Waterfront vacation rentals in River Shannon

We had a lovely stay at the Orchard, the host was very responsive and helpful. Location was great, walking distance to Westport quay and the town centre. Local taxi numbers were also provided. We would highly recommend staying here to anyone and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. The location is absolutely stunning, we both took part in the half marathon, the morning of the race we walked to the start line which made our lives so much easier. It saved so much time trying to get parked and the town was very very busy.

Great place to stay when staying in Enniskillen, everything walkable but the comfort and peace of being in a residential area. Lovely views and perfect for our trip we will be back. Thank you

The place was fantastic and exactly what my wife and I needed after driving through the country side for a few days. It’s in a perfect location to walk to the city center and Quay Street for food and drinks. The balcony was perfect for watching the ships come and go and for a little bit of a view when winding down. Would recommend to anyone needing a comfy place to stay a few days in Galway.

Irene's place offered unmatched views in Galway. River Corrid from living room and bedrooms. Great reading nooks. We got to see the seals at highs tide (as Irene told us). She accommodated extra linen we needed and met us when we left. Quick to respond and great suggestions in her book. It was plenty space for the kiddos to play around. mind the steep steps (something to keep in mind if you have mobility issues). Overall the location and views are unparalleled. We can't wait to come back

The best place ever !!!!! I recommend with all ny heart , it's the best place to can be on pace , no body disturb you , everything clean , the bed very confortable, you can do outside the barbecue you can also fishing if you want , the place it s like paradise ,trust me !!! We enjoyed our stay. This is a lovely cottage. Food options within walking distance. The host provided goodie bags and baggies to feed her chickens and ducks. Beautiful view from bedroom.

This was a charming house steps away from the Latin Quarter. Just what we were looking for. The beds were comfortable and the dinning area and living room were perfect for our group size (6). We even had luck getting parking right in front of the house.

Had a fantastic stay here. The cottage and the area were absolutely lovely and J was so helpful when we’re checking in- he recommended some wonderful hikes and places to eat!

We had an absolutely fantastic time in Enniscrone, in large part because of Sarah’s lovely property which was even better than advertised. The photos don’t do justice to how large the spaces are, ideal for families with a big open kitchen dining and living room area. The beach is literally a five minute walk away and there are cracking pubs and restaurants in town. Sarah is very helpful with any advice and quick to respond when we had questions. Would highly recommended this property to all!

Sinead's place is a picturesque house located at the harbour side in Kinvarra. It has everything you need for a very enjoyable stay in this most beautiful peaceful location. Sinead contacted us to make sure everything was good.

Absolutely extraordinary place. Went with some friends and we had an amazing time. The house is breathtaking, as are the surroundings. Will be back for sure.

Was so nice to get away from the hustle & bustle and catch up with our pals with stunning scenery all around. We really enjoyed the kayaks, Ping Pong, archery & barbecuing in the garden. We had an amazing stay at Clodagh's stunning beachfront house. If anything, the house exceeded our expectations, even though the listing looked perfect in every way. The house is so beautiful inside & out, with the perfect living/sleeping layout for a group. The furnishings are top-notch, the supplied items exceeded our expectations, the kitchen had top of the range appliances, & was well supplied with basic condiments. Sean, the local rep was so friendly on arrival, gave us a tour of the house & was on hand if we needed him. All in all, this is a gorgeous house in a magical location & we had perfect sunny weather for the entirety of our stay. Clodagh and Sean are so responsive & positive. A truly awesome few days. We will return!

Great stay! Condo was exactly as listed, perfect for what we needed. Perfect location, very walkable into town but also has a countryside feel with pastures in the backyard. John and Eileen were incredible hosts, so friendly and welcoming. Loved being greeted in person by John upon arrival and hearing his stories about his passion for Dingle. Highly recommend this stay!

We had an amazing stay, Mary is the perfect host and gave us a lovely welcome, the property is as listed and the views are breathtaking, my daughter enjoyed feeding the donkeys and bumping into them on the beach. If you don't have a car Bernard Ornsby is an excellent local taxi service.

Catherine's place is very organised and clean. The building it is in in very quiet and there is parking which is a plus. If you are a happy walker, then getting to the high street is no problem at all. We walk a lot, but did land up driving in to town for dinner because we weren't sure about walking back late and the weather was not overly cooperative. Very quick drive in - under 10 mins. It was about a half hour walk to the high street through a lovely park and just over half an hour walk to the start of the Parkrun up the Western Way if you are interested in that. Both can be driven. It's pretty busy in town, so finding parking just on the side of the street during the day was interesting. Rather walk. If the weather had been a little less wet, we wouldn't have used the car at all.

Cute little acommodation. Very nice people and the cutest dog. Everything was clean. Perfect for a 1 night stay.

We come to Tramore to visit family every year and this place was perfect. Everything was spotless. The location is very walkable to all areas and you really don’t need a car if that’s an option for you. Hot water bottles and heated blankets were a nice touch to warm up at night. The sun shone for us … so that made it especially nice!

This was our second time to stay in Helen's beautiful place. Her directions and instructions were clear and easy to follow. The apartment is spacious and spotless and everything we needed for a perfect stay was provided. The beds in both rooms are really comfy and we slept soundly every night. If you're planning on a trip to Foxford and the surrounding area we'd advise you to stay in Helen's place. The view from the huge living room window is amazing!! We're already planned a return trip!!

We had an amazing stay at Drumshanbo, Clodagh and Edgar were great hosts. The apartment is smart, well stocked and the views are incredible! It’s in a great location, with a lovely town nearby, complete with a distillery. We’d have loved to have stayed longer and seen more of the area.

Lovely stay in Dromineer, at Helen's perfectly located place in Dromineer. Spotlessly clean, everything you need for a cosy getaway and Helen couldn't have been more helpful and welcoming. I'd recommend a stay here without any hesitation. Dermot
