Great location in DTLA. Comfortable and big! Would recommend

I stayed here while attending a conference at the LA Convention Center (~20 minute walk). The amenities were excellent and access was easy. There were great restaurants nearby to eat at - I recommend Bottega Louie and The Exchange! I would happily stay here again for my next conference.

We loved the Marriott Newport Coast! Location was amazing and the amenities were perfect for our family with young kids. Even though John booked, it was like a normal reservation and we got an ocean view and early check-in (although neither were guaranteed).

We will def be back! Great little hotel. Our rooms stayed cold with the AC and even had a fireplace which was a surprise and would be awesome in the winter. The rooftop pool & bar is awesome, if you get out there by 10am you can grab a cabana like bed area to lounge and have shade or rent a full private cabana for the day. The bartender Eduardo at the pool area was awesome he found out it was our anniversary and had champagne and a fruit cheese platter sent to our room. It’s about a 2 block walk from restaurants and bars which made it easy. 100% worth it!

10/10 I genuinely loved my stay here! The staff especially the bartender and the cooks in the kitchen were very friendly and accommodating. This was my first time visiting Cali and they gave me some great recommendations on what to do, eat and see. The hotel was beautifully aesthetically pleasing - great for photo opportunities and don’t get me started on the views from the balcony and the rooftop pool bar! I will be booking here again when I return again.

414 Hotel is a perfect choice for Disneyland visitors! it’s easy walking distance to the park, but at just 1/4 of the price of adjacent, hotels - meaning more budget for Disney food, souvenirs, and fun! David, our host, went above and beyond, helping me surprise my partner with her first trip to Disneyland. His accommodating nature made our stay even more special. here's the best part: even if you chose not to walk and took Uber rides back and forth multiple times a day, your total stay would still cost less than half of what you'd pay at any adjacent hotel. (now with a chauffeur 😎) If you're planning a Disneyland vacation, I strongly recommend David and 414 Hotel for its unbeatable combination of location, value, and service.

Saturns place was great! Felt clean, cozy, and in a good location.

Zach’s place was a perfect location and extremely cozy home to stay in. We especially loved the sauna, big kitchen and workspace and proximity to great coffee shop! 10/10!

Dilyse was a pleasure to work with and bent over backwards to ensure we could have the dates we wanted at her property. It is a beautiful location and she made wonderful recommendations of things to do with the whole family. The location has tons of activities for whole family, making for a truly relaxing stay.

Grateful for holiday time right by the ocean in lovely Manhattan Beach. Exceptional shower pressure, too!! Clean, cozy, terrific location -- we hope to be back. Close to LAX.

Stayed at Andy for the night. The rental was clean and big it's in a nice neighborhood. My husband loved it and would like to rent it out again.

I really enjoyed my stay!! The place was perfect for my significant other and I, and just enough space and everything that we needed. My flight back to Florida was delayed because of storms and I was allowed to stay a little longer after check out to get arrangements made!! I am definitely going to stay again!!
