Steal of a deal for this place. Perfect for any couple or family looking to do a vermont ski vacation. Has all the amenities you need, it’s super spacious, it’s right by town, and it’s a short drive to stratton or bromley. Easy 5 stars.

A true gem in the mountains! This home was exactly what I was looking for a quick mountain get away. The view is stunning, the area peaceful and quiet. The home was very clean, comfortable, and cozy. The hottub was perfect and also clean. The home is about 30-40min from Hanover and it was an easy drive to get there. Hanover is an adorable college town with great restaurants! We will come back to this house again if we can!

We thoroughly enjoyed our extended stay at Kalyn’s Farm House. The house has very obviously been carefully curated to provide a homey, relaxing and charming environment, with a timeless quality that so suited the beautiful summer landscape and surroundings. Favorite things were playing guitar on the outside porch, the porch swing, the 33rpm album collection, the excellent farm stove, the stunning view from the upstairs bathroom, the book collection and a couple of leisurely baths in the claw foot bathtub. Oh! And I forget to mention the walks with our dog down through the meadow to the riverbank below for a daily splash and swim. The place is Eden. Don’t tell anyone!

Fantastic stay. Amazing amenities and someone even came to plow the driveway during our stay when it snowed overnight! So convenient to Stratton and several other area ski mountains and easy ride to Manchester. The house has everything. We especially enjoyed the spectacular fireplace in the family room. Would love to come back. Highly recommend.

Great place for a family getaway weekend! Cozy atmosphere in a very quiet neighborhood. We saw more wildlife than we saw the neighbors. Dirt roads to the cabin can be challenging in "mud season" but we were able to navigate through it all just fine. Kitchen was well-appointed and spacious. The open floor plan on the first floor provided plenty of opportunity to interact with the rest of our group even while doing separate activities in different spaces. We were having a mini family reunion and it was laid out perfectly for us. In cold weather a couple of upstairs bedrooms got very cold despite the good heating system in the cabin, but once under the ample bedding it was not noticeable at all. We slept comfortably each night. Stefan was very responsive and pleasant. As the weather changed in the days leading up to our stay he kept us abreast of the road conditions. His house rules were easy to follow.

We really enjoyed our 'short-term' (1 month LOL) rental! Everything was as expected from the reviews and photos. Home has everything you need to actually feel at home. Gigantic fireplace was the star of the show, and wood all split and stacked and ready outside the nearest door was appreciated. Property is remote which is good in that it is private and there's access to hiking trails (or ski-touring if enough snow, which there was during my stay). A mile or so down to the reservoir. It is a long drive to... anything, with a few miles of dirt/mud road to navigate, which is no problem unless/until there's a storm. Just be ready with the right type of vehicle for snow or mud as it is a hill. There's equipment for grilling over the fire, which I found to be a fun and better option for my steaks which were delicious. Todd checked in a few times, answered questions very promptly at all times in the process, and made some special accommodations for us. Highly recommend this property!

Not only would I stay again. I will seek it out when I return next year.

***** B E A U T I F U L ***** This was my family and my - most favorite AirBNB experience. Sarah was amazing as was literally every single detail of her home!! We can not be more grateful to have had the opportunity to spend time in such a special place. Morning coffee in the sunroom watching the sunrise light up Okemo as deer passed in the snow, to sitting by the warm indoor gas fireplace, to cooking in the well appointed and (clean everywhere) kitchen, eating at a lovely table - also good for a good Catan game, to toasty extra heated shower room, to multiple places to tend ski and snowboard equipment, to warming up in the outdoor spa, to lovely & comfy bedrooms and so much more was absolutely lovely. Every detail made our stay feel like home and a perfect vacation all in one. So close to town, shops, restaurants and the mountain for skiing and riding. Thank you again to Sarah for our wonderful time and memories!

Awesome place to stay! Great atmosphere, friendly host, and just 5 minutes from Killington. Very homie feeling with nice open spaces. Would definitely recommend!

Stayed at the property before Christmas. Worked out great for us and lovely little town.

We were coming up to VT to visit friends in Salisbury over the weekend, and this location was perfect as it was just down the road from our friends. This little cottage is extremely cozy and had everything we needed for an especially frigid winter night, it was well into the negatives with wind chill! The digital fireplaces (with heat) were so nice to have on a winter's night. We enjoyed watching a movie on the TV before turning in for the evening, then curled up in the cozy beds. The beds were made up with the softest, most cozy sheets I have ever felt (immediately ordered a set for ourselves after leaving!), and the mattresses were so comfortable. We especially loved that we were able to bring our (sweet and very well-behaved) husky with us, and she felt right at home as well! Will definitely stay again.

This house is the perfect killington stay. So close to pico and killington mountain. The fire place was great, it was soo cozy after a day on the mountain. Steve was very helpful on settling in! I will defiantly be back for another stay.

One of the best Airbnb I stayed in! Pamela was very sweet and responsive to my extra requests. She recommended places around the neighborhood and we were able to enjoy the foliage to the fullest. The place is better than the photos (which is rare to find in Airbnb postings)! The place was so cozy, spacious, homey, and private to enjoy a perfect weekend with family. Would recommend 100% and want to come again in a heartbeat.

We enjoyed our stay and it was very conveniently located to Stratton Mountain for a family ski weekend! House had been newly renovated and was in nice condition and there was a nice pellet stove that was very easy to use that kept the house super toasty! House was just the right size for our family, and was clean, comfortable and great location! There was also a basket of treats upon arrival and the parking pass for the mountain was an awesome bonus! We would stay here again!

Cagney is a great host, we group of 5 with kids decide to go for fall at Stratton and booked really late. We were worried if our booking gets cancelled but Cagney handled it very well. Thank you Cagney.

We stayed in the separate wing (3 rooms with a shared living room). The Inn (including rooms) is exquisite.. full off historic charm and with a lot of attention to detail. The Innkeeper / Our host, Andy, was wonderful , anticipating every need of our rather large party (7 people) and going above and beyond to make sure we have a perfect stay. We look forward to coming back!

Very close to ski trails, the cleaning crew team did an excellent job, and really easy to work with the Killington team.

A quick overnight with family on our way to western MA. Every staff person we talked with was helpful and friendly. It was off-season so things were pretty quiet. The beds were comfortable and all three bathrooms well supplied. The kitchen had most anything you would need. We chose to pick up our dinner from the onsite restaurant and eat in our room. The large pool was clean and the changing rooms had plenty of space.

Great stay at this location. Owner was friendly and very responsive. This is a large home with a bedroom on the main floor and 4 others upstairs. The kids room we call the Peter Pan room as it is right off of another room with twin beds. So cute! The house has tall ceilings and big rooms with real beds in each one to suit your guests. The home is a very special place where you are minutes to Woodstock but have true privacy and amazing views. A great stay. Will be back soon.

What a great condo in the best location! Unbeatable for the price. The condo was spotless, and had every amenity as described. Plenty of towels, soaps, kitchen necessities. Beds were comfortable! We really felt right at home. And the fire place was so nice! We’d definitely recommend this for a great weekend get away!

Cool ski house close to Manchester, Stratton, and Bromley. Many good restaurants within 5 minute drive. Everything as described. Lower level game room was awesome. Great views from large windows throughout the house. Highly recommend.
