Would return in a heartbeat! Lovely attic ‘apartment’ with views, sky and sunlight. The bed was super cosy with fresh, soft linens and a comfortable mattress. Clean bathroom and great water pressure. Penny was friendly, helpful and communicative with great local knowledge. It was a perfect location for me while visiting friends in JP. Thank you!!

Perfect spot for me and my 4 friends to be to explore both Cambridge and Boston. Everyplace was no more than a 15 minute drive. Comfortable and all we needed. Grateful for being flexible for our check out due to a snowstorm.

Great space for our family to relax. Rooms were nice, great kitchen to cook in and bathrooms were wonderful. Very walkable with great restaurants and shopping in town. Easy transportation to downtown Boston, did not have to drive.

My fiancée and I went to Boston for the first time and could not have been happier with the Airbnb we chose. It was the perfect location to start and end our days. Howard was a gracious host. Really friendly and checked in to make sure our stay was ok. Can’t recommend this place enough.

Fabulous home in a wonderful neighborhood! I want to mention that there are 30 steps from the ground level to the 3rd story bedrooms (for those with mobility issues) and for groups of 8 utilizing the basement bedroom, there is no door (for privacy and quiet). Neither was a big issue for our group but worth mentioning to help others. But this is truly a beautiful home which was perfect for our family trip to visit the historical sites in Boston. Definitely recommend!!

Everything was just as we expected - wonderful! It really is a 4 minute walk to the beach! The bedrooms were lovely and the beds comfy. The kitchen equipment and dishes were great- full sets of plates, utensils, knives, pots and pans, etc. We grilled most every night and enjoyed the private area out side. Other nights we ate in restaurants in Gloucester, which is a cute town with shops and a museum on the waterfront. Rockport is just a few minutes away and makes for a fun afternoon of poking around shops. M Russell is very responsive to questions. All the communications were great. We were on a vacation with our 2 adult kids and their partners. Everyone had a great time.

Six of us came for our college reunion and were blown away by the amazing house. It was comfortable and charming. Enough room for solo time and communal time. Wonderful location and all the amenities.

Mary-Helen's place was terrific, beautiful views out the eastern side on the river. The space arrangement was great for us. We'll be back.

This stay was perfect for a group doing a charity bike ride. Linda was a wonderful support to the group and couldn't have been more helpful. Honestly went above and beyond and it was such a pleasure to communicate with here. The property is beautifully situated and quiet but not far from downtown Plymouth. Amenities are great. There is a nice general store a short walk away. We will be back again.

Absolutely loved our stay here! Funny enough, we’re locals—but when our floors decided to get a makeover, we had to find a temporary home. And wow, this place delivered! The unit was spotless, super modern, and so cozy, we almost forgot we had a house down the road. Now, let’s talk about the kitchen—it’s chef’s kiss! I’ve stayed in my fair share of Airbnbs, but this one takes the cake (and bakes it too). They had every spice imaginable—seriously, if you can name it, they had it—and all the tools to whip up a feast. Five stars just for the kitchen alone! Highly recommend this spot for anyone needing a home away from home!

Perfect for a peaceful stay with my dog. Very close to great restaurants and Tsongas Arena. Honestly I can’t wait to stay there again. I feel completely recharged!

We stayed there in the winter—it was very cozy and comfortable There’s a lovely pond behind the house and a rail trail beside the house The wall of the former state prison is across the street . Because it’s closed it’s easy to ignore

The house is well maintained with all the necessary appliances, dishware, bath towels, etc. It is very close to the harbor where we visited daily. Our kids loved walking along the ocean and seeing the street lights at night. There are so many restaurants nearby. We enjoyed every minute of our staying.

What a perfect beautiful large home with parking !!! About 10-15 minutes from seaport area. Really made our stay easy with two kids under two. HD a high chair and pack and play to help with sleeping and eating for children. Very impressed with stay. Great and will be back if in area

We had an enjoyable stay and Edna was a wonderful host! The location served our purpose of a good proximity to Salem and Boston and was a perfect fit for 6 women on our girls trip!

We had a great stay at Ken & Amy’s place! The house was spotless and exactly as described—comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The hosts were very communicative and quick to respond, which we appreciated. We did encounter an issue with the passcode late at night, but Ken was incredibly helpful and resolved the problem promptly, ensuring we could get in. Their attentiveness and communication made all the difference. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would recommend staying here!

Excellent stay. Easy check in, clean, spacious, and comfortable. Love the projector in the basement but it was pretty cold down there for this time of year but I would certainly stay again.

This was the perfect place for our family to gather and use as our home base while visiting extended family in the area. Easy to pop into Boston or other points of interest in the area and having a dedicated driveway was a huge bonus!

David was great at communicating with us, quick to respond and flexible with checking in a little early as we arrived in town earlier than expected. Off street parking, greeted us in person (they live in the back of the house) showed us around and made us feel like VIP guests. David and his family have lived in Salem quite a while and gave us lots of good advice on where to eat, etc. They found out that we were going to be in town for my wife’s birthday and brought her a little birthday cake on her birthday… that’s going the extra mile for your guests! Thanks for making our time in Salem special and lots of fun!!

This charming townhouse offers a clean, newly renovated kitchen and bath, perfect for a comfortable stay. Located on a quiet street, you'll find a relaxing atmosphere. Upon arrival, there was thoughtful welcome basket Water, coffee, and tea were also available for us to enjoy. Your accommodating host is always ready to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Anda’s place was terrific! Super clean, well appointed, well decorated, and quiet! What more could you want? She was also super responsive and friendly. If you need a place in Cambridge or the surrounding areas, look no further!
