Three bedroom house right on Johnson’s Pond with private water access right in the back yard. House features queen master with deck overlooking the pond. 2nd bedroom features a full bed with twin bunk bed above along with a stand alone twin bed. 3rd bedroom has a queen bed. Honestly, my friends and I are already talking about booking this place again next year. The backyard was gigantic and perfect for S'mores and stargazing. The house was spacious enough for three adults and two kids to have plenty of room to themselves and together. We were an easy drive from fun activities. And Gina was a lovely host. Very responsive and flexible.

The stay was amazing. The house had enough room for everyone. We loved the extra living room downstairs where there was activities incase of a rainy day which we did end up having. There is a fire pit downstairs which was beautiful to light at night and make smores. The town was beautiful and the house is in a great location where we have our own privacy but not too far away from everything. The host left clear instructions and left local recommendations which were very helpful. The host even left a gift for my birthday which was beyond nice and much appreciated. I would definitely stay here again with my family.

This house is a cozy beach cottage in a great location! The deck and yard were the best part of the rental with the beach parking pass and beach supplies a total bonus. We had a great stay at this house. Location: It is walkable to a couple cafes, restaurants and an ice cream window by about a mile so location was not only beautiful on the water but convenient for errands. To note, two of the bedrooms are tight in size and don’t have central air or ceiling fans so they got very hot at night. There is also no tub for anyone traveling with little kids who may need a wash up. We spent the majority of our time outside in early August and this house was perfect for that.

Absolutely wonderful location with access to the adorable downtown and right on the water with walking/bike path. The view was lovely! The place was spotless and kitchen was perfect. The house is not the same colors as described so it was a little tricky initially to find it and I thought it was a whole house (it is a single family house but you stay in only one part of the house). Thankfully there was no one staying in the rest of the house since I was there with 4 children! Also it’s noted that there is no TV so I was prepared for that but there also really isn’t a living room or living space so just something to keep in mind. A great stay!

We had an amazing stay in this tent! The place is peaceful and relaxing, the perfect way to disconnect. We especially loved canoeing, such a memorable experience. The barbecue was a great addition for enjoying the evenings outdoors. The host was super nice and responsive, always available to help. We highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway in nature!

Bria’s home was outstanding in just about every way. It was absolutely adorable, clean to the point that everything looked brand new, appointed with nearly everything we could need, and super close to Narragansett Beach and shops. When we arrived, we were impressed to see a bowl of water set up for our dogs and a bag of treats for them on the counter (along with an assortment of goodies for the kids, aged 6 and 9, and adults as well). Very thoughtful! We found the yard to be an amazing asset for our dogs, who normally need time to adjust to new surroundings on vacation. They felt right at home! The neighborhood was peaceful. The only neighbor we saw smiled and waved as he drove by. As small as it is on paper, the home did not feel small to our family of 4. It was just right for a week’s vacation. Bria was a responsive host, helping us find everything we needed in the area. All in all, I would highly recommend Bria’s place!

It was the perfect space for us, cozy and clean. We were out and about for most of our stay, but it was an exceptional place to come back and unwind, relax and hangout. The speaker was a nice bonus. Just wished it didn’t rain as much, would have liked to use the fire pit. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
