Waterfront vacation rentals in Ireland

This is the 5th time we’ve stayed at Domonics place. It’s in the best location if you want to be in town. On the doorstep of all the bars, restaurants and shops. The apartment is equipped woth everything you need and has the best views over the sea and mountains.

We had a lovely stay at the Orchard, the host was very responsive and helpful. Location was great, walking distance to Westport quay and the town centre. Local taxi numbers were also provided. We would highly recommend staying here to anyone and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. The location is absolutely stunning, we both took part in the half marathon, the morning of the race we walked to the start line which made our lives so much easier. It saved so much time trying to get parked and the town was very very busy.

We had a great stay in Justin’s place, Fabulous bright space which was very well equipped, comfortable beds , great shower. Fantastic views too Great to have Netflix , Disney channel etc on TV

My family and me had the privilege to stay in this wonderful apartment It was a clean centrally located apartment according to the description Aoife was very friendly and reactive in the communication

Had a great stay for 3 nights. Everything was as mentioned in the listing, but the photos don’t really capture the amount of space you have at your disposal. The views from the apartment are great and everything you need is within walking distance. I recommend Little Richard’s Pizza, Gerry’s Fresh Foods and Stoop Your Head (seafood restaurant on the front). Valerie left some scones, bread and milk which was very appreciated. The kitchen was well stocked and was a joy to cook in. The heating was set for certain times so we didn’t have to worry about being cold, and it was especially nice turning up on the first day to a warm place. I would defintely return to Skerries and rent Valerie’s place again.

This is a really lovely apartment and we all loved it - lots of space downstairs, and 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets which was great for the 6 of us. Temperature was also perfect though i think it can also be adjusted. Everything was perfect, Michelle even provides little toiletries for each person too - as well as a good spice rack in the kitchen! There were no faults in working with Michelle or with the apartment itself.

I had a lovely stay. The apartment had a gorgeous view from the living area. The kitchen was well-appointed, and the bathroom on each floor was very convenient. There was loads of parking at the rear of the accommodation. Would stay again.

The property in Cobh was a home away from home. The views and amenities of the property are unmatched. There was plenty of space for our group of four and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony taking in the views. We did however have some difficulty understanding some of the instructions re heating and hot water but overall it was an excellent stay and I would recommend!

Lovely and calm boathouse right next to a beautyful bay. I loved the morning swims, the sunrises and sunsets. You can watch birds and we were lucky enough to watch otters several times! Stephanie is a very friendly person and gave us several tips. My partner said I should give 5 of 5 otters for the accomodation. I totally agree :-)

Norita's cottage was warm and inviting. So many personal and heartwarming touches. We were greeted by a table of fresh duck and chicken eggs, a lovely loaf of brown bread and delicious homemade biscuits. There was fresh creamy milk in the fridge. The beds were warm and cozy with electric blankets and hot water bottles dressed as cute fuzzy animals. Each bed was graced with a thoughtful, personal gift. Our morning was spent playing with the very talented dog, Rocco who entertained us with this tricks and introduced us to his good buddy, the cat. We were sad to leave this peaceful and vibrant home and hope to visit longer next time.

We had an absolutely fantastic time here. Would highly recommend. The house was spotless, very well kept. The beds were all extremely comfortable, all with fresh linen. The view was amazing. The house is right on the water. The gardens and estate was an excellent place to go for a wander and explore. Paul was an excellent host. We cant wait to come back again

Waterfront cottage is attractive, comfortable and perfectly located for days out around the area, which is stunning! The pub next door is the best pub in town with decent food and a great selection on draft. Newport is charming and has everything you could possibly want. Lourda is super responsive and very friendly, the beds are clean and comfortable and the place is well equipped, the instructions and recommendations are clear and helpful. Wonderful!

Absolutely extraordinary place. Went with some friends and we had an amazing time. The house is breathtaking, as are the surroundings. Will be back for sure.

