The communication with Claudia regarding checking in and out was excellent. The apartment is perfectly located to walk to all the attractions and just a short walk to the Metro to visit places further out, such as The Vatican City. The apartment was quiet and comfortable. Lovely bathroom and comfortable bed, which was appreciated after a full day’s walking!

The apartment was fantastic. Very clean, lots of natural light, plenty of space for the three of us. Right in the middle of fabulous restaurants and bars but quiet inside - excellent double glazing.We were able to do all to all the popular tourist sites. There is a supermarket very clean se by. The beds were very comfortable, the apartment was very much home from home, everything we needed for an amazing week. We appreciated the complimentary coffee, water, toiletries and many towels. The bathroom was the cleanest bathroom out of all apartments I have ever rented. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Rome.

This is my second stay at this beautiful property. The location is perfect for your stay in Rome ,ownership is first class, very helpful and professional. I look forward to returning in a few months and I will absolutely be staying at this property again thank you so much for a beautiful experience again.

Francesca’s place is the perfect home base for exploring Rome. The location couldn’t be better—just steps from the Trevi Fountain and within easy walking distance to the Colosseum, Pantheon, Vatican City, and so much more. The street is clean and feels very safe, and we loved having a great restaurant right downstairs—the food and service were both excellent. We had a brief issue with hot water, but Francesca was incredibly responsive and had it resolved right away. I highly recommend staying here. Thank you, Francesca, for a wonderful experience!
