Vacation rentals with a patio in Rainey Street Historic District, Austin

Shawn and Elizabeth were great! accommodating to my schedule and very responsive to any questions I had. The place was a perfect South Austin stay and would stay again in a heartbeat!

I absolutely loved staying at Joseph's place! I ended up extending my trip but his place was not available, I regret not booking it for the whole at first! When I come visit Austin again, I am definitely making sure to book with him again! Super responsive, everything was super clean and organized! The amenities are just perfect and what you need! The bed was super comfy as well!! Highly recommend!

The apartment was very nice and very quiet even through New Years! The size was perfect for 2 people and never once felt crowded. A nice find!

I really had a wonderful time!! The house was super clean, and that pleased me; things also worked just as they should: no surprises, yet smooth and easy. And the house is super close to downtown, which made getting around relatively easy. Mahshid really puts a lot of thought into making her guests comfortable, and it certainly shines through in all the little touches. It was nice that the cozy touches around the house made this seem like home. I absolutely enjoyed my time here and would 100% stay again. Thanks for being such a great host, Mahshid! 😊

Rose was a great host! The place was just as nice as was shown with a great deck and view that made it feel like a treehouse. We stayed here as an alternative to the Omni for an event that was there - and getting Ubers to and from the hotel was mixed (sometimes easy, sometimes a bit pricey). But can't say enough about Rose as a host - she was great!

Much better than the pics show! Perfect for what we wanted. Loved being steps away from shopping and restaurants and having parking provided was AMAZING! I cannot recommend this place and Tim enough! Responded within minutes if you needed a recommendation or had a question. Cannot wait to stay again!

Robert’s place was perfect for our weekend getaway. The yard was huge and completely fenced in, perfect for a relaxing getaway with our pups. The house included all necessary amenities for a wonderful stay. I’m so happy we were able to find a place perfect for us and our dogs to spend the weekend in Austin.

Excellent location for our stay in Austin. Close to great parks,food and drink, and the highway. Host was very responsive when we had a few minor issues.

Perfect 5 star accommodations. Rita and Bill were responsive and friendly. The house was located on a large and quiet lot yet close to restaurants, stores and parks. The inside was very clean, large and well laid out for multiple guests to get a good night's sleep. Super comfortable furniture and beds with a stunning master bathroom. Very well appointed kitchen with all the special extras like Keurig coffee and granola bars. A lot of children's games for both indoor and outdoor play. Many comfortable outdoor seating spaces to enjoy the Texas sunrise and sunsets. Unfortunately it got cold and snowy during our stay, otherwise we would have taken advantage of those outdoor spaces. We would love to stay here again in the future. Thanks Rita and Bill!

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The place was exactly as described and in a quiet neighborhood yet closer to city. I highly recommend this Airbnb for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. I would definitely return on my next trip. Joe is a great hot and he is quick in responding and very approachable..

Great place to stay. Kid friendly home. It was a great quiet place for us to hang out while in Austin for some sporting events. They were super responsive and helpful!

Molly's place was perfect for our family. She was incredibly flexible with checkin which was super helpful. She was proactive in helping us navigate an impending winter storm and made our stay very comfortable.

Stayed here for Formula One weekend and it was perfect - Cindy was a great host, very helpful and friendly! Would recommend to any friends and family, and might even stay here again in the future.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect—centrally located between Austin's downtown neighborhoods, making it super convenient to explore the city. We often walked to where we were going, and Lyfts were always readily available when needed. The unit itself was clean, well-appointed, and had thoughtful touches that made our stay even better. We appreciated the in-unit laundry, tea selection, Nespresso machine, guidebooks, and makeup wipes—a few extra amenities that you don’t get at a hotel. This unit features a balcony overlooking I-35. Despite being close to the highway, noise was never an issue. The bed was a little softer than what we usually prefer, but we still slept great! Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay. Lastly, the hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating, even allowing us a late check-out to match our evening flight. Overall, we had an amazing time and would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful stay! The location is prime, it was a quick drive/Uber to lots of attractions and great bars/restaurants in the city. The space, itself was so cozy and inviting. The hosts were so proactive and were great communicators, I got great recommendations from them. I look forward to staying here again!

This place was everything you want in Austin. Walkable restaurants and a great vibe in a great neighborhood. I have stayed in this building several times and in several different apts, this is one of the best. Grab it if you can, you won't regret it. (And please eat at Emmer + Rye while you are there - so good)

This place is very comfortable and very convenient! I researched walkable neighborhoods in Austin and this is in one of the top handful. The condo itself is very comfortable, attractive, and well equipped. I found the mattress very comfortable. The condo is on the third floor. I don't mind a few stairs, but if stairs might cause you a problem, I'd keep that in mind.

Highly recommend if you're on a couples getaway or solo traveling. Location was great and the nightlife was spot on. Hosts were very accommodating to my needs and check-in was seamless. Valet service was quick, very professional, vehicle was safe, so I didn't mind the fees.

Had an amazing stay in such a beautiful condo near Rainey street Austin. The view from the condo was so incredible to wake up to and I enjoyed how easy it was to walk around and get food and drinks in the neighborhood. I highly recommend this condo whenever you come to Austin!
