As usual the place was nice and clean . A very comfortable and homey atmosphere and tastefully decorated! I always enjoy her places!

The overall experience is good. Just a reminder: the 1st and 2nd floors use separate doors and are not internally connected. However, the location is very close to Okemo and Killington, and the interior decoration is quite good for the price.

Great house, amazing location near Stratton, and Matthew was just great. He was super communicative, and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our stay. We'd love to return again.

Great place. Was a bit further from Stratton but close to Manchester and Rutland for food options. It is check in with the hosts - clearly in the instructions - which I overlooked upon booking. The place was just as described and the event brought over blueberry muffins which was a nice touch.

We had a great stay, lovely welcoming home and great location - short walking distance to nice places in town and 30min drive to either Sugarbush or Killington/Pico. Thank you!

This place was perfect for our group which consisted of two families with kids. Having all the bedrooms on one level and the living area on another was ideal. The large kids bedroom was great so the kids could all stay together while the parents each had their own rooms. The large kitchen/dining area gave plenty of room for us to eat and stay out of the cooking L. The extra large living room with double couches gave more than enough seating for everyone along with having the bonus beanbag pillows that the kids LOVED! Lots of space to ring in the new year! And the biggest perk of the house is that it is less than a 5 minute drive to Mount Sunapee to ski (or the beach in the summer). It isn't slope side but close enough that it almost felt like it. Definitely a place we will look to stay at again if/when we're in the area.

We had a great stay! The layout was just perfect for our group with lots of different spaces for us to spread out and a wonderful dining room and kitchen to share preparation and meals together at the end of each day! The location worked perfectly as we were in town for the NCAA Championships being held at Dartmouth . Hoping we can return again when we are back in the area! Friendly and super responsive host!!

The house was beautiful and in a perfect location. Everything was clean and well cared for. The owner was very responsive and detailed—we didn’t need to message them at all during our stay! Would recommend to everyone.

Natalia’s home was beautiful! We stayed for a winter ice fishing weekend with a few couples, including dogs and babies. The home was right on the ice, which was perfect for our purpose. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and be comfortable. The living room seating was particularly great- everyone always had a comfy spot to sit. We enjoyed our stay!

For a weekend or a week, this is an amazing location!

This place is a perfect lake getaway spot. Although I used it as a home base for a ski weekend it was beautiful to look out to in the morning to the frozen lake with the sun beaming onto it as we were getting ready for skiing. The house is designed in a way to be able to enjoy the beauty of the lake even if the weather is not hospitable outside. The way they set the house as there was no TV in the upstairs was a nice little retreat to when I was younger and not every room had a TV or peace of electronic distraction. It was peaceful to cook dinner and just enjoy the company of those who came and the conversations we had. Warning just be careful and slow on the main road when it snows but that isn't the best season for this house as summer time it must be spectacular.

Another wonderful stay at Linda's home! We have been lucky to enjoy her beautiful and welcoming home many times. Lots of family memories made over the years! We are grateful for the opportunity to visit and a caring and thoughtful host!

This was a great location for an excursion to Lake Morey and Dartmouth Skiway. Super cozy for my wife, daughter and I. Very comfortable and had everything we needed for a few days away. Rick met us upon arrival and brought us right into the guesthouse. He even provided a solid recommendation for dinner that night at an Italian spot in Bradford, VT. Would definitely recommend for a quick trip to the area. Great spot. Thanks Rick!

We had a great time at David's place. There was plenty of space with a nice open concept with a great view of the lake. We went in the winter so we couldn't get down to the lake but it was beautiful to see. We would definitely recommend David's place.

Great location and space. Clean, roomy, modern, and had all of the essentials needed. Good communication, but generally left us alone to enjoy our break, which I appreciated.

We loved Topher’s place. The place looked exactly like the photos, super clean and cozy. Beds were comfy and loved the available board games. Great coffee station and appliances. Quick access to area ski, super close to Magic and Stratton Mts. Everything was really wonderful and we look forward to visiting again.

Perfect place for our Labor Day weekend getaway! Direct access to the water, and accommodated our large group with everything we needed !

Mandi's place is awesome! We enjoyed the location on the lake and the proximity to Mount Sunapee. We were literally minutes from the mountain which makes this an ideal location any time of the year. We would love to come back in the nicer weather to enjoy the lake.

Melora’s home is lovely. The view towards the lake is breathtaking, especially with fresh snow. The home was clean and had every kitchen utensil/machine you could need. Most of our time was spent on the second floor and was such a great hang out spot for the 6 of us and enough space to do yoga as a group in the morning before heading to Mt Sunapee to ski/snowboard. Overall, Melora has a lovely home and she is very kind and always available to answer any questions or resolve any issues. Thank you Melora for letting us stay in your home.

Since we stayed over Christmas, our host went out of her way to put up a nice Christmas tree and some decorations which made it feel pretty magical for a home away from home. We felt very comfortable. The weather was extremely cold so she provided extra blankets that we didn't really need because the place was well insulated and cozy. The lake view was gorgeous as it snowed and froze over several days and we sat inside drinking tea and coffee watching it. We would love to enjoy this space in the summer to take advantage of the deck and dock down by the water.

Absolutely loved our stay at this cabin on the lake. The views are fantastic and it’s so cozy and quiet. It was an excellent place for our two small kids who said several times they wanted to stay forever. Host was very responsive and super flexible when we asked to check in early. Can’t recommend enough.

Words I don’t think can describe how amazing Herrick cove is!!! The house was even more beautiful than we could have hoped for!! The space was laid out beautifully and had everything and more!! Jen was super responsive gave detailed instructions and the place felt like home sweet home for our stay!! We can’t wait to book again hopefully next time during the summer months when we can get full use of the lake and all the amenities it has to offer!!! October was a little too chilly to go swimming haha!! Thank you so much for opening your wonderfully beautiful home!!
