Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Province of Terni

There is little more to say than simply, worth it. Not only is Saragano one of the most beautiful small villages I have ever visited, matched by the simply stunning scenery that surrounds it, but also by this very Airbnb. Gabriele and Teresa were some of the most accommodating hosts that I have ever had the pleasure to work with, being very openly communicative and straightforward with their instructions, and welcoming you as if you were returning your own home. The place itself is quaint and beautiful, being a very traditional place whilst still having all the amenities of the modern world. I simply cannot recommend La Piazzetta enough and will be returning at some point in the future, ready to see even more of Italy than before.

Don't hesitate to book! We loved the apartment more than expected - after walking a few days on the St. Francis Way, Piediluco was a perfect place to spend a rest day. The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed to cook dinner at home after visiting the small grocery a half block away. The location three floors up was very peaceful with fantastic views over the lake and we watched the Olympic rowers go by from the balcony - the street below would likely be bustling had it not been off-season. We also enjoyed the hike to a nearby castle. Would love to visit again!

Cecile's cottage is absolutely charming in every way. Beautifully artful in all her aesthetic touches. Spacious, remarkably light-filled given its location inside the walls of the medieval borgo. A pleasant very functional kitchen. Peace and privacy. Cecile herself is a very simpatico, lively conversation, thoughtful and generous. I advise when coming here, especially with a wheelie bag on foot, you do not come via the Porta Romana. It's a long walk. Best to look for the much closer porta two minutes from her house. also near a great grocery store. Restaurants inside the borgo are a bit far and up and down. Be prepared to hike. But it's all lovely!!

Beautiful house in the beautiful town of Todi, little square in front where you can hang out in the evening. Perfect location for exploring Umbria

Photos and descriptions didn't fully describe this antique jewel. We were surprised to find a very charming 2 floor home in a secluded olive grove. Nobody else lives in a radius of over 500 meters, our dog was happy to roam around freely. Quarry stone walls, beautiful old inner doors, floor tiles and wooden beams give the feel of a 200 years old house. However, the kitchen, TV, bathrooms, warm water, windows and main doors are perfectly functional. We much enjoyed the large covered terrace, to grill in the outdoor fire place and loved to use the fireplace inside. Historical Todi was a surprise, in fact we found it even more interesting than beautiful Assisi and Orvieto. Irene sent us a long list of shops, restaurants and interesting places to see. Our favourite was the wine tasting at Todini. We can definitely recommend this place and would be happy to return anytime!

We had a wonderful stay at Matthew's home in MORRUZZE, Italy. This lovely home was the perfect base for exploring Umbria, an idyllic area of Italy. Matthew provided a comprehensive list of recommendations in the region. We ate many amazing meals in the local restaurants. The home is comfortable while giving the feel of living in an earlier time. Despite the Summer heat we stayed cool in the home and enjoyed the evening breezes from the beautiful shuttered windows. This review would not be complete without a mention of Mario, the caretaker. Despite my very poor Italian, Mario and I were able to communicate and I came to adore him and look forward to his visits. He came bearing presents of figs and eggs. Thank you Mario and Matthew!

We loved the house and the location was perfect. Friendly neighborhood. Walkable to center of town. Highly recommend this house. Having a working fireplace was a bonus. Great Pizza place Vigno a few streets over. We will be back in Vignanello in May for a wedding, hopefully the house will be available.

I was looking for a place where I could unwind, read, and enjoy a relaxed morning coffee. Cristina and Enrico’s place did not disappoint. Stunning views in every direction, and the terrace is the perfect spot to relax. The kitchen makes you want to cook, and the neighborhood is friendly and helpful. Also Cristina and Enrico were so helpful, recommending great bars, restaurants and activities, and they were always available. Would come back anytime!

I truly have trouble putting into words how WONDERFUL this place is. BELIEVE the photos because it’s actually more beautiful in person. The place is PRISTINE but comfy. Achim made us feel right at home. If you have the chance make this a bucket list place to stay, you WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!!

