Really great place. I've said there multiple times will do it again and oasis in the middle of downtown LA.

I stayed here while attending a conference at the LA Convention Center (~20 minute walk). The amenities were excellent and access was easy. There were great restaurants nearby to eat at - I recommend Bottega Louie and The Exchange! I would happily stay here again for my next conference.

Very happy with stay. Very clean, spacious, walkable, and clear instructions. Only downfall was the sofa bed. It was a little hard and was missing a leg to keep stable. Overall I would recommend and would definitely stay again.

Apartment was large and clean. Communication is great. Location is a little sketchy late at night but it is downtown and everything is close by. Hallways were a little musty and dated but overall this is a great place and great value for money.

Only major dislike: the booking process was the taking a selfie with drivers license is just a little invasive to me and it’s outside of the air bnb app. And not mentioned until after you’ve paid and booked. Really nice place: convenience 1000% Whole Foods near, super close to every thing you need and would want, walkable if you’re interested. Meter parking on street maybe I was lucky but it’s not a super busy area so there was always at least one spot open on either side of the street when I got back from outings. Inside: Loved it. It’s open, spacious and cozy at the same time…. except the bedroom, I personally just slept on the cause because the living room was the best area to just be. The bedroom is super sterile no personality or warmth. Maybe a floor lamp and warm lighting, photos or something on the wall, a fake plant or something would be nice lol it just wasn’t giving what the rest of the place was giving. But the couch slept nicely with a nice Blanket.

Overall very good service and left me with no complaints. Good location and amenities, would stay again

Nice authentic downtown hotel with great architecture. Very clean with that home feeling.

David was kind, clear, and responsive. He made our experience wonderful and surpassed any expectations. We are appreciative for allowing us a delayed check-out to accommodate our departing flight home! Thank you, David, for keeping a clean space and replenishing our towels daily.

Had a great stay for NYE. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was welcoming. Everything went smoothly, and the location was perfect. Would definitely stay again.

Resort was beautiful. Staff was super friendly and was very welcoming. Pool and amenities were great. The location was very convenient for day to day activities and sight seeing. Overall a great experience, I just wish I had more time to stay there longer.

I stayed at the Saturn for about 12 nights due to work in the Los Angeles area. The rate matched my budget and the location was central to all the places I needed to be. The place is hidden behind a multi-story townhome and it was very private. I felt secure even coming back late night after work. It was clean and the management proactively sent me clean towels after a couple nights and continued to provide clean towels and sheets for me to change myself. One thing to be aware of is that street parking may take a little time to find sometimes and there are posted "No Parking" signs with the times on the streets for street cleaning, so look for parking signs when you park. Only one night I had to drive around bit to find parking a couple blocks away, otherwise it was not a big issues for me. I was driving a full sized SUV though. Overall it was great place for me to come back to after work and rest.

Zach’s place was a perfect location and extremely cozy home to stay in. We especially loved the sauna, big kitchen and workspace and proximity to great coffee shop! 10/10!

Dilyse was a pleasure to work with and bent over backwards to ensure we could have the dates we wanted at her property. It is a beautiful location and she made wonderful recommendations of things to do with the whole family. The location has tons of activities for whole family, making for a truly relaxing stay.

Grateful for holiday time right by the ocean in lovely Manhattan Beach. Exceptional shower pressure, too!! Clean, cozy, terrific location -- we hope to be back. Close to LAX.

Stayed at Andy for the night. The rental was clean and big it's in a nice neighborhood. My husband loved it and would like to rent it out again.
