Luxury apartment at a great price, I paid $35 a night. The complex feels brand new and I love the dark theme throughout. Floor to ceiling windows makes the condo feel grand. Wish I could've stayed longer.

We are in the middle of our great Asian adventure and this was by far the most relaxing place we stayed in. Oliver was an excellent host - helped us arrange airport taxi, ensured we were all settled after the arrival and provided some flexibility when checking out. The place itself has everything you may need, aircon works great, jaccuzi was heavenly, view from the terrace insane and we have witnessed some of the best sunrises there. The only downside was how hard the beds were - like VERY hard! And pillows lacked comfort too.

The place is very close to Karon beach, yet away from the hustle bustle of the beach. Had a very pleasant stay here. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for some peace and quiet and stay close to the beach. While we did not explore it - the walkway to the Big Buddha is right on this road, too!

A huge apartment with fantastic views over Kata beach. Very comfortable beds and furniture. Great terraces. Very quiet but only 10-15 minutes walk to town centre and beach. However, part of the walk is quite steep so be aware. We (60 years old) managed to walk but there are plenty of taxis and tuk tuks.

we had a great stay at calypso residence. It was clean and the hosts were very helpful with any questions we had about local recommendations. It was a very nice apartment in a great location close to everything we needed. Would definitely come back.

This is not my first time staying at Aree. Everything is great. Always tries to help and answers all questions. The accommodation is clean and very nice. Great view from the window, great household appliances. Convenient location. And Aree is making improvements, which is also pleasing. All the best to you, I plan to come back again😊

Nicolas is a great Host. Always willing to help. They respond to messages very quickly. He's very kind and communicative. Great apartment, equipped with everything you need. We had quite a long stay, so we used the help of a lady who cleaned the apartment during our stay - it's an additional cost of 700 Baht. Near the building there is a restaurant with delicious fresh food, where we ate breakfast and dinner every day, there is also a laundry room and massage studios nearby. You can also have breakfast on the top floor - the restaurant by the pool. Two very cool beaches a few minutes walk from the apartment. If you don't feel like walking, you can cool off in the pool with a cool view. I highly recommend Nicolas and his apartment.

Khun Nym is super kind host. We have everything we need in the house. The house is so cute, tidy and cozy. Love all those decorations, the organic stuff and especially the candles. Thank you for hospitality. Will definitely come back !

Staying at Rattiya’s villa was such a great experience. The location is peaceful and relaxing, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Kamala Beach is just a short drive away and perfect for a laid-back day by the water, while Surin Beach has stunning sunsets. Patong is also nearby if you’re looking for something more lively, but the villa itself feels like a private retreat with a great pool and plenty of space to unwind. Rattiya was an amazing host—super responsible and thoughtful. When we had trouble figuring out the old safe box, she didn’t hesitate to get a brand-new one to make sure we felt secure and comfortable. She really went above and beyond. I’d highly recommend staying here and would definitely come back next time I’m in Phuket!

The house it’s comfortable, clean and with a beautiful natural light. The crew was kind enough to rush out to clean the house so we could have an early check in and they even accommodate our belongings that were placed outside the house. The bay was beautiful, with serene waters and not very busy compared to similar places at this time of the year. This its a two floor building and our recommendation it’s to rent the 2nd floor if possible so you will avoid the busy area surrounding the house porch, there its a motorcycle parking, a hotel pool bar and a cafeteria right outside the property, other than that we really recommend this place for it’s closeness to the water, kind host and comfortable space.

They were super responsive and answer every question we have. Also booked the airport transfer with them. Everything was super streamlined. My family had a good time!

Fantastic small house in a peaceful location. 5 minute walk from the Temple Market and main business street and less than 10 minutes to Karon Beach. Nearest 7-11 is a 5 minute walk and is surrounded with a lot of great restaurants. The house was exactly as described with the space we needed for our family. Jayden was exceptional responsive from booking to checkout. Washer and space to dry clothes was a big bonus with a family. Highly recommended small house in a peaceful location.

Christophe’s place is ideal for a group of 3-4 people, or for two couples or friends wanting to stay together. The view from the balcony is stunning, and we enjoyed it every day. The balcony itself is amazing, with comfortable chairs and an outdoor dining table—perfect for meals with a view. Christophe was an excellent communicator, always clear and readily available whenever we needed him. There’s a bus stop nearby, along with a local fruit market, Big C supermarket, Kamala Beach, and more, so it’s easy to find whatever you need. The room was stocked with plenty of towels for our stay, and there were lots of utensils available, enough for the whole family. The building’s pool is spacious and well-maintained. Overall, I highly recommend Christophe’s place for a relaxing staycation. Just a note: if you’re planning to visit Patong or Central Phuket, it’s around 7-15 kms from this place, Bolt taxis are available and cost about 200 Thai baht.

We had a fabulous stay at Cici’s place! The apartment was huge and had all the amenities one would need. It was also very conveniently located near the beach and close by to some really good restaurants and a big supermarket. All in all, I’d definitely recommend Cici’s apartment to anyone looking to have a comfortable stay in Phuket. She also arranged complimentary airport transfers for us which was a very sweet gesture.

This place is right near Kata Beach and the view of the ocean from the apartment is second to none. Selly is such a caring and responsive host we tried the noodles which were complimentary and al lot of other things as well. The pool is the best thing + the master bedrooms sauna. I highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to enjoy and relax in Phuket and be close to most places in Phuket.

Good located next to boat avenue and porto de phuket. Very friendly host. There are some construction works across the street but besides that everything was very good.

Ken is an amazing host, very accommodating, clear and straight to the point. His aide, Pascal is always on hand when you need him. Appartment is perfectly situated, close to everything, interior even better than photos, great sea view, well priced, you couldn’t ask for more. My only issue is I would have preferred a walk in shower rather than a bath, but that’s just me. I wouldn’t think twice about booking it every time I’m in Patong.
