This was the perfect accommodation for our weekend visit. Lesley’s communication was excellent. The flat was much larger than we expected and so clean, warm and welcoming. It absolutely ticked all the boxes of what an Airbnb should have and more. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Beautiful, secluded cottage in a lovely area of the countryside. The kitchen is large and well stocked, the house has a very cosy and welcoming vibe. All of the bedrooms were comfortable for 4 couples. We drove to the local villages of Great Bardfield and Finchingfield which were both quintessentially English and attractive. A very refreshing and enjoyable countryside escape - I would recommend!

Had an incredible stay at cambridgeshire lakes. The area was beautiful and peaceful and the accommodation was fantastic. If you are looking to get away with nothing around this is the perfect relaxing break. The lodge has everything you could possibly need. A shop/pub is a 5 minute drive away and it’s a 30 minute drive to Cambridge. We wanted a relaxing few days and this certainly delivered that. Couldn’t fault anything. We will 100% be booking again.

We loved staying in Debbie’s beautiful and historic home. Having once lived in Buntingford it was the perfect base for us to catch up with friends and family over a long weekend. The old cottage has been thoughtfully and generously refurbished with everything you could need. There was plenty of space for 6 people and having extras like a coffee machine was lovely. Thanks for a great stay! 😊

Great weekend away with the family. Gages room accessible. Hot tub we really enjoyed even during winter time with frost. It was lovely and hot. The locals in the Green Man pub a few mins away were very friendly and accommodating, which had a lovely log fire. Unfortunately due to the location we tried a few takeaways from the leaflets provided and 2 didn’t deliver to that location and the third wanted cash which we didn’t find out unit the end. So recommend bringing some food from home just incase. But Amanda’s place has everything you need to cook. As well as providing it milk, chocolates and biscuits on arrival. The WI-FI worked great. We have 3 children that were running iPads, phones and a console and it all worked great. There was a smart TV that was easy to use which had Netflix, and other apps you can log into. Great area for dog walking. We plan to book a log cabin or this cottage again I’m the summer to return with the family and In-laws. Highly recommend. Thank you both

We had a wonderful stay, we loved the character of the place and all Sally's little touches. She has an eye for design, everything fit with the style of tudor luxury. Unique, beautiful and quiet. Thank you for having us Sally, you were a wonderful host!

House just like it’s photos and Alex provided very clear instructions how to find the property. She was helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay for Christmas with the in-laws. Matt was very responsive and helpful before the booking and throughout. The house is lovely and even nicer than the photographs. The communal space is spacious and well set out. It was very cosy and ideal for hosting the family. We couldn’t recommend more highly!

This place is stunning! With beautiful views. The hot tub is nice and big enoughfor all 8 of us. The space was spotless and had great little touches like gowns in each room. Celesta was a very proactive hosyt, always very responsive to any queries we had. The bedrooms are roomy with two en suites. A lovely place Would definitely reccommend.

Absolutely amazing stay - we loved every minute and can’t wait to stay again! Exceptionally clean and lovely touches in the accommodation - ice for drinks and drink tokens for the pub - we were blown away by the hospitality and service we received.
