We loved our stay at this property. The house is much more historic and lived in, if you are after a pristine and modern stay, this might not be the place for you. But the house more than made up for it in character and cozy vibes, and it fit in perfectly in the charming historic neighborhood in Marblehead. The area has a lot of wonderful spots you can walk to, and the host provided historical information about the area and the house as well! We were so grateful for John’s proactive communication, we didn’t have any issues but I’m confident if we had he would have quickly resolved them! Overall my family had a wonderful weekend and we spent the drive home saying home much we’d love to make another trip in the summer to enjoy the ocean more!! Thanks John for a memorable weekend!

We had a fantastic stay at Peter and Maria’s place! They were wonderful hosts—quick to respond to any questions and incredibly thoughtful in ensuring my stay was as comfortable as possible. The house itself is absolutely adorable, with a cozy and inviting feel. It’s fully stocked with everything you could need—kitchen appliances, coffee, a kettle, utensils, and even a well-stocked shower. Whether you’re cooking, relaxing, or just settling in, you’ll have everything you need to feel at home. The neighborhood is welcoming, surrounded by beautiful nature, making it a peaceful and enjoyable place to stay. I highly recommend this Airbnb and will definitely be returning in the future!

We could not have asked for a more gracious and conscientious hostess. Pat, the hostess, thinks of every possible item one could need and generously supplies them. Her place is immaculate, laden with interesting and unique linens, art work, kitchen items, furniture...every where one looks there is something new to see. She communicates reliably and respectfully- and was responsive if we had a question. The location is safe and convenient- near Hope St, Brown, downtown, highways, shopping. Pat's place is wonderfully set up for outdoor eating and relaxing during warm months. She loves flowers and makes sure her garden is blooming and well taken care of. She frequently left a vase of flowers for us. She clearly tremendously enjoys hostessing her guests!

This was the perfect house for my parents and myself. The house had everything you could think of. Barry was always available for questions about the area and offered suggestions on anything we asked for. This is the best house and host I’ve ever stayed at. They checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond for anything we asked about. The house is in a safe area and we were able to walk around the neighborhood as well. The basement has an added bonus with the desk area so I was able to work from there with the strong internet service. The exercise equipment was also perfect for those days that it was just cold and windy for outdoor exercise. We stayed here for a major surgery for my mom and the house is only like a 8 mile drive to Lehey Hospital. The drive was easy and we never had any problems. I would suggest this house for anyone looking for a place to stay. You will not find a better house or host if you are looking for this area.

We loved this house and highly recommend it! We stayed for 9 days and felt at home the entire time thanks to the thoughtfulness and care that Austin and Nina have put into this house. The kitchen has literally everything you could ask for, including great pots and pans, spices and oils, brand new appliances, coffees and teas, etc. The beds are so comfortable and all have great pillows and bedding. The whole house is spotless and has everything you need so you do not need to run out to the store the second you get there. The backyard is so nice for kids and for sitting on the patio (when it's warm out). The neighborhood is nice and very quiet and safe - we loved that we could walk into town (where there are little restaurants, a juice shop, coffee shops, an ice cream shop and a very nice library) and walk to a local high school as well. Austin was so responsive the few times we had a quick question. We will definitely return to this house in the future when we visit our son!

Loved my stay at this beautiful home. Very clean, and felt like home. All my friends slept well and were comfortable everywhere we gathered in the home. Dominique was wonderful and responsive. I would certainly rent this again in the future.

Our stay at the Gloucester Beach House was great. It is a nice walk down to Good Harbor Beach, The Common Place Market and the neighborhood is peaceful. Its about a 10-minute drive to anywhere you want to go in Gloucester. Diane was responsive with any communication we had with her, and stayed in contact with us throughout the trip. We were grateful to be able to check in early after traveling all night to rest before beginning our trip adventures. For anyone interested, the Rhumb Line currently offers live music every night and its a variety of music. We went there several times and the musician's were top notch, and this is a place where the locals gather. We ended up visiting with friends and family and looking forward to another trip out to explore more of North Shore! Thank you so much for the wonderful home and stay.

place is the same as described. I had a very short stay this time but this place has everything you need for an extended stay if needed. Highly recommended!

