The positive reviews of this place and host are entirely justified. Top notch luxury villa, everything provided (even memory foam pillows!), perfect and peaceful location. We availed of the delivered breakfast and enjoyed this every day of our stay. Our host was attentive and nothing was a problem. The pool is exceptional, and the villas and grounds are maintained to a high standard. We loved our holiday to Kolymbia and would highly recommend Twelve Island Villas. We just wish we had booked for longer.

This place is a quintessential Greek vibe – charming, picturesque and perfect to feel like a local village. The cottage is clean and well-equipped with towels, soap, spices, pots and silverware. The owner is very hospitable and you are only 600 meters to the sea. There are local bars, shops and a bakery nearby, so everything is on hand. Outside you can relax under the umbrella or use the outdoor shower. For the active, there are bicycles available, and windsurfing and kitesurfing can be tried in the area. It's a quiet place, only 20 minutes from the airport, is excellent for relaxing. This was the best place I've booked through Airbnb so far. Everything, but really everything corresponded to the pictures and the previous reviews and was even more beautiful "in real life". That said, our existing expectations were surpassed. This concerns the top service of the reception (not easy in car-free Lindos) by Filippo's cousin, the welcome in the fridge, the daily cleaning of the room (there were elves at work), Filippo's goodwill when we broke dishes, the great restaurant tips... We highly recommend the place. Lindos is beautiful and of course we were lucky with this wonderful weather in the preseason and relative tranquility! The location is great. Close to the restaurants, the beach, central yet quiet. And then this roof terrace…. Just top notch! Thanks Filippos!!!!

Everything was perfect! Vassilis and the other ladies who work there in Nikos B&B are very sympathetic. The breakfast every day was very tasty. It is very close to the beaches and there are amazing restaurants and mini markets. I'll come back if I get a chance, maybe next year.

Anna is a very nice hostess. She always responded quickly to questions. Since our return flight was only in the evening, it was no problem to check out later. The location of the apartment is great. Directly opposite a free parking lot and the beach. Close to shops and restaurants.

We had a wonderful week at Majestic Green studio. The studio looks very well looked after, it was clean and tidy and the small decorative details improved our experience. There’s also a balcony which views on the street and it was more spacious than we thought. The location was quite convenient with a supermarket and a coffee shop within a 2 min walk. We were always walking to old town or the more modern center, it was only a 10 min walk to st Athanasios Gate. The distance to the port is also walkable in case you need to take a boat to the surrounding islands. From the very first moment Vasilis was an excellent host, always responding to messages within minutes, he welcomed us to the apartment despite our late arrival due to our flight’s delay, he gave us very clear instructions about the neighbourhood and he recommended us a nearby beach and restaurants with good food. Generally, it was great staying at Vasilis’ studio and we would definitely trust him as a host again! Thank you

Katima Natura, is beautiful. It is exactly like the photos, but being there brings it all to life. it’s an oasis of tranquility, with views of the mountains and sea. The house has been beautifully renovated and was immaculate. We were provided with everything we could need, with the hosts going above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Anthoula and Sokratis have put their heart and soul into Ktima Natura. The garden is gorgeous. We spent the majority of our stay at the house, in the garden, enjoying every part of it, from the pool, to the hammock, to the beautifully decorated pagoda. We throughly enjoyed the bread and pastries provided by the hosts, and were given a feast of food and drinks to last our stay. There are great restaurants on your doorstep, Stegna Kozas and Grande Blue were our favourites for seafood. We have to make special mention of our hosts, who were so very kind and made us feel like family. We have many happy memories of our time at Ktima Natura.

A great spot for our family to spend 2 nights:) Our room was cozy, clean and comfortable. This is a great family run hotel/BnB…a true gem. Our hosts were attentive, warm and friendly. We cannot say enough about how gracious they were. A lovely and filling breakfast is included for guests each morning on the beautiful terrace. Would love to return sometime in the future.
