This place felt like a home away from home. The kitchen was well stocked and spacious. The living room housed many comfortable seats. For big family/groups, the table had a lot of seating. Both porches were so relaxing to sit on with a great view. Everything was wonderful. The rooms were well decorated and the whole house was stylish. Definitely will be back!

Loved my stay here! This small studio is perfect for a little get away. Very clean & cozy. The heated pool was amazing, especially after a long day out. Perfect to unwind and relax. Lots of food options around and shops. The host was very helpful & Ziggy was adorable! Will be returning again in the future.

A historic home in a beautiful, quiet Pasadena neighborhood. Very clean, comfortable, well-stocked home. Easy breezy checking in and checking out. Lots to do in the area. A perfect stay!

Wonderful location within walking distance to shops, restaurants, a library, a playground, and beach. We loved heading out on foot to grab coffee and walk to the ocean, or to the beach along the canal which was so close and uncrowded. Great shower, washer and dryer in the unit, kind and responsive hosts. The window a/c units in each bedroom provided nice climate control. We were very comfortable and would’ve liked to have stayed longer. There is some road noise at night from the close proximity to 2nd street, and cars must be moved on Thursday/Friday due to street sweeping, but I was able to find parking a few blocks away on 2nd St, so I would suggest doing that rather than looking in the neighborhoods.

Really good space for outdoor eating! The grill was used a lot and the shaded table was a huge bonus. Inside, the house is super clean and spacious. Really nice management team, very quick to respond. High fives all around🙌

Michael was super helpful, good communicator with check-in instructions and a recommendation for food, groceries. Unit was spotless, clean and bed was big and comfortable. Love the San Gabriel Valley, especially all the international dining options. Will consider for future stays

Very cozy, just what we needed for a weekend trip. Fuss-free, close to some snow-filled activities.

We spent an entire month at The Perfect Place after losing our home in the Eaton Fires. It was the perfect amount of space for 2 dogs and 2 humans :) the kitchen was very well equipped and we even cooked at home a couple times. The couch is super comfy for TV watching or just hanging out: We took some really beautiful walks and LOVED some of the restaurants around there. James was very responsive and sweet to us. Thank you! Wonderful stay! We travelled with our family and have a toddler. The house was very accommodating for our family with a whole room full of toys and books, even high chair! We took advantage of the sand toys that were in the house as well. Clean house and had everything we needed to make dinners. Shawn would proactively text us if we needed anything and gave some yummy local places to eat that we can walk to. Overall a great trip! Thanks Shawn!

This place is great! The house was clean, the kitchen was well equipped, and a perfect walking distance to the beach and some great restaurants. The host was responsive and extremely helpful. We can’t wait to go back!

Barry and Van were great hosts, and very accommodating to our family and pups. We felt right at home, and would definitely stay again.

Craig was very responsive and helpful. The place was exactly as pictured and for being in a very LA type location it was still relatively quiet throughout the day and night. We were a group of girls traveling and we really appreciated the makeup towels provided in the bathroom. Lots of cleaning supplies and was exactly as pictured.

We loved our stay at the Magical Treehouse. Our family was displaced by the Eaton fire and we needed a private, peaceful place to bring home our new baby boy, and I was so happy to have booked Brian's place. The house is comfy and well-stocked, the neighborhood is super walkable with friendly neighbors, and the view is absolutely unreal. We're also close to a bunch of great LA neighbors and some really restaurants and coffee shops. Brian was responsive and friendly, too.
