Great location for eating out in Leeds - very central for shops, the art galleries, cocktails, bars, restaurants and the train station. Very clear and helpful communication with Silvia throughout.

Lovely stay, apartment matched the photos and descriptions. The complex itself is also beautiful and even though we were opposite the bar it was very quiet even on a Saturday night. John and his team were very responsive and provided local information that was helpful. Would stay again, thank you for having us! (FYI: Only thing I would be mindful of is there is no immediate parking at the flat as the multi storey next door has gone resident only and no space is provided. Just something to be aware of as if you have mobility issues as you may have a walk to find a space).

Lovely apartment with paid parking right outside. Only £10.50 for 24 hours, and only a 10 minute walk to all the attractions. Perfect little find !

This place is lovely and cosy, close enough to all restaurants and bars that you could possibly need. The hosts were very helpful and responsive with any questions, instructions were very clear and concise. Enjoyed staying here and would absolutely stay here again in the future

Had a great stay here! We were seeing a show at the Barbican and it was in the perfect spot. Easy walk into York and the river view outside was great! The apartment was lovely, really well decorated and the location felt secure and safe. The only problem that we did have was that the parking space was quite tight for the car due to the wall next to it and the adjoining car on the other side so we couldn’t get the car doors open but there was plenty of parking close by so this wasn’t too much of a problem. Great host, would 100% stay again!!

Natasha was helpful and responsive- replied within a couple of minutes of my messages. We arrived after midnight and the man at the front desk was so kind and helpful, he even went down to the garage to make sure we got in safely and carried our bags up to the flat for us. My mum was feeling he cold a little (change in season and tired) and Natasha arranged a thick duvet for her, it arrived within an hour of me asking. The flat is spotlessly clean, beds and pillows very comfortable. I think the only thing missing was a bedside lamp so I could sit up and read in bed but that's no biggie. The flat is right in the middle of Bradford so very easy to get around- we ate at the Karachi (a place my mum used to go to in the 70s!) which was very good and only a short walk away. I was warned about walking alone in Bradford at night but I felt very safe. People were friendly, there was a community police presence on Friday and Saturday night.

We booked this location specifically to go seaglass hunting and it was absolutely perfect for us. Everything about the apartment was lovely. Spotlessly clean, modern and very comfortable. Debra communicated with us during our stay to check that everything was ok. Seaham itself is a great little town with lots of amenities close by. If you stay here you will not be disappointed. We appreciated the extra touches as well such as snacks, tea/coffee. Easy to park right outside - warm and cosy, fantastic sofa! And all you see in the photos is genuine. A great experience and would 100% book to stay here again. Thank you Debra !

The pictures - gorgeous as they are - don't do this property justice. The setting is private, tranquil, and everything one could hope for an escape to the Yorkshire countryside. Philippa and Andrew were welcoming and very responsive, and even treated us to a lovely and appreciated baked surprise upon our arrival! The location was convenient for our forays to the Dales, the Moors, and the city of York where we got to enjoy a wonderful Christmas Market. For Bronte fans, the Bronte Parsonage is not far, nor was the town of Grassington where the current "All Creatures Great and Small" series is filmed (the fictitious town of Darrowby). York is about a 40-45 minute drive. The farm next door sells fresh free range eggs, the ton pub is about a 10-15 minute walk from the house. Everything in the house was modern and clean, and the large dining table meant we could entertain guests. I literally cannot think of any way it could have been better. Best of hosts and best of houses!

Brilliant location. Free parking nearby, but right outside the house is permit controlled. Host gave clear and helpful instructions about that. Would stay there again, high quality interior. We had a great stay.

The house and location where spot on amazing the house was huge the pics didnt do it justice well furnished and kitted out only issure the top 2 bed rooms struggled to stay warm all nice but would highly recommend

Great place to stay for a weekend in Skipton. The property was clean, quiet and comfortable. Very quiet street and a straightforward 20minute walk into the town centre along the canal (or road) Would recommend

Absolutely beautiful little spot. Very private, clean and tidy. Loads of modern touches and a brilliant layout to the house. Comfortable and a nice big tv situated perfectly for viewing. Gorgeous little garden and garden undercover area to relax. Host was very friendly and responsive. Amazing value for money too. Would definitely stay here again. Nice little extra feature like garden lighting and stair lighting too which made it feel more of a home than just a place to stay. All in all an amazing experience

Stunningly beautiful place. We hired upstairs and downstairs for 7 of us. After a hiccup with the heating and radiator, it was fixed within minutes. A very accommodating and responsive host. The place is immaculate, quiet, and well placed in the centre of Clitheroe. If you want somewhere with a wow factor, just book it.

Wow, what a super place to stay in Clitheroe. Claudia’s flat is in a great location, easy to find & close to restaurants and bars, but not noisy. The flat is newly fitted out, with tasteful & comfortable beds and furniture. There was everything in the flat we needed for our stay. Claudia went the extra mile & left some thoughtful treats, a eide selection of teas & coffees and even fresh milk in the fridge. Possibly the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Thank you Claudia - your place was great !

The place was spacious and modern with very comfortable furniture. The kitchen was equipped with everything anyone could need. The water pressure and hot water was excellent and the shower and bath tub were extremely nice. Parking was convenient and the area was private and quiet. The views were spectacular.

Had a nice night at Richard’s. He wanted to know arrival time to show us in and around but was flexible. Flat was clean and nicely furnished with a plentiful supply of book and a couple of puzzles too. There’s no TV on the property but this wasn’t a problem for us. The only thing I would have changed was to have bigger towels- everything else was perfect for our stay.

what a fabulous gem we found .Right in the centre of kendal, Easy access to the bus route to were ever you would like to vist in the lakes. Just park your car up and jump on the bus for 2 pound. Near all amenities restaurant, shopping bus station and lotties info she gives you to were to go ,vist restaurant cafes was so helpful. Credit to the apartment it was mode,clean,everything and more inside from comfortable beds and to special touches she lefted milk,crispy,homemade muesli, to Rocky roads. Thank you for a lovely place and letting us share memories in it .

This was my second visit to York, and the property has only improved since my last stay! The updates really make a difference—the sofa was incredibly comfortable, the fresh coat of paint made the space feel bright and welcoming, and the new ensuite bathroom was a fantastic addition. It was beautifully done and so convenient to have the second bathroom. A definite 5-star stay!

Very helpful & understanding when we arrived later than first said & very friendly & always available if needed.
