I would personally like to thank Walter for being an excellent host and for being such a great communicator at arrival, it’s great to have a host that’s able to translate into your language that you feel comfortable with , overall the place was stunning, spotless and just a beautiful neighbourhood to stay at, have bus stops near by with food stores too!- my experience at staying at this apartment had no issues everything you need you have, I’ll be back to visit once again for sure in the near future! :)

Fully equipped place, clean, new and quite.

Beautiful apartment, super well maintained, everything you need. Sitting on the balcony in the evening and looking into the castle park is simply wonderful. Bed super comfy, and everything sparkling clean. As it is said, always happy to come back!

Oliver's house in Böblingen was by far the best equipped of all the places we have stayed - it had everything we needed and more! We appreciated the laundry, all of the dishes and utensils, spices, drinks and bowl of fruit. There were plenty of beds for our extended family, a nice central eating area, and comfortable couch. It was on a nice quiet street and we were able to walk to the bakery and two grocery stores.

Great home with everything you need to feel at home. Our host was great. Very helpful and very friendly. We could not have found a better place to stay. Best host in the business!

Very calm apartment in a very nice environment. Ideal for families with children or travelling with friends. Public transport also very good.

Fantastic place. More fun than staying at a hotel. Short & easy bus ride from the rail station. Views from the bedroom are great and the outdoor deck is a nice place to relax. It's in a quiet, safe neighborhood and the old downtown area is a short walk away. Bathroom is clean, spacious with a comfortable sized shower area, which is pleasant compared to the cramped "phone booth"-style showers I'm used to in Germany. I did not take full advantage of the kitchen facilities, but it seemed to have everything you need in order to cook your own meals with a supermarket right up the street. Nick was super easy to contact, accommodating and met me on site and gave me the tour. Never had to reach out since everything worked and nothing was missing. Thanks, definitely my favorite Airbnb bookings to date! Thanks!

We had a fantastic time staying at Helga's place. This was our first holiday with our daughter (7 months) and we especially wanted to recharge: the garden, the beautiful spaces, the location and the surroundings appealed to us. It was a very nice stay: there were cozy seats everywhere, both inside and outside, in the kitchen there were all cooking utensils so we could cook extensively, Helga was incredibly hospitable and regularly brought us fresh eggs and thought along with outings and if we needed anything. In addition, we had all the privacy and no one was bothered by (nocturnal) howling - so that we were also very pleasant for us. In short, all the ingredients for an amazing stay

Unfortunately, we could only stay one night, but were very positively impressed by the small apartment. We would have liked to have spent more time there! Valeria is really super nice and just thinks of everything! We will definitely recommend this place. Thank you again to Valeria!

Kapka was very responsive and helpful, we were able to leave the luggage until the desired time. The accommodation is super comfortable and quiet. We were able to enjoy Stuttgart while being in a peaceful place. Transportation works great. I highly recommend the thermal pools, they are great. We'll be back without a doubt!

great location very close to public transportation with plenty of restaurants grocery stores in close proximity. a bit small but good for 1 person for a longer stay. I would definitely stay again. The use of the underground garage was also extremely beneficial with easy access to building

Andrea was a great host . The apartment is very well made , and furniture is clean and comfortable ! I would rent his place again when I come back to esslingen .

The room is great, clean and well equipped with a great living room, kitchen and bathroom.The sun is good when it is sunny and it is a very good accommodation experience.

Excellent location at Marienplatz. It is right next to a great bar (Bruno's), in addition to the REWE's around the platz. Downtown is a short walk away, and for further locations such as the Porsche Museum, you can hop on the S-Bahn and be there within 20 minutes. I would say overall a great place to stay if you want to be close to downtown Stuttgart.
