Cozy studio space well decorated and updated. great stay for a great price

This cozy loft is not only tastefully decorated, but also very clean and tidy. There is minimal noise heard from the host's living quarters. If you are traveling with a toddler and planning to stay more than one night, you may want to bring a gate, as the stairway entrance is open. The lights were on to welcome us and a fresh loaf of bread on the table felt like an extra touch of grace. You will not be disappointed!

I highly recommend staying here. I thought it was a guest house but it's little house on it's own lot (and right across the street from a park; surrounded by green - which was a nice surprise to me). Caitlin was great to work with the location was perfect with close freeway proximity but a nice lush residential fee. Just a short walk away you'll find groceries, restaurants, coffee, and more. The living area was super cozy and I loved the high ceilings, large windows and natural light. I'd definitely stay here again.

Jonathan was very responsive and very open and detailed about where I’d be living in the neighborhood as someone who is not from the area. I was very happy with how it was described to me. It was very accurate. Even though I was only there for a short time, I made a lot of friends the neighbors are exceptional. The space is adequate and is beautiful. I very much enjoyed my stay there.
