I love this place. I stayed over 30 days and enjoyed every minute. You can walk everywhere from here. Great location and just big enough for me. Jake, the host, was great and was very quick to respond to any need or question. It was very comfortable. Highly recommend this place.

This place was just what we were looking for. Great hosts, very close to everything we wanted. Only a 15 minute walk to downtown and only 3 blocks from (a great music venue the continental, great coffee at Jo’s, and an amazing restaurant at Aba ). Never felt unsafe walking at night to get back home through the city. Thanks to Maris!

This was the perfect place to stay during a quick business trip in Austin. Close to downtown, great places to eat, and comfortable. Was a private and quiet setting away from the traffic downtown but still close enough to avoid highway traffic. Awesome personal touches, snacks and water were super thoughtful. I would absolutely stay again and recommend.

Leon and Stella's place is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood. The listing is clean, well-decorated, and a short walk or ride to many restaurants and bars. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Austin.

This is a very cute place, great for 1-2 travelers, who want to have a bit more amenities than a hotel room can provide, and stay relatively close to the campus and downtown.

The location is fantastic! Walkable to any food or shopping desire. Only 20 minutes to Downtown or Campus. Had a great stay and would stay again!

My stay in Austin hosted by Coralstone was amazing throughout my search to checkout. From my inquiries about the property to minor little issues or questions, all the representatives were super responsive and helpful. I had a three-week stay for work. It was convenient, safe, quiet and I had everything I needed. Parking was convenient as well. The community is super friendly and respectful. Even my shy little service dog was happy and comfortable - we loved the daily walks around the property. I have stayed at Airbnbs often but staying here… it really felt like home. I’m grateful to Joel and Richard. They set the standard that all Airbnbs should aspire to offer… and that is a high standard! I will be coming back!
