Joy was a great host and couldn’t have asked for better, her apartment was as described, very clean and felt at home instantly. I also appreciated Joy’s responsiveness no matter the time of day with any questions and she was thoughtful enough to create a canvas guide to kata with some great recommendations and information on it which I’ll be keeping for the future haha. Good accommodation for the price, near many good restaurants and tourist attractions. However, I do only recommend for a short stay and if it’s within your budget. So busy with many tourists

Quiet place and close to the beach. Though the building is a bit outdated.

we had a great stay at calypso residence. It was clean and the hosts were very helpful with any questions we had about local recommendations. It was a very nice apartment in a great location close to everything we needed. Would definitely come back.

Good condominium in phuket, it has everything you need. The service of the staff was always willing to help. The space is good, but not very large, we were made small for a full month. The room lacks a little cleaning and the air conditioning more (it may have mushrooms inside as it gave me allergy a few times)

Stayed with my wife for a month, we really liked everything. The location is very convenient - there are many cool restaurants around, renting bikes, shops, coffee shops. There are 2 huge supermarkets at once, which has everything! This is Villa Market right at the house and Tops is also nearby. You can walk to the sea, but it's still a little far on foot - we only walked once, then only on a bike. The walls are quite thin - you can hear the neighbors. Here is how lucky you will be, where the guests will be. We had loud guys on both sides, but luckily no music or hangouts. But you can hear voices. There's someone like that. It's very cool that this is the closest bay from the airport - only 30 minutes. It is convenient, cheap and fast to get there. There is a lot of furniture, everything is very compact. A little cramped, but we knew what we were going for. It's very cool that there are 2 desks - my wife and I work, and we could do it in different rooms without disturbing each other. It is also convenient that they gave 2 keys to the house and the elevator. They don't do this everywhere, and it's very nice that the host thought about the guests.

I can't say enough great things about Punnara's apartment - it's on a high floor, 2 ice-cold AC units, a large balcony with washing machine and furniture to sit outside, absolutely beautiful bathroom with both a shower and tub and every toiletry you'll need provided, as well as a large, comfortable bed. The bedroom also has a sliding door to keep living room and hall noise out when sleeping. The complex is called The Deck Condominium and has a small, basic gym along with 2 pool options. It's set back off of the main road in Patong, so everything was quiet but still only about 10 minutes to the beach. I previously stayed in another unit here, and it was not as nice as this apartment - I just wish I could have stayed longer!!

I STRONGLY recommend this accommodation. The host was really friendly, quick to respond, and she handled complicated tasks and demands calmly and quickly, so I was able to adapt quickly to unfamiliar places. And also, the bed and sofa are very fluffy and comfortable. The pool is also perfect, and I have never seen any bugs in the accommodation. The blackout curtains are perfect for a good night's sleep at all times, and I have never seen a Wi-Fi connection cut off. I can't describe how comfortable this accommodation is, in any words. I highly recommend this accommodation.

This was my second stay here, and I love it for the spaciousness—hard to find anything else this size at such a good price. I also discovered there’s a sauna on level one this time, which would have been great to know sooner! The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants nearby.

The location is great, there are bike rentals near by, host has been extremely supportive and has organised the information really well, nothing to complain about as every little detail was taken care of in the condo.

Good located next to boat avenue and porto de phuket. Very friendly host. There are some construction works across the street but besides that everything was very good.

amazing apartments! I didn't want to leave. Next time I would be happy to rent these apartments for a month. Very beautiful view from the window and very spacious apartment. The only thing is that the air conditioner is noisy in the bedroom, but in the end this was not a problem for us) Thank you very much for such a wonderful accommodation!

Check in and check out were very easy. Communication with Mel was throughout superb and fast. the place looks exactly like in the pictures. the place is 3 minutes walking from the biggest shopping mall in phuket where you can find whatever you might need. for those who love beaches it s definitely advised to have a car or a bike rather than using taxi or the blue line bus. the building and the flat itself are quiet. nothing to here from traffic or any neighbors.

We enjoyed our stay here. The house was great for our family of 8. We enjoyed the pool and the pool table. We also loved how spacious everything was. It was a great stay.

Wonderful and helpful manager who met us. Responded promptly to all questions and requests, and resolved as quickly. Good location, but only if you get around by car. There are few tourists in the area, but this is just what attracts. The house is in good condition, everything is clean, neat, the pool was cleaned every 3 days 👍 Green well-maintained territory. A large grill area with all the equipment you need. The only thing is that the dishes, as the family is large, there were constantly not enough dishes and appliances. Thank you for your stay!

We had a great stay at Jennifers place, Gib was amazing at helping us check in and check out and making sure we had answers to all our questions, the villa is amazing, as advertised and has all the amenities you need and also close to bang tao beach.

Patrick's place was amazing. The views were incredible, the property was very clean, and he helped provide us transportation to and from the airport. Patrik was responsive and had cleaning staff come every other day of our stay to do laundry, clean the bathrooms, and tidy up. I would recommend this place for your stay in Phuket.

I think I found a second home in Phuket. Pamela is a very friendly and warm host. We stayed at the villa for over 3 weeks and our stay was amazing also because of Pamela she was super sweet and helpful. She would go out of her way to help and be there when ever we needed. Honestly I am going to be coming back again and again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and safe beautiful decorated place to stay this is perfect!

It was a Very nice place! We had a nice holiday and would definitely go back here again. Quietly located, nice, clean pool. In the house everything you need, extensive kitchen and nice that there is also a washing machine. Sweet people! Kamala itself is also reasonably quiet. Nice restaurants and some shops. Busier places nearby, not far by taxi. Beautiful beach in Kamala!