Marta and her brother Sandro were great hosts. Sandro let me check in early after a long trip from the US. The large apartment is the home of a former Contessa, very spacious, bright with beautiful frescos overlooking the popular Market Plaza with shops and restaurants. The apartment is easy to map to, I took a bus as close as I could get to the old city center. I enjoyed my stay, good shower water pressure and comfortable bed. Thank you Marta and Sandro!

Fabulous place to stay for 2 nights during our Italian road trip. From start to finish everything was perfect. Communication was excellent and directions were great. We parked safely just nearby. The apartment was very very nice! Spotlessly clean and very comfortable..best nights sleep of my trip so far! A short stroll to the lake and restaurants etc where you can sit and relax with the locals. A very special place to relax and unwind. No hesitation in recommending this gorgeous spot to you all.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Maurizio's place. He was there to greet us and walked us through the apartment, sharing everything we might need to know. As mentioned from others, we were welcomed with a beautiful tart made by his mother. Maurizio not only made restaurant recommendations, but he made reservations for us at a very popular place in Orvieto which was authentic and delicious. The surroundings from the apartment are stunning and you can see the Duomo from the road on the drive up.

Beautiful location and even more if possible with Host Daniela! Warm welcome that makes you feel immediately comfortable, we stayed 7 nights and we found in the fridge and pantry full of everything.Oil produced by them, local wine products and snacks for breakfast. We even arrived at 1:00 pm and we didn't even have the problem for lunch, there was pasta, the tuna and the beautiful tomatoes produced by you. Very clean and cool house despite the suffocating heat of July, with a nice air conditioner that cooled the entire room. Our trust that ran happily in the large and well-kept garden while we had an aperitif or eat out on the beautiful outdoor patio. Ideal for couples, a lot of privacy, internal parking on the property and many amenities within walking distance, supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, tobacco shop. There would be much more to say but go there and you'll find out. Thank you Daniela for everything, Armando and Marina.

Staying at Riccardo's was a real pleasure. The place is stately, clean and well furnished, with lots of light and plenty of space. Riccardo was an attentive, present and caring host. When we arrived, he had already lit the fireplace, a gesture that we really appreciated and that made the atmosphere even more welcoming. We will definitely be back to enjoy the wonderful porch in the hot season!

Superb villa for 12 guests. 10 mns drive to a fabulous town or stay at home in comfort including an excellent pool surrounded by Impressionist views. Teresa is a gem. Pia recommended Eugenio and Pasquale of Italian Show Cooking and they produced a magnificent eight course banquet for my wife's 70th birthday party. This villa holds a very special place in our hearts and the hearts of our guests. Cman you give more than five stars?

We loved Sabrina's place! The house was beautiful and property was so peaceful. Everything was like the pictures, plenty of space for 6 of us (4 adults + 2 children). Sabrina gave us great recommendations for local restaurants and things to do that were a short drive into town, and she was extremely responsive via whats app for our other questions throughout our stay. We did a day trip into Montepulciano - 1.5 hr drive away so very conveniently located. Would love to be able to stay here again if we make it back to Italy!

Andrea's house is even more beautiful than in the photos. We had a wonderful weekend in a spacious villa of very recent renovation with bright windows (equipped with mosquito nets!), a relaxing patio and a bucolic garden with direct access to the lake. We relaxed on the loungers to listen to the water thaw. The interior is tastefully decorated, the kitchen is very modern and equipped with everything. Andrea was extremely helpful with all kinds of times and tips. The house was extra clean and the beds were very comfortable. Discovering the beauty of the lake and its surroundings was a surprise. We will definitely be back!

The villa is immaculate. Tons of space, beautiful setting and Claudia was amazing to communicate with.

Nicokai was one of the best hosts I've had so far. He was always available and took care of problems immediately (e.g. the pool was full of leaves and insects after a storm, whereupon he initiated a pool cleaning directly upon request). The house was really very nice and we felt very comfortable with our group of 6. Shopping is also provided, although about 15 minutes away by car, the supermarket was perfectly equipped and very well placed in terms of value for money. I would book this place again anytime - a clear recommendation!

So happy we had the chance to stay here. We'll always remember the beauty and deep sense of peace.
