Monthly Rentals in Quarter of Orleans

A fabulous stay at Lars’ apartment. Location was superb overlooking the sea and the wide sweep of Orient Bay. Swimming pool was fantastic (and deserted), a convenience store and pizzeria on the premises with great supermarket, deli and shopping a 5 minute drive away. The apartment was everything we needed it to be, very well equipped and comfortably air conditioned. We will definitely be back to St Maarten and will stay at Lars’ place again if it is free.

James was an exceptional host! He picked us up from the marina upon arrival and helped us get a car, always ready to assist with any issues. The Airbnb was stunning, with amazing views and a lovely pool. James' kindness and helpfulness made our stay truly memorable. We felt incredibly welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Excellent stay in a very pleasant studio. Very clean and very nicely decorated we had a lovely stay. The owner is very attentive and provided us with all the necessary information before arrival. A perfect and well-equipped setting. Nothing to say except that I recommend it!
