Bree's home was delightful. The living room was open and spacious. The bedrooms were nice and warm with comfortable beds. We never used the kitchen, except to make coffee, but it seemed to have everything needed if you were going to cook. The home was immaculately clean and well stocked. All in all, we were very satisfied with our stay.

My group stayed here for a ski weekend at Okemo and had a great time. 5 minute drive from the mountain so very convenient. Brandon was a great host and even set up a telescope for us to use one night.

Terry and Lori are very friendly, the homemade blueberry muffin is so great! Best location, closer to the ski resorts. Very cozy home, we will definitely be back next ski season.

We had an amazing stay at this property! The house was spacious, making it perfect for our group, with plenty of room for everyone to relax after long days on the slopes. The location was incredibly convenient—just a short drive to the ski resort and close to local shops and restaurants. The house was stocked with everything we needed, from a well-equipped kitchen to cozy blankets and plenty of seating areas. We couldn’t have asked for a more comfortable and accommodating spot for our ski trip. Highly recommend for groups or families looking for a large, well-appointed house in a great location!

I had a wonderful stay! Everything was just as described. it was comfortable and we were greeted with a lovely bottle of wine. This place was perfect for our group which consisted of two families with kids. Having all the bedrooms on one level and the living area on another was ideal. The large kids bedroom was great so the kids could all stay together while the parents each had their own rooms. The large kitchen/dining area gave plenty of room for us to eat and stay out of the cooking L. The extra large living room with double couches gave more than enough seating for everyone along with having the bonus beanbag pillows that the kids LOVED! Lots of space to ring in the new year! And the biggest perk of the house is that it is less than a 5 minute drive to Mount Sunapee to ski (or the beach in the summer). It isn't slope side but close enough that it almost felt like it. Definitely a place we will look to stay at again if/when we're in the area.

This is a great house on a beautiful lake. Our winter visit had the added bonus of the lake being frozen! Both beautiful and fun to enjoy. The house is more spacious than it looks in the photos. Great jumping off point for tons of great outdoor activities. Rail to trail is just steps away. Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful long weekend here. The hosts were super quick to respond to questions and were helpful. The place is stocked better than any Airbnb we have stayed in before. It was so nice to be able to quickly make meals after a day skiing. We would highly recommend this place and its hosts and will plan to stay here again the next time we want to ski at Mount Sunapee.

Really one of my favorite places to stay. The home is cozy, has everything you could need, and right on the pond and a short drive to Sunapee mountain. Highly recommend it.

This is such a great place. In terms of getting into the house, the instructions are really clear. Rick responses really quick. The cabin is cozy and has lots of board games. The signal is not good but luckily we have WiFi. The house is close to the lake and the view is so pretty under snows. Me and my boyfriend are from South so we really have good time seeing the snow at the end of year. Highly Recommend this place to everyone for the winter!

The house was homely & had everything we needed. We spent Christmas there & the house was decorated which included a Christmas tree. Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway

This was a great place to stay! I was looking for a relaxing weekend and this place was perfect. The yard and back porch was great to enjoy the lake and it's very private. The inside is all updated while the outside maintains a rugged outdoor cabin in the woods setting. Great coffee station too!

We have been going to Sandpond every year for as long as I can remember. We love the lake and the area. Claudia's cabins provide us the ability to join our family there and have our own space. We absolutely love it and are already looking forward to next year!!

This was a great house for us.! We had 6 adults and 3 children, and everyone loved the house. There were wonderful games for the kids and nice spots for the adults to gather in the evening. We used the house over Thanksgiving when we had dinner with nearby family, and the location was great for us. We had a snowstorm and were able to park 2 cars in the garage which was a big help. We had several questions and the response to my emails through airbnb were very quick and helpful. The house was very clean. We loved it!

Very comfortable home with great views of the lake. About 15 minutes to skiing and 5 to stores and restaurants. The lighting in the main living room was too bright and not bright enough when the overhead lights were turned off. A table lamp or standup would have helped. Chris is an excellent host with great communication and the house speaks comfortable. We will rebook next year.

Topher and Nikki were amazing hosts. They responded quickly and were very accommodating during our stay. The house was very clean and in close proximity to everything! What a great location and an awesome vacation! We cannot wait to book their house again for further vacations!!

Mandi’s place was a dream! The lake was frozen while we were there but the place was super cozy and warm even without the fireplace. The views are amazing from every window. It felt like we were on a house boat.

Melora’s home is lovely. The view towards the lake is breathtaking, especially with fresh snow. The home was clean and had every kitchen utensil/machine you could need. Most of our time was spent on the second floor and was such a great hang out spot for the 6 of us and enough space to do yoga as a group in the morning before heading to Mt Sunapee to ski/snowboard. Overall, Melora has a lovely home and she is very kind and always available to answer any questions or resolve any issues. Thank you Melora for letting us stay in your home.

Since we stayed over Christmas, our host went out of her way to put up a nice Christmas tree and some decorations which made it feel pretty magical for a home away from home. We felt very comfortable. The weather was extremely cold so she provided extra blankets that we didn't really need because the place was well insulated and cozy. The lake view was gorgeous as it snowed and froze over several days and we sat inside drinking tea and coffee watching it. We would love to enjoy this space in the summer to take advantage of the deck and dock down by the water.

A comfortable and well-appointed cabin. Theres a good amount of space between the many bedrooms and having two living room/tv options. The kitchen is great for cooking in, fully stocked with all the dishes you'd need and some basic ingredients like oil and spices. Being right on the lake was fabulous and we enjoyed seeing locals ice-fishing and skating on the frozen water. Overall our stay was wonderful, and I would highly recommend Ryan as a host.
