially the beach. Cable tv and streaming on every tv. The house was stocked with amenities and even games for the kids. Very relaxing environment and the pool was a great added touch so we only visited the beach once. We would definitely get this place again when we visit again.
