We stayed at this property for 09 days. For us Orikum was well placed compared to everything we wanted to do. Everything was great, perfect accommodation for 2/3 people with lots of small details in equipment that improves the daily life of a stay. Very quiet area, and 03-15 minutes walk to all the shops and restaurants of Orikum. To conclude, if I only had one thing to advise you, you can book without a second thought. As for Flavia, she is always there if you need and is very open to the smallest information you can provide for the improvement of her accommodation and hospitality.

I enjoyed my one month stay, I would come back again if the location was closer to city centre. It had ok wifi, the host communicated well and in good english, good air conditioning, clean, also drinkable water. electric stove, pots pans and utensils. As well as towels. Laundry machine too. The location is the farthest away you can be from the center of vlore while still being in vlore. Its most expensive part of vlore too. Look at the reviews of both nearby markets. They are all expensive. 5-10 minute walk to beach, 15 minute walk to bus that takes you to town. It is near the lion statue. its next to a very big casino/resort. I heard fireworks around 11 pm several times. Wifi also did not work several times, usually for only a couple hours. But last day was out for whole day. Sometimes power goes out too Free wifi at restauraunt outside on right side of resort. Pretend that you are a guest and use there wifi. Look rich and pretend you go there. Then explore no more character
