Eliz and Gina was very flexible with the check in right off the bat. Due to my ride and the scheduling, i was in the area very early and was able to check in much earlier than scheduled. The place was roomy and with the two beds put together side by side, i basically had a king size bed all for myself. Bathroom had a nice strong and warm hand held shower head. The place is located in the middle of the neighbourhood so i was able to get to know some of the locals and there are a few local eatery places that are very inexpensive. Just 10 minute walk to Burgos street and Makati Avenue where there are bars and more places to eat at and also 10 minute walk the other direction towards Rockwell which has the big shopping mall and more places to eat and see. Eliz and Gina were very responsive when i ask for extra towels, bathroom tissue and filtered drinking water. I was here for a month and a half so I needed something affordable and this place was perfect. I would definitely comeback!!!

just a wow. dont judge the place by just looking at the pics. really very good place to stay. we are a group of 11. we really enjoyed our stay. we also had a very good night's rest. we plan to stay here again for our next trip! host is really a superhost! 🫶 easy to communicate with, very friendly 🫶

I booked for j-hope’s con in moa arena. the place isn’t that walkable but a car booking only costs ₱70-100 everything is well-provided by the host. there’s drinking water which isn’t present in most listings c: all the essentials you need are also there: towels, toiletries, utensils, hot showers, kitchen appliances, etc. the unit is also clean and well-maintained, and was given well-thought souvenirs too Maurice is vvv organized, and easy to talk to. Thanks for your accommodation. I’ll def comeback

The host is sooo accommodating and approachable! I love how they are so flexible with the sudden changes in my schedule and accomodate all my requests. Thank you very much! Amenities for basic needs are complete like ref/freezer, microwave, stove, cold and hot shower, etc. Somethings can be improved though: could have put bidet on the room, could have changed the room scent to a less stronger scent like fresh bamboo or fern. But overall, definitely value for money! Thank you very much!

Our 3rd stay in 8 yrs in this complex & this unit is by far the best. Clean, fresh linens, adequate supplies, good wifi & walkable to restaurants & shops. Most of all, Marites & Mgr Leonori are very responsive & accom -modating hosts. Our int'l flight's ETA was 9:40PM, planned to check in ~11:30. Turned out our luggage didn't come with us but were in the next flight arriving 2.5 hrs later. Emailed Marites about delay, said it was ok. So it was after 2AM when we got to the condo & there were Leonori & husband patiently waiting, welcoming. The most impressive part is their honesty. My hubby was supposed to give some $ to our local family to partly help with funeral expenses, this trip's reason.He somehow forgot about it & left the $ in the condo! Leonori found it after we checked out, texted me & we made arrangements for nephew to pick it up from her. That honesty is rare & is much appreciated! Bottom line: Condo and its staff are HIGHLY recommended. Will definitely stay here again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The home was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect — specially for public transport which made exploring the area very convenient, hated the paid parking tho, expensive for the stay, I wish there was a space provided for guests. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed during our stay. The small touches, like like complimentary snacks, fresh towels really made a difference. Thank you, Mr Ong will definitely comeback.

Great and comfortable place to stay for a small group of people. All the amenities listed are exactly as stated and the pictures are accurate. Host is very friendly and responsive. They also offer roundtrip service which is great since we actually stayed there for a concert so it made things easier for us. Additionally, the food is amazing! Overall, amazing experience, looking forward till next time!

This place is like a hidden oasis in the metro. The space was spacious enough to fit me and my friends (there were 17 of us) comfortably. The rooms, showers, and restrooms were very clean. The kitchen had multiple sinks, utensils, and a working fridge, grill, and stove. In addition, there is also ample parking on the street and the general area itself felt very safe. The host, Darren, is warm, hospitable, and a clear communicator. He really went the extra mile to make sure we have a good time. Thanks again, Darren!

We book the place to celebrate my niece's birthday. The caretakers were kind and attentive to our requests. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with complete equipment, including a gas stove and barbecue grill. The children had so much fun in the pool, which was 3 to 5 feet deep. The bathroom was clean and had a hot shower, and dishwashing liquid was provided. The host was responsive and accommodating. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and an experience that we will cherish for my niece's birthday.

This is my third stay in 3 consecutive years in the same room. Always my go-to choice for my annual music festival trip. Need some needle and thread to stick holes in your clothes? on knock away! Need some flat iron? one knock away! They have in-house personnel to assist you with your needs. Very convenient. Very accessible. Walkable grocery store, church, places with good food to eat. Will surely come back again next year.

We absolutely loved staying at Giselle’s place! The place was nestled in a quiet neighborhood that felt like a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The space itself was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

We had a great stay at Camia Bahay-Bakasyunan! The property is spacious—definitely big enough to accommodate 20 guests comfortably. We love that there were plenty of bathrooms, which made things so much easier for a big group like ours. Everything was really clean, well-lit, ventilated, and the interior is so aesthetic. It also feels very new and well-maintained. Location-wise, it’s perfect—just a few minutes away from Ayala Malls and SM Fairview, so it’s easy to grab food or run errands. Kitchen is fully equipped, though be sure to read about the extra fees (like for using the gas stove) so there are no surprises. It’s a bit pricier than other options, but considering the space, convenience, and quality of the place, it’s definitely worth it. The caretakers were always available and very helpful throughout our stay. Overall, our family had a fun and comfortable experience—highly recommended!

My stay in Manila was perfect. A cute secure village close to the airport and the host is so sweet I left my phone in the grab when I was on my way to the airport and she went out of her way to ship it to my friend so I can retrieve it I live all the way in Canada it was a very stressful situation and Carla contacted the grab retrieved my phone and went out of her way for me to get it back! I would definitely recommend this Airbnb in a heart beat! Don’t hesitate to book!

Wow this place was above and beyond. so many lights and plenty of games to play with friends and family. The kitchen has really excellent gear. Nice sturdy pots and pans not the cheap stuff, I thoroughly enjoy cooking at this airbnb. There is Ayala mall a short walk away and multiple malls close by as well as plenty to see and do in Quezon City. The bedroom is so comfy with multiple ways to organize the bed/s couch bed and plenty of pillows. Movie night was great here the place really feels elegant. I wish I had thought of the decor and setup it is truly amazing to stay in this stylish layout and I highly recommend. Wifi is strong and reliable, washer available in unit with drying rack. The unit has 2 strong Air conditioning with customized remotes , extremely comfortable when it's hot outside.
