Awesome stay with Lyn, beautiful place and surroundings, quiet and secure. Nice airy, clean accommodation, 100% resembles pictures. Good choice of pillows, comfortable bed and heat pump was a bonus. Would definitely stay again.

Charming home in a wonderful location. Walking distance into Cambridge town, and on the main road for easy access for our trips to Hamilton Gardens, Waitomo Caves and Hobbiton. Lots of local cafe and restaurant recommendations provided by host, which was really helpful. The house had everything we needed for a few nights' stay - comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, fast wi-fi, lovely garden for enjoying the sun. Check-in and check-out process was well-communicated and easy, with a very responsive and helpful host. Highly recommend and we'd definitely come back!

Gorgeous little getaway, extremely tidy and well appointed, felt like a home away from home. Hosts extremely proactive and friendly. A private little retreat that I couldn't recommend highly enough! Thank you, I would definitely book again!

I visited CJs place over the new year and it was a very relaxing and peaceful way to celebrate new years. It's dog friendly and had a secure yard for my little dog to run around in. The cottage was easy to get to and CJ provided very clear instructions and photos which helped to find it. CJ was also very nice and proactive with communication. I would definitely visit again next time I'm in the area.
