A fantastic apartment right by the seafront. A great location for literally everything! The property looks just like the advert and it felt homely and comfortable. Both Soraya and Matthew were amazing hosts and very very responsive and kind. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a seafront bnb!

Lovely apartment close to all amenities. No parking outside but the public car park was 2 minutes away. Great area with lots of pubs, cafes and restaurants. The apartment has everything you could possibly need and Anna left us a very nice bottle of wine! I would definitely recommend this apartment to others.

This is a great property in a beautiful and quiet area. Everything you need is available and the bed is very comfortable. Instructions and communication were detailed and helpful. The centre of Bournemouth is just a short walk. Thanks for having us.

We had a wonderful stay at The Tides it lived up to everything it was portrayed to be. Melanie and Deborah were extremely helpful and everything was left in immaculate condition and extremely clean and tidy. Sam's place is a really amazing apartment and we had a lovely few days on the coast. We know the area quite well and have stayed in a few different places and this was definitely one of the best. the views from the living room and dining room make the place and are worth every penny. would recommend to others.

We had a lovely few days in this flat. Great location on the beachfront, sunsets from the balcony and views of the sea. The flat was comfy and really lovely. We were delighted with it all!

We stayed for 6 days in mid-August and it was such a great location and experience for us. Coming up to the day of arrival, Laura was in contact in relation to recommendations for places to see and things to do on site, advice on getting over to the island, where the local shops were etc. The apartment was really quiet and the place was well cared for. When we checked in there was everything there we needed. The fridge was empty and clean, as was the freezer. Everything you would expect for the kitchen was there. You do need to supply your own washing powder, but that was ok. Check out was just as easy and while it was early (10am) there are plenty of ferries running at that time to get you back to the mainland.

I booked The Osborne Retreat for my Mom to stay local in Warsash whilst she came to visit from Florida. The space was very clean, she had exclusive use, had all the essentials in the bathroom and kitchen plus fresh linen. Ample storage space and layout of the space made it feel larger. Great location across the road from a park and very close walk to the local shops! Clare was very communicative and made the whole stay very easy and relaxing.

The property is lovely. Great location and wonderful house. Everything you could ask for. The property was also spotless which is so often not the case, so that was fantastic. Kimberley was also great, very nice and regularly in contact with us if we needed her. 10/10 stay!

We have just returned from an amazing stay at the House at Ryde Sands. The views from the lounge and master bedroom are STUNNING! The house was very clean and tidy and well equipped. I honestly don’t think we could have found anywhere better to stay. Thank you Beth & Scott xx

Really enjoyed our stay, group of 4 plus small dog and we all had a great time.Loved the beach and the beach bar near by.Great place to explore from and went to Bournemouth ( got ladies into Nici Spa which I can recommend )and Mudeford Quay first a bit of crabbing and exploring. Thank you.

I'd like to say from start to finish Thi communicated really well, the house was lovely and everyone that stayed with us said the same in that it felt homely and had everything thing that we could ask for, a home away from home. It was right next to the canal in Chichester with very easy access to the main town with plenty of shops tk visit. We wouldn't hesitate in booking Thi's home again. Plus the treats were very welcome, especially for our niece who stayed with us.

Corrine’s cottage is in an excellent location, very easy to get to the high street which has loads of lovely restaurants, bars and shops. Inside the cottage it’s super lovely, comfy and clean. Hard to fault to be honest, we’ll definitely be choosing the same location if it’s available next time we go.

A great find! We had a lovely stay at Carl’s place, which was in a great location. Within easy walking distance to the beach, off road parking, clean comfortable annex with all the comforts of home. Carl was very helpful and courteous, checking we had everything we needed for our stay. The welcome treats were also greatly appreciated!! We will definitely be back - thank you 🤩

Solent View is a large, comfortable house and is exactly what you see in the description. Plenty of room for 6 of us, a nice 10 minute walk into Lee along the sea when it is fine and books and games to entertain if it is wet. Portsmouth attractions also on tap via a pleasant foot ferry from Gosport, 10 mins drive away. Overall, a really good lication for a family stay and Mark and Lesley were attentive and caring hosts. Recommend.

What an amazing place. Can see why award winning. Presented beautifully, like walking into someone’s home. Everything thought of. The open plan upstairs living/kitchen area was spacious and has everything you could need. We were sailing out of club across the road so could not have been more convenient. Very peaceful and comfortable beds, very pleasant sitting outside drinking coffee in the morning. Cosmo the dog enjoyed walks round local field and along the coast. Could happily have stayed longer.

Home from home.Excellent central location to the harbour,restaurants,pubs and supermarkets.Added bonus of secure covered parking.Found it great for days out as straight onto all the main roads whichever way we were heading.The apartment was much larger than the pictures and the kitchen and lounge were very well equipped.Tricia was super responsive with communication and really helpful with our requests.Can highly recommend Rivazza curry house for lamb railway curry,probably the best curry ive ever had.

Wow! Where to even start! This was my first time using air BnB and Ted has made it an amazing experience. Ted was super helpful from start to finish. I struggled with the booking system, no worries for Ted! He asked me to request the dates again and we booked straightaway. He was quick to reply and came across friendly and professional. When we arrived at the property, thanks to the guide we had received from Ted, getting into the property was a breeze and the location was easy to follow. Thanks for the annotations and pictures! Now onto the main event, the property. The flat was exactly as described and pictured and wow, that view off of the balcony overlooking the docks really is something else! The flat was very clean and tidy, had basic amnesties available as well as tea, coffee, milk portions in the fridge etc. The bedrooms were well stocked with towels and plenty of hangers as well as soap etc. The stay/flat was really wonderful and Ted even more so. We absolutely loved our Easter stay at the old alarm. Jules was a fabulous host, providing lots of helpful info prior to arriving. The flat is situated right in the heart of Lymington Quay.. it’s beautifully presented with all the amenities you will need. Jules provided a lovely welcome basket and even Easter eggs for the children, which was very thoughtful. The parking permit came in really handy when exploring the New Forest. We love this part of the country and will definitely stay again when back in the area.Thank you for a wonderful stay! Recommend The Kings Head a couple of doors Down - the atmosphere and food was great.

It was great staying at Beshley's place, just 10 mins walk from Canoe Lake and the beach, so was very convenient.

This was our first visit to the Isle of Wight and Katie's lovely apartment was the perfect base for exploring the island. It is comfortable, homely and clean with a small private garden, off road parking and is only a short walk to the beach and local amenities. We visited as a couple but it would also be ideal for a young family. We would happily stay here again. Thanks Katie!

A great few days stay at Tara’s place over the bank holiday weekend. Great communication with Tara (very responsive) and provided us with details on local building work which though didn’t impact our stay greatly was really appreciative. A great location to watch the world go by and our two daughters loved the bunk beds! Highly recommend.

We had two night's in Chris' apartment. It was superb - in a very good position on the seafront. It was well equipped and Chris' instructions were very clear. The sun shone all the time! we had a great time.
