Nice cosy studio with kitchenette and bathroom. Facilities were clean and easy to access by bus. I can recommend the Airbnb especially for someone who prefers a quite place to stay a bit outside the vibrant city centre of Dublin. The communication was very friendly and and instructions clear.

Irina was a great host. I was staying because of a concert in Marley Park. The location was optimal for such an occasion. She was flexible about letting me check in early in order to queue up for the concert. Irina was very fast in her response when messaged and was welcoming. The room was nice, the bed comfy, and the house was peaceful. Would stay again if available.

I've been booking Airbnb's for over a decade, and this spot really stood out. The place is just a few houses down from the 16 bus (which gets you easily to Camden St. and the College Green area within 20-30 minutes) and is walkable to at least two grocery stores. Both the building and the neighborhood at large were quiet, and the space itself was clean, roomy for one or two people, and even though it was on a lower floor, has a skylight in the bedroom and full-length windows in the living area, which kept everything bright and sunny (when I needed it to be, at least!). Parking in the garage was secure and easy. John was very responsive to my inquiries, and met me when I arrived to guide me through the space and answer any questions that I had. He gave me some great tips on a good breakfast spot nearby, as well as where to find live music on Camden St. I'll absolutely rent here again the next time I'm in Dublin.

Very nice apartment. Close to the city center and a lot of restaurants, stores. I really enjoyed staying there.
