Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Regional Municipality of York

Elias' place was a wonderful getaway for our group of 3 families. We all have toddler aged children, the space is very accommodating for them, the beach is 30 seconds walk away from the home and there are children's toys and books that Elias offered for us to share in. The water is really nice, great dock access. About 2ft deep at the dock and fairly weedy, you have to swim out about 30-40m to get to deeper water for a nice swim. The paddleboard worked really well for us! Outdoor patio space is fantastic, there is a large umbrella for shade for the sectional and the outdoor dining table. BBQ, outdoor shower, swing, children swings and slide, and fire pit all made for a very pleasant experience. Hot tub was lovely and comfortably sits 4. Kitchen was lovely and fully stocked, has everything you might need to cook your meals. Bedrooms were clean and comfortable. Bathrooms were very clean. Elias was great and communicative, we look forward to our next stay!

We had an absolutely fantastic experience staying at Alex's place! From the very beginning, Alex was responsive, accommodating, and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The property was spotless, well-maintained, and exceeded our expectations. A special shoutout to Natalie, who was incredibly attentive and friendly. She ensured that everything was in perfect working order and even went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. Such a great experience! Perfect for some peaceful time away from the city noise. It was relaxing, quiet, and ideal for recharging. Truly a calming and restful stay.

Liz & Craig’s place was amazing and exactly what we needed after a week of travelling around Toronto and Niagara. The place was so peaceful and had so much open space for our two boys to run around and play. It was super relaxing and the hot tub was a real bonus to the end of the day. The property was well stocked and literally had everything you needed. It really was a home away from home. Would definitely recommend the place and Liz & Craig were great hosts and communicated throughout. We have family in Barrie and will definitely stay here again on our next vacation to Canada :)

We had a great time at Kate’s place. The cabin is thoughtfully decorated and had everything we needed. The hot tub and sauna were a perfect way to relax and unwind, especially in the snow. Kate was super responsive, helpful, and friendly. We’ll definitely be back!

Amazing property and amazing stay!

I found this place during the power outage, hoping to find somewhere warm to stay, I was pleasantly surprised as I have stayed in many Airbnb’s for pleasure/travel. This was the first time I have ever felt that every section of this place was so meticulous to the travelers stay! It’s dog friendly. I had my senior great day in there with my partner, and we will definitely be coming to visit again ! It’s the perfect little getaway from every day life for you and your partner. I absolutely adored staying here and the host is absolutely amazing. You can tell she really cares about that place and who stays there.

We had a wonderful stay at the Cozy Cabin! Liz and Craig were wonderful and accommodating hosts and always quick to respond. My 5 year old loved the trampoline, was obsessed with the Hot Tub, and we all loved visits from Honey. It was the perfect family getaway. The cottage is clean and the beds are comfy! We look forward to coming back!

Grant and Jo were friendly and provided lots of great recommendations. The Lakefront getaway is perfect, it’s beautifully decorated and has everything you could possible need. We loved hanging out in the backyard with Pete the potbelly pig, exploring the trails with our doggo and my husband caught some nice fish off the dock. We will definitely be back!
