Vacation rentals with breakfast in Rawai

We had a delayed flight and couldn’t arrive on time as planned, but the owner was very understanding when we informed her about our late arrival. When we finally arrived at the villa a few hours later, she personally greeted us and took about 20 minutes to introduce us to the house and its surroundings. Throughout our stay, she was always available, promptly answering any questions we had. The villa is stunning and exactly as shown in the pictures, if not better. The pool, in particular, exceeded our expectations—it’s even larger than it appears in the photos. The location is perfect for those who appreciate peace and nature. On the morning of our departure, we checked out at 5:30 AM. A staff member was there to return the deposit, inspect the villa, and wish us a safe journey. I highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and serene getaway!

Gold Villa was absolutely perfect for our needs - we had 4 families including 10 children. The kids loved the games room, the pool and the bunk beds, and the adults really appreciated the comfortable king sized beds, nice linen and stacks of towels. The maid was wonderful and the cook outstanding. We ordered nearly all our meals at the villa and everyone was really impressed by the quality and quantity - we all especially loved the BBQ. The multiple spaces to relax, eat or chat stopped us from feeling too crowded. One criticism is that the house is quite far from the beach - with young children going slow it took us around 20 minutes. It was fine, but you certainly need to plan to just go once in a day. The beach itself was nice, with big waves that were great fun for the older kids. The host was very responsive and gave us a late check out. I would recommend this villa highly for large groups.

It's impossible to describe how happy we were at this wonder place! There is no way a picture can capture the view, the feeling, and comfort this home has to offer. The expansive panoramic view was breathtaking, especially from the salt water pool. Calling local Masseuse for a private poolside session is what I recommend as well. Khun Bha ( house keeper ), can arrange that for you. Sri Panwa staffs were all very friendly, and always so helpful. All the amenities were available for us to use and easy to get access to by the Took Took provided by the resort. Khun Bha, was so wonderful and sweet, she was so resourceful and had all the knowledge of Phuket. Plus she is a good cook. I cried when we had to leave, it really feel like I was leaving my family. She really made the stay feel like visiting family. We are looking forward to coming back again. Thank you so much Bruno for sharing this little heaven with my family.

We had two really good weeks in the apartment. For two couples, it's a lovely apartment with plenty of space both inside and out. The balcony offers unparalleled views of Karon. It is about 70 meters from the road up to the residential complex. And “up” needs to be taken seriously. The road rises about 15%, so the pulse rises well when you travel up there. They have a nice little barn car that serves as a shuttle bus. They drive from the building down into the local area and pick up the guests again. They provide the service from about 9am to 4pm. Unless the car is being used for other small tasks. All in all, we can only say good things about our stay.

Staff was awesome. My room was clean and very comfortable. Great location with lots of bars and restaurants right by the beach.

I stayed here for 1 month and it was great. The spot was perfect for what I needed. I was there to train and the place is super close to the health strip. I updated my stay multiple times and Gilles was extremely easy to deal with. If I didn’t have more traveling to do, I’d still be living in #413. I’d also like to mention that the staff of the Marina are absolutely great people. This place is perfect to stay if you want to work on yourself, get healthy and learn how to throw front kicks. Enjoy.

The space was beautiful! The sea view was amazing, the staff was welcoming and very responsive, many services are available (taxi, cart to take us to the beach, spa...), I will be happy to go back!

Saowanee made my stay as pleasant as possible and asked me every day if I needed anything and how I was doing. She even wanted to prepare me breakfast at noon because I was very tired for the first few days. The place is great for the price and Phuket old town is within walking distance. There are two 7/11 in the street and several options to go out for dinner. Saowanee goes to a lot of trouble, is always accommodating and radiates a good mood:) I would come back and can recommend the accommodation. Thank you Saowanee 🙏🏽☀️

Everything was fine. We felt very welcome! Room was clean, breakfast was super and the stuff was very friendly!

Hotel is fine, clean, nice staff, restaurant with fair prices. The only downsize is that it is located on the island where there is literary nothing else. No shop, no walking paths, no other hotels or restaurants. To get there you need to take a boat. Till 2 pm 600 bhat per person return ticket. After 2 pm you need to charter a privet boat for 1500 bath. If you come here to have a quiet vacation to read a book on the beach, then its perfect spot.

This homestay is a very friendly and clean place for gay couples. There is a big swimming pool which opened 24 hours.Besides，each saturday night，there is a party very nice.What's more，the hosts are very easygoing and generous.They took us to the patong beach and told us many gay bars in the second day we came.And our flight is at night，they agreed to check out late. You should be here to have a very nice trip.

Adrian’s studio is fantastic. Walking distance to the beach and also walkable to the neighboring Bang Tao beach which has a little more activity for those looking for night plans. I enjoyed the quietness and tranquility of the location though. Communication with Adrian was great and he was always very responsive and proactive in sharing important information. The space itself is beautiful and very comfortable, everything was clean upon arrival and the studio looks and feels in very good shape! I would totally consider staying back at Adrian’s studio next time I’m in the area and would recommend it to anyone who’s looking for a comfortable a less noisy time in Phuket.
