Outstanding location, top shelf amenities, and wonderful view. We were a party of 11 and everyone had room. Netflix and WiFi worked great. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

All amenities are easily available, and check-in and check-out were seamless. The hosts were attentive and friendly. We will definitely return.

I was very satisfied with the accommodation. Everything I needed was within easy reach. the LRT skytrain station is close if someone wants to explore Manila cheaply

By far, the best Airbnb experience ever! Very proactive host(s), very willing to literally go the extra mile, above & beyond their scope of responsibilities as hosts. They treat you as if you are family. Even after our stay at their unit, they helped us transition to our next destination. I dont think their service will be outdone anytime in the future. Very respectful, kind, and considerate of their customers. If this review seems more centric towards the hosts rather than the place, rightfully so deserving of such recognition, it was my intent. My family and i was very impressed and amazed. I cant thank you enough for the exceptional service they have provided. Will definitely book them again in the future. Very strongly recommended!

Great hangout place for families and barkadas. Clean and comfy, with lots of games to keep everyone entertained. The unit is is also walkable from the subdivision gate. Host is responsive and friendly.

Just had some slight delay during check in because the contact # may not have service at the time but my kids were assisted by the caretaker and they were given clear instructions about the amenities and where to find necessities. Nice view indeed, you have a glimpse of the city at night and nice view of the pool. Accessible to convenience store etc. Not indicated but I may have forgotten to ask, but I was expecting complete utensils like spoon and ladles though again, convenience store is just a few steps away. Place is cozy and comfortable. Overall our stay is great and will consider going back to the place.

We've booked the place so we don't need to travel far during the LANY concert yesterday (October 12,2024) at the Philippine Arena. The place is clean and the host is accommodating. Thank you ma'am Kath! Until our next stay.

Personally, I loved it cos I’m the type of person who loves going to the beach and the room will give you the beach/island vibe! Came from Boracay, straight from the airport this is where we stayed. Everything was great. I assumed it’s a new unit which I love cos you really can feel that “ah so nice everything’s new” I can tell by the smell of it hehe cos I’ve been to a different airbnb’s. I actually added this to my favorite airbnb list! Spacious, interior talaga is so nice!We’re very particular when it comes to BED AND COMFORTERS! Duhbest! Worth every penny! You guys should try it and see for yourself! ❤️

It was a great experience having a staycation with Jonathan place. The host was very responsive and accommodating with all our request especially with the last call request in revision of the guest. The place is 100% superd wonderful and clean. Easy access to the pool area, lounge and rooftop. On behalf of my Family, thank you for making our Christmas wonderful and memorable.

Check-in is fast and fast. The number of floors is high, so it's quiet.

The place was AWESOME! The unit, the furnitures and the modern fixtures were worth every single centavo I paid for. There were even tech gadgets inside his unit that I asked where he bought as I want one for my house too. The view from the balcony was majestic seeing the sunrise, and the sunset. This is place also comes with its own parking space, very convenient for someone like me who always drives. Gordon was responsive to all inquiries. His assistant Marie was also very helpful with everything needed. They made the entire experience absolutely amazing. This place is highly recommended!

Grace is the perfect example of a proactive and friendly host! 😊 She made our stay truly delightful. Her unit exceeded my expectations, especially with how spacious it is! 🏠 I loved the separation sliding door between the bedroom and living room—such a nice touch for added privacy. The only suggestion I have is to add a full-size body mirror (maybe in the living room?) so we can check ourselves out before heading out! 😄 Other than that, everything was wonderful. We had a lovely time and will definitely be coming back! No doubt I’ll be recommending this spot to anyone looking for a pleasant stay around the metro. Thanks again, Grace! 🌟💖
