The house was beautiful and in a perfect location. Everything was clean and well cared for. The owner was very responsive and detailed—we didn’t need to message them at all during our stay! Would recommend to everyone.

Girls weekend away and had a great time. House was beautiful and so was the view. Would definitely go back in the summer.

Great place. Extremely well stocked. The working fireplace and pool table were big hits. The requirement to pay $95 extra for sheets and towels took us by surprise -- even though it is mentioned in the house rules we missed it. Bob did offer that we could bring our own and avoid that extra charge so that is what we did.

We had 17 teens and six adults on a church teen retreat. Great accommodations with plenty of beds for all of us. Nice large kitchen to cook for everyone. Huge refrigerator to hold all the food. Nice large living room for us to all meet in and hang out. The kids loved the pool table. We all enjoyed our stay very much.

We had a great stay at John’s place! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. John was a great host—responsive and helpful throughout our visit. The four of us had a pleasant and relaxing stay, and we’d definitely recommend this Airbnb to others. Would happily stay again!

AMAZING VIEW!!! Loved waking up to the mountains each morning and enjoying the sunsets each evening. Such a cozy, yet spacious home. Our family of 7 were very comfortable and it was so peaceful and relaxing to come home to or hang out & also enjoy the outdoors. Especially loved the fire pit and sound of the creek. Comfortable beds and a short trip to town for great food and shops. Short drive to ski resorts & Woodstock not too far away. Would absolutely return.

This place was perfect inside and out. It looked exactly like the photos. It was unique and inviting. Nicholas was amazing with his communication, help, and we truly felt like he went the extra mile. The house was well stocked. The beds were very comfortable and the couches upstairs were a favorite place to relax and unwind. There was a nice place for a fire outside and plenty of wood. We would 100% recommend staying here!

Nancy is a responsive host who provides clear instructions and offers local recommendations. The apartment we stayed in worked perfectly for our ski weekend at mount snow with 2 teens. Plenty of room and amenities within to foster a fun and relaxed family weekend. The maple syrup for purchase was a delicious touch. Would definitely stay again if we returned to the area.

Alicia's place was cozy and comfortable, and the view of the river was gorgeous. A beautiful area, nice and quiet, but still quick and easy to get to local towns. We hope to stay here again the next time we're visiting family.

Liz is a very kind and accommodating hostess. We would definitely go back.

Catherine’s place was the perfect spot for our small group on a ski weekend. Location is great with enough near by for groceries and close to the mountains! She was super communicative and the house was well stocked with everything we needed.

The place was a wonderful place for a weekend getaway with my son and fiancé. The place was spotless, had everything you could imagine when it comes to visiting. I would definitely stay here or any else of their air bnbs!

We would highly recommend Corinna’s place to anyone. Our friends and I felt right at home and had a lot of room to move throughout the property. The location is above a Tavern with amazing food. The property itself is spacious, clean, and full of amenities. We ended up getting snowed in for a full day and were able to enjoy the property and turn it into a game day. Loved the place and enjoyed our stay!!

Alecia and John were meticulous hosts from the well curated guide book to their responsiveness when we had questions. All made for a wonderful family fourth of july! We look forward to returning.

We stayed at this Airbnb for my husband's birthday weekend and had a fantastic time! The location is absolutely beautiful—right on Otter Pond, offering breathtaking views, especially during foliage season. If you’re into fishing, you’ll love it here! The bass fishing was top-notch. The interior of the house was cozy and had everything we needed. One pleasant surprise was that the host allowed us to check in early since no one stayed before us. We were so grateful and thrilled to have a head start on our stay! The one thing to note is that the neighbors are closer than expected, so it’s not super secluded. Also, check-out at 10 AM felt a bit early, but it wasn’t a huge issue. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to anyone looking to relax, enjoy nature, and reel in some great fish!

This is a fabulous small cottage with a spectacular front porch view of Lake Morey, just 10 yards away. It has all the conveniences, is very clean and modern. Particularly valuable is having access to all the benefits of the Lake Morey Resort, which the cottage is attached to. That includes free canoes, kayaks, paddle boards, tennis courts and rackets, bikes, pool and work out room. It is a little pricey up front, but all those assets make it worth the expense. And the lake is so wonderful to spend time in and on!

To put it in a nutshell: I would love to buy this place! The house is located on a lovely, wide sandy beach (a rarity on Lake Mascoma). The beach is private, and away from the road. I always wondered who were the lucky people who got to use it. For a week it was me! It is the perfect location for a family gathering: clean sand, shallow water, kid friendly house, lots of toys, tons of outdoor rooms all comfortably furnished and only the sounds of the loons and the kids playing . Robin is very welcoming . She actually encouraged us to host our large family gathering here and let us set up a port a pot to accommodate a disabled guest. It was great to play all day, entertain all evening, and be able to put the kids down for a nap in their own beds whenever the need arose. We never had to leave! My only regret is the week is over!

Had a wonderful time staying in this home! Will definitely come back in the future. We felt very comfortable and safe.

Great stay at Alyson’s place. So nice to have access to the amenities at Eastman - we took the little ones sledding! Nice to have kids toys and books on hand too. House was perfect for what we needed and we’re thinking of coming back in the summer!

My partner and I had a great time at Colin and Robin’s lake house. It’s an excellent location right on the lake and the Northern Rail trail. We biked, kayaked (with loons!), and hiked nearby Mt. Ascutney. And it’s close to Lebanon for grocery stores and restaurants like Three Tomatoes - yum! The house is clean, cozy, and quiet with a lovely view. We enjoyed fire pits under the stars too. Colin and Robin were very friendly, responsive, and helpful hosts. Highly recommended!

Loved everything about our stay. Perfect location, worry-free parking, immaculately clean and comfortable. Communication with Stephanie was outstanding with everything we needed provided for us. We highly recommend Sunapee Harbor Cottages and would definitely stay again
