The apartment had everything you need and more. Clean modern and spacious. Small touches like snacks and coffee pods added that personal touch. Plenty towels and beach towels. Five minute walk to the supermarket. Roof top pool and lower deck pool and gym. You cannot go wrong booking this accommodation!

We really liked the location of the apartment, it is just a short walk to old town with all the cafes and restaurants. Art is a really nice host and answers super quick if there is anything you need. The apartment itself is nice and practical (even for longer stays), with a nice terrace and view. The park on the roof of the building is also super nice.

This was one of our favourite stays, so comfortable and clean! We enjoyed a couple days by the pool, not too busy either. Amazing property to stay at with a convenient location!

Good condominium in phuket, it has everything you need. The service of the staff was always willing to help. The space is good, but not very large, we were made small for a full month. The room lacks a little cleaning and the air conditioning more (it may have mushrooms inside as it gave me allergy a few times)

Great place to stay, beautiful view from the balcony, lots of dishes and kitchen utensils. We really liked it, I hope to come back here again

Everything is great, and the apartment and location are convenient( if you're driving). The housing stock itself is not new, all the photos correspond to reality. Special thanks to the hostess herself, always in touch, resolves all issues promptly .

It was my fourth time staying in Phuket over the years. This was my first time not staying in a tourst trap area. The location is very walkable to seven eleven and a little lotus store that has everything you need for cooking. We had a 3-year-old, so we needed to do some cooking. The night market is about a 10 minute walk from this place. Getting there was a bit difficult because I gave the taxi the wrong information. If you use "Plus Condominium 2" it will show up on google maps and other apps. It's a good central location to stay in to visit different parts of phuket. The host is up front though that it is not on the beach. You can't just walk there, but getting there is not that big of a hassle. I'd stay here again.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Suil's place! They were incredibly communicative, the apartment was spotless, and Suil was very accommodating to our needs. Location is pretty convenient 5 min walking distance to Phuket central and also 7eleven is just beside the apartment. We highly recommend staying here!

Check in and check out were very easy. Communication with Mel was throughout superb and fast. the place looks exactly like in the pictures. the place is 3 minutes walking from the biggest shopping mall in phuket where you can find whatever you might need. for those who love beaches it s definitely advised to have a car or a bike rather than using taxi or the blue line bus. the building and the flat itself are quiet. nothing to here from traffic or any neighbors.

Our booking covered Christmas and New Year. Villa Carlos was spacious and exceeded our expectations. It was perfect for our family gathering of 6 adults and 4 children. Lothar, our host, organized airport transfers car rental and recommended local restaurants, all whilst maintaining our privacy at all times. We will definitely stay here again if in Phuket. Our lovely cleaners came twice a week to change all towels and sheets and thoroughly clean the villa. Highly recommended!

Great very spacious villa, very tidy rooms. Great and very large pool, had a great week. No drunk screaming Russian tourists around. Recommended to anyone who loves a peaceful retreat. Amazing staff. Thank you to the hosts.

Very pleasant check-in and check-out, we were also well advised what to do nearby and it was very clean and beautiful.

Lovely apartment that gives you a good view of patong beach area. Housekeeper came daily to clean the house. Daily change of towel and also change of bedsheets midway thru our 5 nights stay. Water and soft drinks provided daily. Apartment has all you need in a home (cups, culteries, wine glass, washer, big fridge and bar fridge in every room, oven, microwave, iron and hair dryer in every room. list is not exhaustive) Attached bathroom at every room. Many convenient store stores nearby Grab has no issue locating the apartment. Only minus about the place is - Apartment is up on a steep hill but I suppose that's why one get a lovely view of patong area.

Nanthida and Craig were amazing hosts, very friendly and responsive. Quick to answer any queries we had during our stay. The home itself is very comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer. The beach is just a short walk away from the property. Overall a very comfortable stay, would recommend.

I think I found a second home in Phuket. Pamela is a very friendly and warm host. We stayed at the villa for over 3 weeks and our stay was amazing also because of Pamela she was super sweet and helpful. She would go out of her way to help and be there when ever we needed. Honestly I am going to be coming back again and again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and safe beautiful decorated place to stay this is perfect!
