When traveling I much prefer Airbnb’s to staying in hotels. I’ve had several in the Burbank area that I liked, but this one is my absolute favorite. The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s a pristine little cottage that is decorated beautifully with very comfortable furniture & bedding. The kitchen is well stocked & the washer & dryer are more than sufficient. It’s tucked away from the street, so private & quiet. Street parking isn’t a problem at all & the hosts are very nice & answer questions quickly. I feel very comfortable & wish I never had to leave.

Cara was lovely to interact with, and I really appreciated that when I flagged some concerns, she was quick and generous to propose solutions. The rental is as pictured, well priced, and a great location. Thank you!

Stayed at Deborah’s place for 3 nights. The apartment was great for 2 adults and a child. Had all kitchen appliances and cooking equipment. Lots of towels and blankets. Very clean. The area is beautiful and felt safe to walk around. You will need a car to see LA though from here. What a lovely stay !

This place was a gem. Cozy, neatly maintained and in a great neighborhood. We will definitely miss it.

I came to LA for work and needed a place that was convenient to LAX and the freeways - and not too far from the beach for when I could sneak away. Odile’s place was perfect! Private, quiet, safe - and surrounded by a beautiful garden space to enjoy with water features and hummingbirds. She thought of everything inside the space - incredibly thoughtful touches including items (like toothpaste!) that a weary traveler may have forgotten. Friendly and responsive communication. Wonderful host. Highly recommend!

The photos didn't match the accomodations. It was WAY BETTER than the pictures. They pictures don't tell the whole story. Kim and John were so gracious! (As were their puppers!) I was greeted every morning by the hummingbirds in the garden. I felt like Snow White. Ha! I can't say enough about the property and the wonderful service I received while there. I'll be coming back to Los Angeles soon, and I pray that their casita is open so I may enjoy it again. Highly recommended.

The Casita was a lovely, peaceful place to stay during an LA visit with our daughter. Sitting on the patio overlooking the pool and hillside in the morning with a cup of coffee was a highlight. Be forewarned that that the pool is chilly in the winter months as it is unheated; we used it as an invigorating cold plunge! Pablo and Jenna were very welcoming and proactive hosts, they checked in a few times during our stay to make sure all was well. Highly recommend!

This is a great find for a solo traveler or a couple! It's a simple Casita with a cute little outdoor seating area. Bed was super comfy and great water pressure. It's also very quiet, no noise from primary residence (this has It's own entrance). Nice neighborhood as well!

Ryan and Rosie were great hosts and were easy to communicate with. Everything from silly questions to recommendations for date night, they were quick to answer. Their place was clean, comfortable, and in the perfect location for our trip. It was perfectly situated between all of our appointments in DTLA, Newport Beach, Huntington Beach, and Irvine. Note about the garage. We drove a Nissan Altima and it was pretty east to get in and out. May not be suitable for massive SUVs or wide sports cars. 5 out of 5 would recommend to friends. We would also stay here again if/when business brings us back to Costa Mesa!

A great stay for 1 or 2 people! Very compact inside the once room but still spent of space to relax.

Herme and Caroline were great hosts. We had a wonderful time at their property -- it was a lovely place and had many amenities that we enjoyed -- especially the laundry! It was quiet at night, so had plentiful sleep. Bed was comfy. We checked out early not because of any issues (had a few arrangements of our own), but would book again. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful guesthouse!

Nice place for our family of 3. Friendly host flexible check in. Bathroom was a little moldy but fine for a short weekend trip. Bed was uncomfy but nothing terrible. Overall would stay again

The location in the Fairfax district is ideal for visiting all of Los Angeles.

We really enjoyed our stay over Thanksgiving! We arrived early and had perishables for cooking dinner, and the host was so kind to let us pop them in the fridge before checkin. The location is also so convenient—close to many shops and a beautiful 15m walk to the beach. We definitely will be looking to come back, and also appreciates the warm conversation we had with Rit throughout our stay. Thank you!

Second time booking Mohamadys place and we just love it! From the privacy, spacious place, extra linens and towels & the shower! They give you the driveway parking spot so you’re not driving around looking for parking either. The couch and bed are super comfy! Fast Wi-Fi and kitchen utensils. Will definitely book again!

I would recommend this space without hesitation. It was clean, comfortable and safe. Mantra was wonderful. When we travel back to Azusa, we will absolutely be coming back to stay again.
