Vacation rentals with a fire pit in River Hamble

Everything was great! Place was clean and cosy. Spacious rooms, all super well equipped too. Very pretty and peaceful surrounding area - managed a good hike during our stay as well. Alison was also super friendly in the lead up to and during out stay as well with some great recs for the local area! 🌟 Honestly one of the best large group airbnb experiences I've had in a while, would highly recommend!

Great house for family with young children. The garden and games room were fantastic for the kids and we had a great short stay with at the Witterings. The house is lovely.

We visited with 2 other families for a get together for half term. The house was absolutely outstanding, clean and had all the amenities needed for a cosy gateway with young children. Our youngest enjoyed having around some toys and the older loved the toy room in the garden. All adults loved the living room and kitchen space and the fireplace. A truly amazing space for our weekend away! Thank you

If you are looking to find fault, it won’t be possible at The Salt Shack. The house is lovely, and in a great location. Everything was exactly as I expected and spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds, lovely linens. I could go on and on about how great this property is. Lovely hosts, so responsive on messages. For those wheelchair users out there like my husband, it had everything that we needed. We will be back when the weather is warmer so we can enjoy the fabulous outside space.

Beautiful property in a beautiful location with the beach a really short walk away and definitely worth it. Andrew and Zoe were lovely hosts, proactive, kind and thoughtful. I was there with my husband, parents, brother, wife and dog. We all had a wonderful time. We kept catching ourselves saying how perfect the house was and wonderful the nearby beach was. It was our Christmas gathering. Andrew and Zoe had a beautiful tree in the living / games room that was stunning. The kitchen was so well equipped I prepared a full Christmas dinner with all the trimmings that we all enjoyed in their lovely dining room. My brother said was a great set up for his dog and that made his stay really easy and enjoyable. I think we all would love to stay there again. Really wonderful.

We had a wonderful stay- the house was warm, cosy and very welcoming with comfortable beds and a lot of outdoor space. The hosts were very proactive and had provided a high chair and baby-friendly cutlery and dishes too! My 14 month old daughter loved exploring the grounds and had so much fun playing with the toys in the basket. Unfortunately we didn’t have the best weather so didn’t use the firepit in the end however I would highly recommend staying.

A fabulous place! I stayed with my wife and two children (4 and 2) and couldn’t recommend it more. The accommodation was perfect, it’s private, quiet, clean and has everything you need. A well organised pool house, with a kitchen and clean amenities you need. The pool and hot tub was a great addition that the children loved. The house is set in a quiet residential area that was perfect for exploring Winchester and Paultons/Peppa Pig World. Stephanie and her husband were attentive, polite and communicative if we needed anything. Made the 3 nights stay very easy, enjoyable and relaxing. Highly recommend.

Two great days here at the end of November. It’s a great location for lots of the local activities and easy to get to Farnham for local shops. Very peaceful and a hit with the family for the pool and hot tub, which were very welcome after a long day out walking in the Surrey countryside. Great recommendations for pubs too - the Anchor was a highlight for Sunday lunch. We’ll definitely be back.

Cazzy's place is perfect - conveniently located, well thought out with plenty of space, attractive decor, comfy furniture, excellent shower & well-stocked kitchen. She was welcoming & responsive, and provided an excellent guide to the local amenities. We would definitely stay here again if returning to Brockenhurst.

We had a lovely time at The Shed - it was beautifully decorated with all needed amenities. Location was great, within walking distance to frensham ponds and the local pub The Holly Bush which was perfect for dinner! An amazing and peaceful stay in nature!

We had a lovely stay at the cabin. It's a really cosy, romantic and welcoming space. Nicely decorated for the festive season with charming touches. Very comfortable with all the creature comforts and amenities you would need to feel right at home. Lesley and Richard were very communicative and super helpful. They went out of their way to answer our questions and help sort out an issue with the electricity on the last day. Would definitely recommend this as a wonderful place for a couple to stay while visiting the Isle of Wight.

A really comfortable cabin in beautiful surroundings. Perfect for a family. Lots of extra special touches like digital radios in the bedrooms, a quooker hot water tap and very comfy bedding. There were plenty of garden toys to keep the children entertained alongside the vast amount of space they could run around in. Lovely well stocked fire pit area with lights for a cosy evening. A fantastic few nights away!

Location, location, location plus everything you need for a brilliant stay. The property is nestled deep in countryside littered with ancient footpaths, woodlands and drover's lanes. Handy for Midhurst attractions cafes, shooting, polo, dining (Duke of Cumberland pub tick), beware Google may-will take you down many delightful single width lanes, and whilst a great way to connect with olde English countryside, meet the locals and practice reversing, you can check with hosts for less exciting options. Highly recommended for those seeking a quintessential English country experience, with modern conveniences.

Me and my partner stayed at Anna's cabin for two nights, and we had an incredible time! Anna was unbelievably friendly and helpful, and even recommended various walks and pubs to go to, which we took her up on. The cabin itself was so quaint and cosy, and was all in all perfect for what we wanted! It has everything we could have needed and more! Can't recommend this place enough if you're looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway!!

I had the most wonderful time. I had a leak and was moved out by my insurance company. Janie and Paul were so kind and welcoming, they made what could have been awful into the most pleasant experience. The cabin, gardens and surrounding countryside are stunning. I am planning to book a long weekend in the spring, even though I’m only a ½ hour drive away. I can’t recommend the hosts or the accommodation highly enough.
