Terry was very accommodating. I was in need of a place to recover from a total knee revision. This setup was ideal with accessible features and options for postop recovery. It was closer to PT and doctors as well as shopping than home. I actually extended my stay for an additional week. Very quiet

This was my wife's 4th or 5th time staying here while attending grad classes at USF. It is always clean, quiet and convenient for her as it's a very short drive to USF. Judy has been wonderful and is so accommodating and that is why my wife keeps going back. Thanks for everything Judy!!

Nice house in a quiet neighborhood. Fairly spacious. Host was very welcoming, clear with directions, and responsive. I had a great stay!

This place was perfect for me. I am retired but work part-time remotely via my laptop, and it really helps when it is quiet. This place was extremely quiet. What you get compared to the initial description was accurate. You get a clean room that is quiet, and nobody bothers you. They don't have daily or weekly room service, but I like it that way. If you stay long term, like I did you probably will drive into Sioux Falls once a week anyway. That's when I did my own laundry as I ran errands. When you email or text the owners / managers, they reply quickly. Air conditioning worked perfectly. No problem with any types of bugs or vermin. I did not see any of that. Overall great for me, and a great price.
