Vacation rentals with a patio in Rainey Street Historic District, Austin

This is a nice place with a decent size balcony. Everything we needed was provided, and the place is really clean.

Overall awesome - unfortunately the first night the neighbors had a gathering that lasted until about 1:00 AM. You could hear it all pretty clearly in one of the bedrooms, but the kids slept straight through in the other. Apartment is in a great spot, easy to get in and out of even on S Lamar. Very friendly and the hosts were amazing. We would stay here again.

The place was in such a remote location so much to do and was walkable. Very clean spot and has everything you need. He even had a stocked up coffee maker. Very clear instructions and very responsive host.

Rose was a great host! The place was just as nice as was shown with a great deck and view that made it feel like a treehouse. We stayed here as an alternative to the Omni for an event that was there - and getting Ubers to and from the hotel was mixed (sometimes easy, sometimes a bit pricey). But can't say enough about Rose as a host - she was great!

Absolutely phenomenal stay at Roland’s place. Beautiful area with plenty of people walking dogs, kids, etc. Very quiet at all times and in close proximity to many restaurants and fast food.

Responsive host , I liked staying here it was nice and clean and the bed was really comfy!

Excellent location for our stay in Austin. Close to great parks,food and drink, and the highway. Host was very responsive when we had a few minor issues.

We stayed here for a month and it was absolutely perfect. The property is lovely and you’ll feel right at home here. It’s really well equipped with anything and everything you could need. The highlight though was communication with Gina. I’ve never stayed somewhere with someone so communicative, helpful and friendly.

Beautiful grounds and very lovely home. Layout was perfect. And plenty of space. There were lots of extra touches to make the stay very comfortable. It was obvious that Rita and Bill had really thought about what guests might want and need. We were in Austin for our daughter’s wedding, so it was a busy few days of activities, errands and events, but this house was a quiet, easy place to come home to and enjoy in between. Highly recommend! Thank you to our excellent hosts.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The place was exactly as described and in a quiet neighborhood yet closer to city. I highly recommend this Airbnb for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. I would definitely return on my next trip. Joe is a great hot and he is quick in responding and very approachable..

This was such a great home away from home for my family of 3 (including a toddler who now thinks this is his “Texas home”). Great location, very comfortable living space, comfy beds and pillows, and an EPIC backyard! We were here during a heat wave and put the cowboy pool to great use. It was so nice being right by a park with a playground and just minutes from a lot of the Austin sights. Highly recommend!

It’s very comfortable and there are lots of places to sit and lounge around.

This apartment was located in a great spot very close to the main walking trail making it easy to walk from one end of the city to the other. The apartment is located on a high floor with floor to ceiling windows. The staff in the building were very friendly. There was a nicely equipped gym and a pool in the building as well. It was very clean and a great place to stay. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Austin.

Great location, great place to stay if you're in Austin and looking to be right in the heart of everything. I loved being so close to Lady Bird Lake and the beautiful lake trail system. Host was very responsive and the amenities felt like being in a high-end hotel. Highly recommend!

Wow!! From the ease of check in, to the supreme location (Rainey Street!! Yay!!!), to the modern comforts and beautiful condo...this was a win-win location which we are eager to return to. Had a BLAST in Austin and would be surprised if there's any bourbon to be found!
