Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Punta Mita

We only stayed for two nights but loved everything about the apartment and the location. The views of the marina were delightful, I’m from the rooftop Terrace. We can see even more of the surrounding neighborhood. It was just a short walk to the beach and we were there for the national holiday, it was great to see dozens of families enjoying the holiday at the beach.

Great place with a super convenient location! Host was welcoming, helpful and communication was easy! We really enjoyed unwinding on the terasse after a long day - the hammoc was the perfect napping spot! If you have heavy luggage with you, fair warning that getting there can be tricky due to the cobbled roads. We didn't know and had stopped at the boardwalk, lugging our things was a bit of a exercise!

My time at Francisco's place was quite good. Francisco helped with anything requested and was very quick to respond to queries or issues concerning the property. Like others noted, it is located on a steep hill, but this is great for exercise! The location is ideal if you want to walk to the Romantic zone or just around 5 de diciembre. Francisco's hospitality will make you want to return to Puerto Vallarta.

Just was extremely responsive. Place was just perfect. Next to a grocery store. Easy 20 minute bus ride to downtown or a quick Uber ride. Ubers available within 3 min. Super clean. Great view of bay and cruise ships. Rooftop pool. Security 24/7. Building very clean. Nothing bad to say about this place except that we would have liked to stay longer had we had the time. Thanks

Great deal! Lots of restos with delicious eats nearby, 10 to 15 mins away from Zona Romantica by car. Clean place, comes with washer and dryer, spacious bathroom. Great and responsive hosts!

We loved Mery’s place! It was nice and comfortable for my family and I. We enjoyed the location as it was really close to the beach/boardwalk and cute shops/restaurants. Would definitely stay again! Just know that there is a door that connects the two rooms:)

Everything was great, friendly host, good location

This is a great spot, 4 blocks from the beach and yet off the beaten track. Extremely comfortable and spacious, nice yard and patio area. The house stays nice and cool with the tiled floors, ceiling fans and AC. We really enjoyed the local neighbourhood, everyone was friendly. The taco stand across the street was great! We went to the market on Sunday and the local butcher shop and produce store and enjoyed cooking at home. Kathy and Miryam were very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. We would definitely come back!

I loved this casa the outdoor space was perfect tvs were great. it was easy to clean. kitchen was ok. beds were ok my master bedroom was beautiful, bed was a bit too hard for my back but it was clean and comfortable. washer dryer were good. I would return. neighbors were friendly too

This is the best Airbnb I've ever stayed at and I've been on the platform over 9 years! It was incredibly clean, extremely comfortable and had everything a guest could ever need in a home. It was an excellent choice for a group of 7 - we all had plenty of space to have meals and sit together both inside and outside. The pool was beautiful, private and so clean. There were extra chairs, umbrellas and lots of inner tubes to play outside. We cooked some meals in the fully stocked kitchen and it truly had everything you could dream of needing, even down to decorative straws and cups. Jeffry was a phenomenal host all the way around and we also appreciated having Yesenia, the cleaner in the mornings. This far exceeded our expectations and we'd love to return.

everything perfect , the house super comfortable and clean !! we loved everything was close . the coto super agusto and we loved having the jacuzzi in front of the house !! We had a little bump with the keys and quickly they solved us and took us duplicado so we could get in 😁 would stay again🙂.

Rodolfo was a caring and responsive host. He responded within less than 5 minutes of any questions we had. We needed some additional linens and a clothes line and he came over the same day to deliver and install! The house was clean and everything worked well. It is a beautiful house with upgraded appliances and furniture 😊 The location is a little further from the beach than expected but the community is wonderful! We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Rodolfo as a host!

This airb&b is homey and you also get a bit of a hotel service with it. A cleaning lady will come 2 days of the week, clean, change the sheets and towels. The AC cools off the apartment quickly. The water pressure in the shower was excellent. The fridge has filtered water, you can refill your bottles. There is a bus stop across the street. Beach access, pool and jacuzzi. Another amenity is the restaurant on the property that is tasty and reasonably prized.

Wonderful introduction to Vallarta. High floor with great vis to the West and South Bay. Kitchen had cooling essentials upon arrival and everything functioned well. Isabelle was very good to work through some noise issues with neighbors that were partying late. Being onsite, She met with the council office to communicate or concerns. Be prepared to deal with the club noise from beach club Chicobal across the creek afternoons until 10 pm Fri-Sun. This issue is out of the control of the Venetian property and the unit owner so there is nothing they can do about it as it is approved by the local governance. Love the property and Isabelle as a traveler.

Great stay at Delcanto for a family vacation (2 adults, 3 teens). The condo is in good condition, well furnished, has beautiful views (we were able to see whales and dolphins from the balcony, bring a binocular if you have one) and a good layout (comfortable stay for 5 people). Kitchen is well equipped (high-end gas stove was nice) and beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are somewhat dated but large and functional. Delcanto is a quiet property with beautiful grounds, nice infinity pools and an easy beach access. The beach is sandy (no rocks unlike other beaches in the area), has a lot of chairs and umbrellas and property staff are friendly and helpful. Great communication, local activities and restaurants recommendations from Paul and Mariana. No crowds, noise or timeshare pitches - a peaceful paradise. We rented a car so getting to places and buying groceries was easy, otherwise would need to cab everywhere (there aren’t many things walking distance). Would definitely stay again

Sean's place is very nice, it has a nice view from balcony and entrance, very clean, Air Conditioners are working. There are only a few small issues that are fixable, the second bedroom blinds don't block the light coming from entrance and it can be a little noisy when people are walking by the entrance. Otherwise we had a great time there.

I have officially extended my stay at this exact condo for a 2nd time on this trip. if that doesn't tell you everything, I'm not sure what will. But here's a shot: balcony with a view of the ocean. 4th floor terrace with panoramic views of Vallarta. Hot tub, gym, pools. Area has a "local vibe" to it which i love. Inside of condo is 2bed 2bath with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, blackout shutters in the living area to keep things cool. Communication has been excellent with both the host and the helpful staff. Yes, the street is a little steep, but Uber has made it up here every time. You could also choose to hike it and burn off those calories from all the delicious food nearby. I would gladly stay here again next time I'm in Puerto Vallarta.

Alain's property was absolutely perfect for a quiet, relaxing stay in Puerto Vallarta. The suite was the perfect size for two couples and very comfortable. The rest of the complex is stunning. There is a large, lower pool area just above the ocean with a 30 m pool for anyone who would like to swim laps as well as a rooftop pool area which had stunning views and a beautiful pool. As one other review mentioned, the listing does not mention the incredible food available on site. You can order for room service or eat at the restaurant. We ate there quite frequently as the food was excellent and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. That being said the property is on the edge of the Zone Romantica which is easily reachable via the beach or a short Uber ride. We had excellent meals at both Bonita Kitchen and La Palapa which were recommended by the host. Alain was very helpful and responsive. We briefly lost hot water and the problem was fixed within 3-4 hours.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The views were amazing! The place was clean, super comfortable king size bed and well stocked kitchen. It was walking distance to the local grocery store and safe to walk. Love that we had access to the beach as well. Host was very responsive. We would stay here again.

Beautiful views! Bring your binoculars, whales, rays all from the balcony view. Resort next door was very handy and convenient. Uber was great to and from the condo. We had a great time and thank you so much for allowing us to have a later check out since we had a later flight. Host is very kind and responsive!
