Monthly Rentals in Rio Ario

We loved our stay in Playa Hermosa! This was our third time visiting the area, and it remains our favorite surfing beach. It’s perfect for beginners, with stunning scenery and a warm, welcoming community. The house was absolutely perfect— even better in reality than in the photos. The space is beautifully designed, clean, and equipped with everything you might need. We especially enjoyed sitting in the garden under the mango tree, watching the visiting monkeys and birds. The shaded pool was ideal for a refreshing dip on hot afternoons. The location was also fantastic—within walking distance of the beach, local cafés, and a small grocery store. It was the perfect getaway for me and my husband, and we can’t wait to book it again!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The place was clean and spacious, the a/c worked great, and the views were spectacular. It was exactly as depicted in the photos. The host was very responsive; even checked in to ensure everything was ok.

We had an amazing month-long stay at Elias’s place in Manzanillo Beach! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, peaceful and quiet, yet still close enough to Santa Teresa to enjoy all the great restaurants and activities without the constant noise and traffic. The house itself was comfortable and well-equipped, but one of our favorite things was relaxing in the hammock after lunch, watching the howler monkeys in the trees right above us. It was such a unique and special experience! If you’re looking for a tranquil spot with easy access to Santa Teresa but without the crowds, this is the perfect place. Highly recommend!

Perfect place to stay if you are looking to be in a more peaceful area and walking distance to Playa Hermosa. The apartment had all the amenities we needed, and we really enjoyed the pool. We would definitely recommend this place.
