America's Cup Inn is right in the heart of Newport's shopping and dining district. The room was well appointed and spotless. It looked like it had been renovated recently. It was very comfortable and tasteful. The breakfast was plentiful and very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed off-season, so it was quieter than I imagine it might be in the height of the summer season. Also, because it was off season, parking was free and easy for us.

Hip spot in a cool industrial area. The place also smelled amazing! I’m not sure what the scent they had in there but I want some. The rooms were nice and well curated. The only downsides were that there was no place to put away clothing (like drawers). There was a closet bar but no hangers. The street was a tad bit noisy but definitely not a deal breaker/big deal. For the price, convenience, and style… def worth it!

Matthew’s Airbnb is the perfect place to stay when you come to Newport! There is free parking, lots of restaurants near by, allows pets, and is very a walkable location. It is less than a minute walk to the main st, Thames St, and it is across the way from Bowen’s Wharf and the church that JFK got married at! It is also a short drive to Cliff Walk & Ocean Drive! We had a great experience staying here, and the communal kitchen and dining room were pristine! Was easy to get in and out of with a front entry way and a back door. 10/10 would recommend

Everything was wonderful! The room was huge with amazing views, the location was amazing, and tickets was excellent. The one critique we had was the size of the pillows in the bed; they’re the size of half a regular pillow and did make sleeping a little uncomfortable. Otherwise, 10/10

I love the Marshal Slocum Inn. This is my second time staying at this airbnb on separate occasions, and it almost feels like my little home away from home in Newport. Walking distance to the Wharf area, plenty of parking, comfortable stay. Wonderful host. This Inn is such a sweet surprise and feels like your own home. I love it

Riverfront on The Wood River

The place was quaint, loved the scenery. Tim was nice enough to help me with my bag and go over all of the policies and answer any questions I had. The location was good for the events I needed to attend. I enjoyed taking all the back roads to Westerly, Preston, Stonington and Mystic, as well as a few others. I enjoyed my stay and highly recommend The Stagecoach Inn.

Great historic place with 21st Century amenities. The walk to and from the Newport waterfront was like walking through time. The architecture and landmarks along the way highlight the beauty and heritage of Newport. Around every corner and turner as I walked the streets to the waterfront, I would find something new and interesting that I hadn’t notice before and I recommended walking different routes to and from the hotel to really appreciate my experience.

Perfect spot for a couples getaway in Newport, RI! We drove and parked our car right at the property and honestly didn’t need our car the rest of the trip because we could walk around anywhere we wanted from this place. You honestly couldn’t get a better location. The host was responsive and gave out some great recommendations as well! 5/5 ⭐️

We had a great stay! Location is absolutely unbeatable. The designated parking is a game changer. Matthew was a great host and super responsive. Everything was as pictured and extremely clean. The only thing I’ll note is this is a dog friendly property - so we did hear quite a bit of barking from another guest’s dog but had a great experience nonetheless! Would recommend for younger couples or friends.

This was a perfect place for our last minute getaway to Newport for the night! Easy to find, safe and quality parking and walkable to all of the main attractions. Mark was a great host. We stayed in the apartment off of the main house and will plan to return for stays in the future! Thanks for having us! See you soon! :)

Overall a great price for the room and nights! Was confused since the hotel is in two separate buildings. And the pictures showed what the rooms looked like on what I am assuming was the hotel not the suite we booked and the view was different but still beautiful!

Our stay was amazing! Hunter was so helpful and responsive if we needed anything. The space was amazing and only a few steps away from Thames street. Would highly recommend this spot!

Spacious 3 bedroom, well appointed with good public spaces downstairs. Very clean and well appointed. Walking distance to lots of good restaurants and the bay. It was cold in Newport in January, but the property was cozy with a warm fire and comfortable beds. Highly recommended.

I have 2 dogs and this was a great spot for us. Probably the only place in that part of the state that could accommodate me and I would recommend to anyone traveling through the area.

The room is small but perfectly done. The beds were super comfortable and I love how each had their own TV. It was so clean and beautifully decorated. They've thought of everything. We had to reschedule our inital visit due to illness and they worked with me and were so genuinly kind. I can't wait to stay here again.
