What an incredible stay! Very convenient for our intended stay, and great value for money! Upon meeting Brian, he was very friendly and incredibly helpful in regards to showing us how to work everything in the home. It’s a lovely little secluded place with excellent restaurants and pubs in the area, and it’s right next to a walking track which could provide ample enjoyment for those who love to stretch their legs. Would love to come and stay again!

We had a lovely one night stay here. The hot tub was the biggest attraction and didn’t disappoint. The accommodation was spacious, comfortable and cosy. We also appreciated the restaurant recommendations and found a lovely place to eat in Lytham. Thank you!

This place is a jewel on the Airbnb site and perfect in every way. It has everything done to the highest speck you could ask for. The host could do no more for you. The bed was so comfortable that we slept for hours and hours. It had everything we needed and a bonus of being offered warm scones too❤️

We absolutely loved our stay here and will definitely be staying again. It’s something different and so peaceful! We sat outside and lit a fire and looked out at the amazing views. Thankyou so much for our stay we can’t wait to come back!

Very nice, secluded area, lovely scenery, lots of amazing walks. Hotub and garden area was lovely. Definitely go back.

This little house is so cosy with the wood burner and everything you need for a getaway in the country. Watch the kestrels hunt through the window and make friends with the goats and chickens. Wonderful little brook and woods to explore and a wee paddle around the lake as dear ran past was such a treat. This is on a farm and not a palace but if you want a private getaway on a farm with access to beautiful countryside - this does the job perfectly. Such a lovely place to stay with our dog and have a lovely chilled weekend. Very peaceful and lots of great places short drive away.

Staying at The Hobbit Hub was an absolutely amazing and dreamy experience! From the moment we arrived, it felt like stepping into a fairytale. Every little detail was so thoughtfully designed — cozy, magical, and full of character. It truly felt like a hidden escape from the world. The atmosphere was peaceful, the surroundings were beautiful, and the space itself was spotless and comfortable. We loved every second of our stay and didn’t want to leave! Thank you for creating such a unique and memorable experience. We’ll definitely be back!

A very comfortable little home gave us a fantastic view over surrounding farmland and hills. We were able to see lots of wildlife up close, right next to the hut! We didn't use the car for two days as we relaxed or walked through fields to the town and enjoyed boating, coffee, ice-cream and walking round. We took a short drive to Marsden and soaked up the history of the canal tunnel. We had an excellent break!

We had a lovely time away! Barry and Helen were brilliant hosts, we couldn’t fault it. Views were amazing and the place was cosy, clean and everything you needed ! We would definitely recommend and return ourselves.

Absolutely gorgeous place to stay, a nice king size bed , spotless throughout with beautiful surroundings. Angela was extremely friendly and flexible. I wish we'd booked a few more nights here.

My son and I recently stayed at the cabin for an Easter break. The location was great for local walks and climbs but also close enough to Harrogate for a change of pace. The cabin itself was a great experience, my son especially loved roasting marshmallows on the fire. We also had our Labrador in tow, so the secure paddock for him to stretch his legs was an added bonus. On a sunny day it was perfect to sit on the seating area and take in the surrounding views. John as a host was brilliant, he set us up on arrival and was close by if we needed anything at all.

Lovely place to stay - excellent place that was just what we needed for a few days. Will definitely be recommending to friends and hopefully stay again!

We really enjoyed our night away in our cosy little shepherds hut. The surroundings were stunning and our hut was absolutely spotless. It was in a great location. We enjoyed a lovely meal in a local pub only 10 minutes drive away. The hot tub was definitely worth the extra £50. It was lovely and hot as we kept adding the logs on the fire. It was a lovely relaxing experience and amanda was a great host. Very helpful and recommended places to eat nearby. We just wish we booked an extra night. We will be returning in the future. A lovely quick night away, it is in a very relaxing setting close by to town. We walked down the canal (which is beautiful!) and had a couple of drinks and headed back for a relaxing evening. A lovely touch having some games to play - we played cards! Victoria is extremely proactive in her responses and welcomed us to the property! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hopes and Beams cabin, the place was absolutely beautiful. The cabin itself is amazing and the location just makes it even better. So quiet and peaceful. Hot tub was a nice addition, would 100% stay here again.

Massive thank you to Anthony and Barbra! A beautiful 3 night stay in nature was absolutely needed. Booked a 3 night stay for my partners 30th. Showering outside was the icing on the cake! Would absolutely recommend to anyone needing a break away from it all. We eat at “the old gate” restaurant twice while we were here and would absolutely recommend it as a place to eat, the roast dinner was delicious! Anthony, you have thought of everything and have a beautiful home. Wish you and Barbara all the best x

Stayed two nights at Laura's with my son for my birthday. Beautiful location, fantastic cabin, well equipped, clean and cosy. Great location for things to see and do. Spent the day at Leighton Moss, a few miles away, which is great. Highly recommend this beautiful place. Particularly enjoyed the bench by the lake watching the birds and the baby Coots. Great place to relax and just do what you want. Can get local takeaways delivered straight to the main gate. Has a grill and oven that heats up on the grill to do pizza. Beer/Wine fridge. All kitchen utensils provided, towels, robes. Great Jacuzzi, however we went when it was red hot ( still got in it). We slept outside on the big bed watching the big sceeen. Highly recommended.
