Great place to stay, good value and Chris was excellent ! We received clear instructions for check-in, check-out and a comprehensive list of tips and advices of what to do, where to eat and where to go. Chris is a great host & location of the unit is perfect for a good staying in Kaua’i . Would definitely come back and stay in this unit in the future. Well recommended.

Loved staying at Katie’s place! It was so clean, cozy, & in a great location. Very accessible to tour the island. Lots of good restaurants & stores in the Coconut Market right next-door. Both beds were very comfortable & the little workspace/dining table/Wifi was helpful for my husband who had to do some remote work. The balcony was lovely to sit on. We had a peekaboo view of the ocean from it. The walking path was beautiful. Loved the reverse osmosis water filter, shower filter, & especially the lack of any mold & heavily fragrant cleaning products due to our sensitivities. They put in a lot of care and upkeep to keep it so clean & mold free which is very hard to do, in a humid warm place like HI. When using the a/c could not detect any mold smell-unusual for HI. Roosters & chickens are all over Kaua’i. You will hear them through the night, so please do not mark the Airbnb down for this. Earplugs/noise cancelling headphones work great. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our week in Kapaa. The oasis as I call it is so easy to walk from to the beach and town. Some commented about noisy chickens but it just felt peaceful and like being way out in the country. I enjoyed the lovely grassy area and swings and places to watch sunset and meet other guests or just soak in the beauty. Matt was helpful with random questions and all Margaret’s info re local tips were so great. We felt so much at home in this charming cozy bungalow!! Mahalo
