The place is a heaven. Surrounded amidst hills and forests, this place provides a perfect escape from the city hustle. The views were breathtaking and the cottage was very well done. Anees was super helpful in providing clear instructions en route to the cottage while also arranging for anything that we required. The caretaker Justin was also very helpful in getting anything that we needed. Overall a great experience, will visit again :)

We had a wonderful stay! The family was incredibly warm, welcoming, and flexible with our check-in time. Their home is beautiful, and they were always so kind and helpful, assisting us with anything we needed at any time. I highly recommend this place!

A Hidden Gem in Wayanad! Fawz’s stay is a peaceful escape, in the heart of a tea estate, with complete privacy. Though the rest of Wayanad was already feeling the heat of early summer, the moment we entered the property, the temperature noticeably dropped—likely due to its elevation. The house itself remains naturally cool throughout the day. Night was pleasantly cool, and the morning was misty, it was nice to walk through the estate. Fawz was an exceptional host—attentive, welcoming, and always ready to help. The property is well-maintained and spotlessly clean, with a friendly and accommodating staff. A special mention to Sarojini Chechi’s delicious meals! My only regret is having just a single-day break—next time, I’ll be coming for at least 3-4 days for sure! Highly recommend.

One of the best part of the stay would be your host, Maheshan uncle & Reena aunty. They are super friendly and very accommodative. They will try their best to help us as much as possible .I wish I could stay with them for longer. It was an amazing experience staying at their ancestral home which is very well maintained. Commutation to the place after reaching nearest railways station is via bus/auto. Parking space is available on the premise so can bring your own vehicles. Roads are good. If you want to rent out bike or car, make sure to request in advance. They will try to help arrange for a rental, if you are not brining your own vehicle. Pleasant and calm place. Climate is typical tropical though. Hot summers. Basic grocery available at walkable distance. If you travel lil distance there are big supermarkets. Premise has Power back up. Fridge & Washing machine. Basic Cutlery in the kitchen with stove Broadband internet with Wi-Fi