We are repeat guest at Kevin's. We love the location near Inman and Harvard Square. We enjoy the rooftop deck, having a well stocked kitchen and he always leaves us with bagels, cookies, coffee and tea to make the transition easy. Having a Whole Foods minutes walk is very convenient. Will definitely be back.

It was simple and lovely. Good communication. If you are a light sleeper, the upstairs neighbors may or may not be an issue. I was woken up a couple of times due to heavy walking up and down the stairs and the footsteps above are very audible in the apartment below. But other than that, perfect for our visit of families in the area.

Joseph from the beginning was responsive and helpful when needed. He kindly put up a Christmas tree for us, making the house very festive for us to enjoy throughout our stay. It was full of candy and biscuits as well as a fridge full of drinks and snacks. The house is warm, cosy and served our needs with all items required for a family of 4. We had a parking spot and access to the garden. The washing facilities were excellent, TV's in every room with hundreds of channels and 2-3 food stores within a 5 minute walk made our stay more relaxing. Getting into the city, by train was very easy with the station a 5-10 minute walk followed by a 10/15 minute journey into downtown, By car, the main roads in / out of the area are literally a minute away. The beach is a 10/15 minute walk - a must for any plane-spotters with clear views of Logan Airport to watch the planes land and take off. Joseph is a very respectful and attentive host. We enjoyed our stay at his apartment.

My husband and I stayed here for one week to visit our family. The place was super spacious for two people, can easily accommodate four people. Mark's place was precisely as pictured and we enjoyed our stay. We highly recommend staying here & found Mark to be an excellent communicator. It was a flawless booking from start to finish.

Our family really enjoyed our long weekend at Donald’s place. The location is great, right in the middle of Marblehead, walkable to old town and the various shops and restaurants that dot the area— a great base for visiting friends and family on the north shore. We’ll definitely look to stay here again if available the next time we’re in the area.

Kelly's place was perfect for myself and my husband and two year old daughter. It's a gorgeous and tastefully updated older home. Everything was very comfortable, very clean, and in a great location only a mile or so from downtown Salem and walkable to coffee and restaurants. Kelly was super responsive and helpful before, during, and after our visit.

Amir is a great host! I stayed at his place for two months for work and had no issues. The place was very clean and quiet and had everything I needed for a long term stay. Amir is very responsive and checked in periodically to make sure everything was going good! Very friendly host and was flexible with helping me with dates as sometimes my work can be changed quickly. What a wonderful stay! The listing was extremely accurate, the space was actually even more spacious than the photos conveyed. The space was clean, cozy and well decorated. It was easy to find and get in. The host was responsive and friendly! The best aspect of this Airbnb was by far the location - convenient to Salem via Airbnb and walkable to so many great restaurants and scenic views in Marblehead. Would absolutely recommend and hope to come back someday!

Great space, close walk to all the places we needed to go. Loved the open layout of the kitchen and living room areas, awesome to lounge around during our downtimes. Bathrooms fit our needs and beds were comfortable. Nice and thoughtful amenities such as the Dove body soap and toothpaste. TV cable was much appreciated as well as the electric piano! Thanks for a great stay, would book again.

My friends and I had a wonderful time staying at Catlin and Ryan's place! The place was clean and spacious, and was conveniently located near a train stop which made visiting all the neighborhoods around Boston a breeze. Ryan was also kind enough to drop by and offer recommendations for local grocery, restaurants, and sightseeing. Check in and check out were easy and clearly detailed in the app, as well as physically in the house. Overall, Catlin and Ryan's AirBnb was the perfect place for my friends and I to stay for our group trip. The next time we come to Boston, we will definitely be looking to come right back here!
