We were very happy with the place. ● Flexible check in ● Place was easy to find ● spacious parking space on the premises ● You immediately felt at home ● The kitchen was superbly equipped ● Even a crib was on site ● The beds were very cozy Of course, we were also very lucky during our stay and on all days a bright blue sky. So all in all a very nice holiday.

We had a wonderful stay over New Year's Eve. The apartment was very stylish and modernly furnished. It was all necessary. The area was very very quiet, the house rather remote, which we found positive. Communication with the host went smoothly and we were very satisfied. Can only recommend the apartment and we will definitely come back again. 😊😊

We had a really lovely weekend stay. The apartment is very modern, warm, spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished. We were lucky with the weather and made the most of sitting on the terrace in the sunshine. Carolyn is easy to contact and very responsive to messages. The apartment is private and in a peaceful area. Easy to get to both Schliersee and Tegernsee and there are supermarkets nearby. Highly recommend and we would love to come back.

The apartment is incredibly spacious and beautifully decorated. We felt incredibly comfortable. Everything was really thought of. We were also particularly pleased that there was even a lot in the pantry what you need in everyday life. Also in the bathroom there were many utensils that delighted us. We highly recommend everyone to book Mike's place. 1A with asterisk. We will definitely be back at the next fair. Since we rent out cottages in Croatia ourselves, I can say from host to host: Mike you're doing everything right!

The accommodation is very suitable for 2-4 people, is perfectly equipped incl. Bedding and towels, dish towels, spices in the kitchen, filter paper, oil and vinegar, laundry detergent and dishwashing detergent. Anton is a very reliable host who takes care of the well-being of his guests at any time of day and fulfills all wishes. I'd love to come back;-)

We were looking for a place to escape the New Year's hustle and bustle of the big city and the place was perfect for it. Quiet, clean, cozy, close to the lake, parks, hiking trails, a few cozy restaurants and cafes. Wonderful place to stay in the heart of the Alps foothills with a great host, unconditionally recommended.

The place was exactly as described and as shown in the photo. The apartment is located on the top floor (2nd floor) of the building and is not equipped with an elevator. Inside the apartment is very welcoming and spacious, although, having the sloping roof in some places, as above the beds, it is not very comfortable for those who are tall, but it is not a big obstacle, just pay attention. The house has a large living area where the first double bed is located, a double bedroom with a skylight and a bathroom equipped with everything you need (also the music that comes from the speakers in the ceiling). The only drawback is perhaps the pillows, too soft, and the fact that there is no closet in the room, but only in the entrance The owner, even if not present at the time of check-in, made us find on the table a bottle of wine and a chocolate per person, which we really appreciated. There's not much in the area, but it's very quiet and comfortable to get to Munich

Our stay has been more than pleasant. I felt like home, having close contact with the host felt comfortable like we could ask for anything if needed.
