Had an enjoyable stay at Tessie's place. The apartment is located just a stone's throw away from The Westin Hotel and Residences Manila and Shangri-la EDSA Hotel. Both 5 star luxury hotels located in premier city addresses all over the world.

If you’d like to wake up and walk a few steps to the gondola, ski lessons or the equivalent of a block to Treehouse (for kids), this is the place. It also overlooks the ice rink. Parking is easy and just a short elevator to the condo (under 2 mins condo to car). This is our second stay in this unit and it’s very comfortable, well supplied and allows us to cook almost all of our meals, which we prefer. Highly recommend.

We are a repeat guests over and over. Ms Ida’s unit is one of our favorite airbnb place. It has become our go to. But unfortunately, her studio is not always avail. It’s always booked and it’s not surprising to my daughter and I. The bed is super comfy!!! The location is perfect, super quiet, very clean and just so perfect for two♥️ Huge thanks to Ms Ida and her caretaker cleaner, Ate Luz for making our stay so spot on!

Impeccable Cleanliness: Cleanliness is evidently a priority at Nads Place Manila. The entire area, including the swimming pool, is kept in pristine condition. The pool is inviting and well-maintained, offering a perfect spot to relax and unwind. Sustain: - great communication with hosts - optional parking space close to elevator - inviting and attentive reception staff - incredible helper provided for check in - 5 star location and property is very tidy - pool is serviced daily - instructions for laundry are clear and unit works great - beds are restful and clean, smell great - bathrooms are well maintained and clean - air conditioner in rooms work well - silverware and cooking set provided is good - competitively priced for location - overall 4.5 / 5 stars! improve: - listing instructions are clear but I suggest directional bearings (N, S, E, W) - address provided for listing is incorrect and taking Grab or a taxi will send you behind the building entrance. - air conditioner in common area is quite chilly even set to higher temperatures. - main door to balcony has a pinch point flaw with locking mechanism, suggest to service door or update instructions to tilt handle upwards before engaging lock.

Monariz was a wonderful host, The place was clean and had all the amenities that I needed, felt right at home. The Front desk Security was friendly and active 24/7 no matter what time I returned to residence. The residence was In a convenient location and many restaurants and markets were in walkable distance, I enjoyed going to the park right up the block for my morning runs. would definitely recommend the place if you're looking for something that's convenient to the surrounding manila area!

One of the best family-friendly Airbnbs in the metro! We have a 3-year-old and a baby and we loved the bed set-up, there was also a crib for the baby. Our toddler enjoyed having the TV all to herself while we watched on the screen projector. Lots of storage space. Comfy beds. Quality towels. Very clean space. It has all the essentials you need during your stay. Everything about the unit was well thought of. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip!

This was our third stay at Kirei House Bulacan, and once again, it was perfect for our family of four. The location is incredibly convenient—close to our family and just a short trip to SM for any grocery needs. We love the Japanese-inspired design—minimalist, clean, and free of clutter. The amenities were more than sufficient, and the added touch of books and games made our stay even more enjoyable. Kirei House continues to be a fantastic place to stay, and we’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and convenience in Bulacan. Looking forward to our next visit!

good location, a good walk to all prime spots in the area, host is very responsive, sent very clear instructions prior to check in, concierge and security were pleasant.

This was our first time having a host personally accompany us to the room, explaining all the facilities and the dos and don’ts. The host even gave us a tour of the unit and showed us how everything works. He is very responsive, flexible, and accommodating, even with our super late check-in time. The place truly felt like home—everything you need is there. The location is very accessible, and the host even suggested nearby night markets, which added to the experience. The building is also very safe—you need to tap the access card to enter, exit, and even go to your designated floor. The high-tech features added to the convenience. Highly recommended!

when we arrived at Jun's place after being stuck in China for 24 hours we felt straight at home... the place is really homey. it's like a home away from home. everything you need... it's all there. the place is near everything and everywhere... just across the street is the edsa shangri-la mall and a few more steps away is the megamall. there's a live band and food stalls that starts from Friday till Sunday and lots of different restaurants and shops near too. when you get inside the condo you are greeted by a smiling security guard and friendly receptionist that would greet you anytime of the day. also, they now have a rif card so it makes you feel more secured than before. Joanne is also really friendly and easy to contact... we came home late one night and when we get to the door... the key broke and luckily Joanne is there to the rescue. she managed to send us a duplicate key ASAP... thank God for lalamove. we had the key copied the next day and left it with the other keys.

I have stayed in Alfonso's condo unit countless times. The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect, close to restaurants, shopping and businesses. Alfonso is an excellent host—responsive, friendly, and very accommodating to my requests. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the space felt like a second home to me. In fact, a few times I have factored the availability of Alfonso's place in deciding when to go to the Philippines. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Philippines and looking for to stay around BGC area. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

We had a problem with our initial booking at another place. Thankfully, Eds was willing to accommodate us even an hour before check in. Eds was very proactive with our stay. Always a text away should we have any problem with the place (very minimal, btw). Place has a home-y feel. Very relaxing. Location is also very convenient as it is near restaurants and a grocery store next door. We had a wonderful time (my dog, especially). Will definitely be back soon!

5/5, clean space, perfect for chilling, spacious even with 4 people. We accidentally locked the cr door from the outside but found out it has no key 😭. We got stressed a bit but glad that the owner was easy to reach and gave us instruction on how to unlock it.

Great value for money, the place was clean and tidy and we didn't see any bugs in our time there, which can't be said for a lot of units in this location! The internet was fast enough when plugged into to facilitate video conferencing and the wifi coverage was absolutely fine for us. We either ate out or ordered in so it wasn't a problem that this unit doesn't have cooking facilities, in all honesty I prefer not having the mess and hassle of cooking! The unit was exactly as is pictured and had everything needed for an enjoyable break! Thanks!

Ms Anne was so responsive from when I was still inquiring about her place until check out. She gave detailed instructions that you don’t need to ask a lot of questions anymore. Her staff, Sir June, helped us with checking in and out, which makes it more convenient and helpful, especially when you’re not familiar with the place. The place was so accessible and is just a walking distance to MOA and SMX. We felt really at home during our stay. Overall, it was a great experience!

Stayed at Vince’s place for the duration of the Manila Live tournament. It was exactly as describe, very close to the train station and handy mall downstairs. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed, Vince was very responsive with every request, nothing was too much of an ask. Will most definitely stay here again

Host Mera was very responsive and accommodating to our concerns. The unit is cozy, clean and inviting. It has kitchen tools and utensils if you want home-cooked meals. The building has enough amenities such as landscaped gardens and outdoor pools if you want to stay within the premises. The place is near malls and other activities within the EDSA Guadalupe area. My partner and I enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended place and we'll be booking this again in the future.

This is my second stay at Mia's place, and I still very much enjoyed it. Great shopping, pharmacies, convenience stores, and restaurants just outside the building. And only a 30-minute drive to Mall of Asia. Caretaker Marvin was also very responsive and friendly when I asked if I can drop off my bags before the check in time. I will definitely return to this unit whenever I'm in Manila, and I have recommended family to book this place as well!
