A great mix of modern style, decor, and community in one spot. The flat was a great place to start for any of our days activities around Munich and the surrounding area. Maria was a great host!

Book Now! Mike was so nice and went above & beyond to make our stay great. This home was absolutely beautiful, the pictures don’t do it justice. We felt like we were staying in a high end hotel. This home was equipped with everything you could think of and more- snacks, drinks, adapter, espresso machine, hygiene products ect. Everything was clean and of high quality. Mike’s kindness really stood out, he was onsite when we arrived, helped us with our luggage and gave us a personal tour. He even made sure we were all set getting to our next destination. He responded quickly to all messages and made check in/out easy. It’s a quick 6-10 min walk to the nearest station and you can take a ride to Munich which is about 35-40 minutes away. The apartment is very open and the private rooms make it easy to enjoy time alone. Next time we are in Munich, we’ll be booking at Mike’s place!!

The accommodation is very suitable for 2-4 people, is perfectly equipped incl. Bedding and towels, dish towels, spices in the kitchen, filter paper, oil and vinegar, laundry detergent and dishwashing detergent. Anton is a very reliable host who takes care of the well-being of his guests at any time of day and fulfills all wishes. I'd love to come back;-)

A quiet and nice apartment. Modern, clean and complete with furnishings. The late check-in was very valuable to us. Value was also reasonable. Gladly come back 👍

We felt very comfortable. Caroline was very attentive when my husband had a medical problem and was always responsive. This was very valuable and we would like to thank you very much for that. We would love to come again anytime.

The place was exactly as described and as shown in the photo. The apartment is located on the top floor (2nd floor) of the building and is not equipped with an elevator. Inside the apartment is very welcoming and spacious, although, having the sloping roof in some places, as above the beds, it is not very comfortable for those who are tall, but it is not a big obstacle, just pay attention. The house has a large living area where the first double bed is located, a double bedroom with a skylight and a bathroom equipped with everything you need (also the music that comes from the speakers in the ceiling). The only drawback is perhaps the pillows, too soft, and the fact that there is no closet in the room, but only in the entrance The owner, even if not present at the time of check-in, made us find on the table a bottle of wine and a chocolate per person, which we really appreciated. There's not much in the area, but it's very quiet and comfortable to get to Munich

We were looking for a place to stay near Rosenheim because our daughter started her studies there. Since we arrived by car plus bikes, we were possibly mobile and flexible to explore the surroundings (Rosenheim, Wasserburg, Bad Aibling, etc.). The apartment is wonderfully large and including shower accessible, which was especially great for my husband with current walking disabilities. Everything was there. We stayed for 3 nights over Christmas and it was wonderful. There was even a beautiful, decorated Christmas tree for us. It had everything you need and is walking distance to the lovely local eateries and even the train station is not too far. We caught the train into Munich without any fuss. The place is really gorgeous! Clean and tidy, spacious and really felt luxurious and just what we needed to finish off our 4 week trek around Europe. We had cups of tea on the balcony and cooked in the pristine kitchen, highly recommend. Our favourite stay by far! Thank you Sonja

Our stay has been more than pleasant. I felt like home, having close contact with the host felt comfortable like we could ask for anything if needed.
