Luxury apartment at a great price, I paid $35 a night. The complex feels brand new and I love the dark theme throughout. Floor to ceiling windows makes the condo feel grand. Wish I could've stayed longer.

The place is very close to Karon beach, yet away from the hustle bustle of the beach. Had a very pleasant stay here. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for some peace and quiet and stay close to the beach. While we did not explore it - the walkway to the Big Buddha is right on this road, too!

Jeremy is an amazing host, this is my 2nd time in this accommodation and honestly speaking, am looking forward for my 3rd time. View is amazing, Apartment is spacious, clean and peaceful. Great cozy apartment, the place is very quiet and the view from the window is chic)) the apartment itself is quite simple, but you don't need anything else) we really liked it here, I would even return to the same complex) there is a small swimming pool overlooking the sea and the city) the only disadvantage is that you can only get to all the shops and cafes on the track, which is scary to walk, in general accommodation for those who have transport, but the problem was solved by delivery and we went to the beach only on weekends. The host warned about this, but we were still ready to choose this option. Also keep in mind that the description shows the wrong location point, in fact it is an apartment Kata ocean view. And they are much further away

Khun Nym is super kind host. We have everything we need in the house. The house is so cute, tidy and cozy. Love all those decorations, the organic stuff and especially the candles. Thank you for hospitality. Will definitely come back !

The moment I opened the door, I was shocked, and the view of the ocean was unobstructed.Upstairs is the living room with unbeatable sea view, and downstairs is accommodation.Very satisfied and hope to come back again sometime.

The house it’s comfortable, clean and with a beautiful natural light. The crew was kind enough to rush out to clean the house so we could have an early check in and they even accommodate our belongings that were placed outside the house. The bay was beautiful, with serene waters and not very busy compared to similar places at this time of the year. This its a two floor building and our recommendation it’s to rent the 2nd floor if possible so you will avoid the busy area surrounding the house porch, there its a motorcycle parking, a hotel pool bar and a cafeteria right outside the property, other than that we really recommend this place for it’s closeness to the water, kind host and comfortable space.

I recently stayed at this villa and loved everything about it. The space was incredibly spacious and comfortable, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were very helpful and made sure all our needs were met. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great getaway!

The best thing about it was the location. Very close to Patong Beach. The master bed room was really really nice. Clean, looks good, private balcony. The unit also has an upstairs terrace which not only was very big but the views of the city from it were amazing. The amenities were also nice with really good views of the city. The cons were the 2nd bedroom had a smell, best to light a candle. It wasn’t a huge deal but worth mentioning if I’m leaving a honest review. The only other con would be that it’s on a steep hill, which doesn’t bother me at all but I guess if I was older or really out of shape it would bother me. Everything else was great. I would stay here again. If I’m in Phuket for fitness or Muay Thai I’ll stay on fitness street. If I’m in Phuket to hit beaches, be in the action, restaurants, explore, party, etc. I’ll stay here again.

I had a fantastic stay at Dushyant's place! The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Patong, just a short walk to the beach, ATMs, currency exchange, massage parlors, and plenty of restaurants. Having laundry services and a water refilling station right downstairs was super convenient. The mezzanine setup with the bed is a great touch—it felt cozy and perfect for unwinding after a long day. The kitchen was handy for cooking. One standout feature was the super-fast WiFi, which was an extra bonus for me as I work remotely. The reliable and speedy connection made it a fantastic place for working online. Dushyant was an outstanding host—always responsive and incredibly helpful. He provided all the necessary information and made sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. A special shout-out to his co-host, Dev, who was also very accommodating and made the experience even better. Their combined hospitality made my trip to Phuket unforgettable. We stayed 22 days at Davide's place, and our stay was amazing. The residence is beautiful, with lots of greenery, and the pool is sublime. The apartment is really very bright, clean and spacious. The terrace is ideal for relaxing. The bedding is of very good quality. The location is perfect, close to shops and the beach. The interactions with Davide and Gib are always perfect, they are very responsive. Our long stay was a real happiness!!! Thank you 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 We hope to be home again 😉
