Monthly Rentals in River Taff

Beautiful apartment in a really convenient location! Easy to get into the centre of Cardiff and only a short walk to Pontcanna shops/market.

We selected our stay at the cottage initially because it is close to where my brother lives in Llantrisant. However we were pleasantly surprised that the location and cottage are excellent in quality, comfort and facilities. Gill provided excellent directions and access details. The views over the common make a wonderful ambiance to the cottage. Private, quiet, pristine clean, good decor with modern facilities it definitely is “a hidden gem”.

Donna's place was super clean and comfortable. There were three of us and the open design and comfort of the kitchen, lounge, dining made it very social. There are lots of kitchen appliances if you wanted to make meals. There is a fantastic Indian restaurant (with great staff and food) within 3 minutes walk. Also a Chinese food takeaway about 5 minutes walk in the opposite direction. We had a rental car and parking on the street was not a problem and safe as it is a service road. There is one flight of stairs to enter the property. Would definitely stay again.

I’ve stayed in many Air B&Bs but this was by far the best. Beautiful old cottage full of character but completely modernised and more of a 5* boutique hotel feel inside. Beautifully furnished; top class bedding and little touches like bathrobes etc as well as an amazing “welcome pack”. Close to the Taff trail and the main road into Cardiff and rail links; but the kind of place to just light the fire and curl up with a book or watch a film on the huge flat screen TV on a rainy day…. Can’t fault it; the kind of place you’d want to stay in permanently! :)
