apartment on a quiet street but very close to the main streets very convenient to visit the city on foot, everything is nice house as described, to access there are two nice flights of stairs that are a little steep, but beyond this nothing to say, the children really liked the mezzanine with the hammock. In fact, it is a very nice space. The only downside is that the adults x access it. You have to be careful not to bump your head at the beams a little low. Overall a good experience.

We were allowed to spend an unforgettable week in this charming agriturismo near Lago di Bolsena. Already upon entering I felt a warm and quaint atmosphere. During my stay, I realized that this is not only about the premises. It is the overall experience that makes this place special. Sounds weird, it's like that. The surrounding nature, the peace and especially the breathtaking view of the lake has made an experience every morning. We will not forget to wake up with this panorama. The local people were always discreet, but always on hand when I needed something. A big thank you for this special time that I was allowed to spend here!

Carla was super welcoming despite our delay due to traffic jams. The space was spotless, clean, it smelled good. Small + for the bathroom which is really great! Thanks again! ☺️

Irene was a very nice host and took care of us really well. She even baked us a home made apple cake as a welcome gift! We originally booked 3 nights but because we had a 8m old baby with us, the hot Italian summer temperature became a slightly an issue for us as it was difficult for our daughter to settle into her daily sleep routine. Irene was kind and understanding of our situation. We were able to work out a plan to shorten our booking and she offered to find us alternative stay as well given her other rooms are already booked. From one parent to another, we are really appreciative of her understanding and willingness to work with guests due to unforeseen circumstances that are outside of everyone’s control.

Lovely little place, thank you Francesco and his dad who had loads of stories to tell about Guardea. Just a note, I understood that the garden was shared but thought that the two parts of the house had private terraces let's say. But no the whole garden is shared, by including table etc. which is nice, but also better to know, for who has a dog for example

I spent a wonderful weekend at the "Mamma Giulia" apartment, surrounded by nature but a short walk from the bustling city. The structure is cozy, clean and well cared for, surrounded by an enchanting garden, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beauty of the landscape. In addition, the well-equipped gym is a great plus for staying active even on vacation. The location is perfect: you can enjoy the tranquility of nature during the day and, in a few minutes, you can reach the city center. We were greeted by Lorenzo, an always smiling and helpful host who has gone above and beyond to make us feel at home, offering valuable tips about the area. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and restorative experience, without sacrificing the comforts of city life.

We were allowed to enjoy a wonderful vacation with Klaus at very short notice. The pictures don't come close to how great this place is. Klaus was a great host, always quickly accessible, gave us plenty of tips for the area and told us a little about the history of the Torre di Pornello. We'd love to come back and highly recommend this property.

We loved our stay at Angela’s accomodation! The setting was amazing, the apartment was perfect and Angela was very helpful. The view from the pool over Spoleto was also fantastic.

Their availability and courtesy made the stay more than pleasant, making us feel at home, A very positive note, it goes to the pool for our exclusive use only. What you see in the photographs and what you find 100%. If you want to recharge your batteries and be in Umbria, it's the center. Thank you again for everything Claudio and Adriana, also for the carbonara and liquor tastings. We will tell you about how the Pici will come out at the crow here in Brescia here in Brescia.

We spent a week in this wonderful secluded house and enjoyed every minute. Here you can relax wonderfully, enjoy the fantastic view, explore every corner of the garden, refresh yourself in the pool and cook extensively in the well-equipped kitchen. The house is so detailed and tastefully decorated and its stone walls and floors offer coolness at night. There is plenty to discover and visit in the nourishing and wider surroundings. All a fantastic experience.

Debora Laura Stella is a great host, Friendly, Helpful and very nice so is her husband . they supplied us with fresh fruits, yogurts,milke, Water, coffee,tea and much more.had a very good time in a quiet area. Beautiful and comfortable place, complete with everything, it's like being at home. has Large Parking and beautiful view from the Terrace which has setting are with table, Chairs, Bench and Umbrella. I wouldn't hesitate to book again.

We had wonderful week at Monika's and Pino's property. The houses, garden and pool are unbelievably beautiful and superbly maintained, it is truly a green oasis in the middle of the lovely village. Both Pino and Monika were very welcoming and supernice hosts. They showed us around the area and were just lovely to be around. The villages around San Lorenzo di Nuovo were also well worth the visit, displaying some of the remarkable etruskan buildings and heritage. We can highly recommend staying here, you will enjoy every minute of it. Thank you, Monika and Pino, for such a lovely holiday.

A gigantic house, tastefully decorated. Services far beyond our expectations. And especially hosts of extreme kindness. Very thoughtful and very friendly. Fabrizio and Andrea made us want to come back to Italy. And the day we come back, we will inevitably spend in the area. And even if there would be only 2 of us and so the house would be way too big for us, we will of course visit them to dine together one evening. Thank you for everything!!!