Such a peaceful retreat in a beautiful setting. Staying in this house was like escaping into a dream. The views were simply unreal and there were plenty of nearby sites (ring forts, beach) within walking distance. There were detailed instructions with recommendations on nearby restaurants as well. The caretaker for the home was incredibly responsive and friendly. Such a lovely home that I would happily stay at again.

Lovely place in an amazing location. Jacqui was so helpful and available if we needed anything. The spaces were comfortable and well stocked with what we needed. Hot tub was warm and clean when we arrived. Very much appreciated the extra towels and heated bathroom floors. The beach just below the house is great tidepooling and the gorgeous, long Dooey beach is just a few mins away.

A Little Piece of Heaven by the Sea We just returned from the most incredible stay at this stunning beachfront house, and we’re already dreaming of coming back. The views of the sea are simply breathtaking—waking up to the sound of waves and watching the sea from the deck was pure magic. Inside, the house is just as impressive. Beautifully designed with all the modern comforts you could ask for, from a fully equipped kitchen to plush, cozy furnishings that made it feel like home (only better!). Every detail has been thought through, making it the perfect blend of luxury and relaxation. It truly was a little piece of heaven, and we can’t recommend it highly enough. If you’re looking for a peaceful, picture-perfect escape by the ocean, this is the place. Sean was also extremely helpful and friendly and available if you needed him. He went through everything with us. Clodagh your house is AMAZING.

We had a wonderful time on Dingle. The apartment is really cosy and was spotlessly clean. The kitchen is well-equipped and the bedroom and living room are spacious and comfy. Eileen and her husband were really welcoming and live next door if there are any problems. ( We didn't have any). The location is perfect for exploring Dingle on foot and O' Flaherty's traditional pub is a 3-minute walk. It was easy to access the Slea Head Drive, which was absolutely stunning, despite the terrible weather. We had a really lovely time and would happily return. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful three-day stay at Mary’s place! The surroundings are beautiful, and the location is convenient with great access to the town. The price was very reasonable for everything that was offered. Even though the weather wasn’t perfect, the hot tub and sauna made our trip so much more enjoyable — they turned rainy days into relaxing afternoons. Sitting by the dock with a cup of hot tea, watching the water, was one of the most peaceful moments of our stay. Thank you, Mary, for providing such a cozy and lovely getaway!

My favourite air bnb i’ve stayed in so far. Had everything you could possibly need, lots of mirrors, spotless and the host was very nice to deal with.

Just north of the Liffey apartment is near Epic Ireland, restaurants and grocery stores. We enjoyed the harbor view and the outdoor terrace. Kitchen had everything we needed and location is secure which was important to us particularly as this was a mother/daughter trip. Host was responsive and helpful.

This space was just perfect for our visit to Cobh. It was in the best location, with a gorgeous water view and within walking distance to every thing in town. A big plus was the parking spaces right out front. We parked the car and didn't move it. The space was spotless and uncluttered. Just note, there is a flight of stairs up to the living area. then a second flight to the bedrooms; ok for us but others may find them problematic. I highly recommend this location.

Catherine was excellent. Proactive, and communicative from start to finish. Location is excellent for exploring Mayo, Connemara, Achil Island. A landscape that it is impossible to grow tired of IMO. Accommodation is as described and had everything needed. Functional rather than pretentiously luxurious. Overall good value in a lovely part of a lovely country. Thank you Catherine

We come to Tramore to visit family every year and this place was perfect. Everything was spotless. The location is very walkable to all areas and you really don’t need a car if that’s an option for you. Hot water bottles and heated blankets were a nice touch to warm up at night. The sun shone for us … so that made it especially nice!

A lovely apartment that was spotlessly clean and fresh. Super comfortable beds and great showers. Thanks for the lovely arrival surprise of some Hot Cross Buns! The location is excellent and there are plenty of places to eat -we had amazing seafood at Andersons Boathouse Restaurant which is just around the corner and a gorgeous breakfast at Mrs B’s. Hoping to return in the Summer for a longer stay!
