This is a lovely apartment in a great location. Perfect spot if you are visiting Westport and don’t want to stay in the town centre.

I found the cottage a delightful, comfortable, well equipped and a relaxing place to stay. Mary was very welcoming and helpful in every way. For peace and quite set in beautiful riverside surroundings, I would highly recommend it.

Really beautiful basement apartment on The Crescent in Galway City. Within walking distance to super restaurants and pubs. Quite location but still very central. Apartment was lovely and warm. Cosy beds. Would love to return.

Had a great stay at Gabrielle's place, perfect homebase, close to everything but away from the street noise, very peaceful and quiet for sleeping. Apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, good sofa and bed and kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few breakfasts and dinners. Gabrielle accommodated our early arrival from Donegal and was very helpful with recommendations for where to eat. As with others, took a few minutes to get in through the gate (no numbers on the button pad), but once in, you have the fob for using the elevator up and down to street level. Did a great day trip with the Eugene from Sligo Tours, the Benbulben and Yeats tour, which was a full day of history and wonderful scenery. Do check out the Abbey, which is less than 10 mins away on foot. Loved Sligo, the town and the county and enjoyed staying at Gabrielle's place, we highly recommend staying it as a homebase while in Sligo! Thanks Gabrielle.

Our family of four was very happy with our stay at Geoff and Therese’s apartment. The sleeping spaces were comfortable, and though the kitchenette and bathroom were small, they had what we needed for a comfortable stay. The yard area was also appreciated- we ate several meals outside at the picnic table. The hosts were highly responsive and thoughtfully had food items waiting for us when we arrived. Overall a great stay and location! Thank you

Such an amazing place to stay in Venice! So close to the Biennale which was perfect. Donatella is a great host, really good communication throughout. The apartment is spotless, with all the things you need and it’s located in a quiet area. If it had been warmer we’d have spent time in the beautiful garden. I highly recommend this place to anyone. Great spot, quiet and cozy. Close to shopping center for daily needs. A little ways from central part of town but can get there easily enough via taxi.

If you’re looking somewhere quiet and relaxing this place is excellent. Very well kept, clean and tidy throughout, with the bonus of a lovely log burner for colder evenings. Please be aware though that a car is necessary to get out and about exploring, as there are no real walks from your doorstep on the longer dark evenings. There are plenty of beautiful places to visit nearby, the extensive National Trust Estates of Crom and Florencecourt being not too far away. Please be aware that the phone signal was very poor, to nonexistent, for us, but that may have been our provider. Also we couldn’t get linked to the provided WiFi for more than a few seconds before it dropped out again. None of this was a major problem as we enjoyed reading instead, but something to bear in mind if staying connected is a deal breaker for you. Overall a lovely few days of peace and quiet, in a lovely comfortable ground floor apartment, with lots to do in the area. ++++

The Ormonde Suite was amazing. The room was so comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. The best feature was the terrace with hot tub, we were very lucky to have fabulous weather so could enjoy this every day. If you can get past the 3 flights of stairs and no lift then I highly recommend this place. Liam was an excellent host. Will definitely return.

My wife was feeling under the weather the day of our arrival. we had considered cancelling our trip but were glad we went anyway. The treetop was soo cosy and once the fire was lit and the netflix was on we felt like even though we didn't get out over the door or have a chance to use the hottub, we still had a wonderful stay. we would definitely return and next time make the most of the facilities.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Grattan Holiday Apartments, car parking out the back, spacious rooms, well-equipped kitchen and within walking distance to the beach, local pubs and restaurants. It's about a 20 minute walk into Galway city and taxi back is around €10. Highly recommend a stay here. Sean and Cathal are on hand if you need them and will recommend places to visit and eat

Thank you for a great stay Martin! For those checking in, it is a bit difficult to find the parking space and then walk all the way around the buildings to get to the key. Know that the parking spaces do not go in numerical order and you may have to get out to find number 95 which is against a wall about halfway down the aisle jutting out from the apartment door. The apartment was clean and a good size with a very appointed kitchen. It was very private and quiet and the beds were very comfortable. Unfortunately, it was very, very cold when we were there and the apartment lacks any extra heaters or blankets. Apart from that, all went very well and we would stay again!

This was a great find in a great location. The accommodation, attached to the main house with its own entrance, felt incredibly private and was perfect for a peaceful getaway. The space was spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed with all the essentials needed for a relaxing stay. The hot tub made our stay extra special.
