Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Rainey Street Historic District, Austin

Great house and very comfortable. There were 7 of us and we had a great time and plenty of room to spread out, sleep comfortable, and hang out and relax. The back yard is really spacious and nice. Close to restaurants.

Billy and Trish were great hosts! The area is perfect if you’re needing to stay close to campus and downtown Austin isn’t far either. There’s a few cute restaurants and breakfast places within walking distance as well if you’re in the need to do some exploring. 10/10 would stay with them again. Thanks guys!

We had our family in for a wedding, and 10 of us were able to stay in Lisa’s house comfortably. It was an easy walk to other family members. All in all a great stay!!

Had a wonderful weekend in Austin. Really loved the layout and convenience of the house. Everything was thoughtful. Ashley was very responsive and kind. Would definitely visit again.

This place was great and lovely to stay at! The beds were super comfortable and the hot tub was very clean. Overall, it was an amazing stay.

Perfect 5 star accommodations. Rita and Bill were responsive and friendly. The house was located on a large and quiet lot yet close to restaurants, stores and parks. The inside was very clean, large and well laid out for multiple guests to get a good night's sleep. Super comfortable furniture and beds with a stunning master bathroom. Very well appointed kitchen with all the special extras like Keurig coffee and granola bars. A lot of children's games for both indoor and outdoor play. Many comfortable outdoor seating spaces to enjoy the Texas sunrise and sunsets. Unfortunately it got cold and snowy during our stay, otherwise we would have taken advantage of those outdoor spaces. We would love to stay here again in the future. Thanks Rita and Bill!

This is the perfect location if you're headed out to downtown Austin. literally minutes from just about anything. Price was great and the house was just what we needed for a weekend with friends.

Beautifully appointed; great location, very walkable (good for neighborhood walks, to access food trucks and restaurants and CVS, and to get to nature trails/the Springs, could probably also walk to Whole Foods for small items (uphill on the way back!), there’s a lot going on in this area! Hosts were very responsive and nice to interact with and proactively let me do a late checkout since no one else was scheduled, which helped me out a lot! Having a parking spot in the driveway was a huge plus. I couldn’t tell from the pictures but it’s a stand alone unit above a garage so it feels very private even though it’s in the middle of a neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again, I tried to do another month but it was booked already!

Rose was a great host! The place was just as nice as was shown with a great deck and view that made it feel like a treehouse. We stayed here as an alternative to the Omni for an event that was there - and getting Ubers to and from the hotel was mixed (sometimes easy, sometimes a bit pricey). But can't say enough about Rose as a host - she was great!

Much better than the pics show! Perfect for what we wanted. Loved being steps away from shopping and restaurants and having parking provided was AMAZING! I cannot recommend this place and Tim enough! Responded within minutes if you needed a recommendation or had a question. Cannot wait to stay again!

It was as if they knew me. So many details I liked: coffee beans for French press in the AM (and a dedicated brush for the grinder!), a Bose Bluetooth speaker, nightlight box in the ceiling… quiet neighborhood close to everything, and friendly hosts. And CLEAN. No wonder I’ve not been here before, I understand why it has not been available on my previous trips. Will definitely stay again if the guest apartment is available.

Reeds place was great! Decor was super cool. Centrally located and made things we wanted to do more accessible. Quiet, peaceful and the private yard was very enjoyable. Would definitely come back to stay in the future.

Excellent location and amazing views from the condo, especially at night. We really enjoyed our stay. So many places close by are easy to walk to. Valet parking is fast and easy.

Marilyn was an amazing host and actually contacted me to see what snacks/beverages were my favorite and then had them in the unit when I arrived. Just a terrific host with a quaint home that was very peaceful and private. A must stay if this is the type of place you are looking for.

Wonderful stay! The location is prime, it was a quick drive/Uber to lots of attractions and great bars/restaurants in the city. The space, itself was so cozy and inviting. The hosts were so proactive and were great communicators, I got great recommendations from them. I look forward to staying here again!

First, the building itself is very nice with super courteous valet. The check in process was very easy as well. The unit was very clean and pretty much exactly like in the photos (if anything, it’s nicer in person). I would definitely stay here again and recommend others to as well.

Great communication and everything clean

We had a terrific stay. I was there for a work conference and brought a colleague and my family (we actually booked 2 units in the same building to achieve this). The check in process was a bit hectic, but that had more to do with the fact that I had a crying baby and a toddler with an ear infection to contend with. 😅 But as a fair warning to anyone else in a similar situation to me, check in was slower than ideal because there were a bunch of people arriving at the same time and only one person at the front desk who was able to help. The unit itself was lovely and it was great having access to a kitchen and a gym while away from home. Jason, the host, was extremely responsive. The value was amazing! I was able to book four bedrooms total for less than what it would cost for a hotel room downtown, and it was a short uber to get there when I had to. Overall I would definitely stay there again!

Highly recommend if you're on a couples getaway or solo traveling. Location was great and the nightlife was spot on. Hosts were very accommodating to my needs and check-in was seamless. Valet service was quick, very professional, vehicle was safe, so I didn't mind the fees.

This place was perfect for our stay. The amenities in the listing were very well-suited for a comfortable stay and clearly properly maintained. The host was very responsive to all inquiries and super flexible with our group's needs. I very much enjoyed where we stayed and would definitely stay here again when travelling to Austin.

Such a great location! Being so close to Rainey was awesome. Lan was incredibly responsive and helpful, and she made check-in a breeze. The great views and building amenities were a huge plus. We'd definitely stay here again!
