Monthly Rentals in Puriri

The accommodation was exactly as described. Booked 4 nights. We had expected a farm house and it was very period in furniture style. our hosts were very friendly and had passed on great local suggestions. The house was near a main road but it was very quiet at night. We arrived very late on our check-in as flight delayed from Australia. Kerri had stayed up to greet us which was very nice.. Sadly the town restaurants and supermarket had all closed and the accommodation had absolutely NO food provisions. We were starving until the next morning. Regardless we survived our 12+ hours fasting.

Julia is a wonderful host with a lovely Airbnb under her own home. The view is amazing and Julia even provided us with the makings for breakfast, including bacon and eggs. She was very helpful with recommendations and I can definitely recommend staying here.

great place on a fruit farm, we picked our blueberries for breakfast. Such a lovely location, great host...even met "flurry" the highland coo.. We will be back

What a FIND !! Our stay was far more enjoyable than in a typical air bnb since the hosts were impeccable not only with our space, their home and their property inclusive of their impressive gardening skills. There were many fruit trees and a well established veg garden tended to with care all situated on a private and lush one acre lot. The hosts were interactive, informative and welcoming and the unit was private and well appointed, very clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. To our delight the private outdoor eating area gave us access to stroll through the garden. Truly there was everything and more allowing us access for a relaxing and memorable stay. Surrounded by hiking, biking and swimming opportunities and a short and scenic drive to the wharf/waterfront and town close by. If you are looking for an upscale rural feel on a beautiful property please do share our joy and visit this lovely air bnb. Deborah and Peter from Canada
