Claire was incredibly kind, offering to drive me both when I came to visit and during my move, which was a huge help. The house is very clean, and she was thoughtful enough to ask about my preferences for breakfast. The house is very quiet, allowing you to relax and spend your time peacefully.😊 シャワーやキッチンの利用時間、外出時間について事前にルールがきちんと書いてあるのでしっかり確認することをおすすめします。私は英語が第一言語で無く読み間違えてしまったのですが、土日も含め11時から17時まで外出していることが条件です。 授業のある学生さんや社会人の方にはぴったりかと思います✨🫶

Aimee was an incredible host. The house felt like home away from home. It had everything you needed and more with a beautiful view whenever you looked outside. She was helpful and quick to respond when clearing any queries which made our month-long stay extremely easy. Would highly recommend to anybody looking for a lovely stay in Dublin!

I've been booking Airbnb's for over a decade, and this spot really stood out. The place is just a few houses down from the 16 bus (which gets you easily to Camden St. and the College Green area within 20-30 minutes) and is walkable to at least two grocery stores. Both the building and the neighborhood at large were quiet, and the space itself was clean, roomy for one or two people, and even though it was on a lower floor, has a skylight in the bedroom and full-length windows in the living area, which kept everything bright and sunny (when I needed it to be, at least!). Parking in the garage was secure and easy. John was very responsive to my inquiries, and met me when I arrived to guide me through the space and answer any questions that I had. He gave me some great tips on a good breakfast spot nearby, as well as where to find live music on Camden St. I'll absolutely rent here again the next time I'm in Dublin.
