The pictures actually don’t do justice to this beautiful property. We had two weeks here, as two families and we had absolutely everything we needed for a restful happy holiday. The views are out of this world. The peace is incredible. The farmhouse has a gracious rustic charm and the pool is so inviting. Pier kept in touch with us so well and is very responsive -if you get a chance tour the winery and eat at the restaurant it’s fantastic. Its located down a long bumpy track so go slowly but its worth the travel!!! 5 stars in every way!!!

We enjoyed the house with the birds singing and the beautiful view. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for peaceful escape from the hustles of life. It would require a vehicle to access the property. Both Gabriella and Luka were gracious hosts and were helpful with our stay at their beautiful house.

The studio is very functional, tidy and in a very quiet area, with a nice view of the surrounding countryside. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need and everything is working well. Getting to the village is not easy on foot (about 1 km of climb with a good slope) but with the car it is 2 minutes from the apartment. Very comfortable bed and renovated and very clean bathroom. The welcome of Matilde and her family was very warm and thorough in illustrating services and instructions. Highly recommended property.

If you are looking for peace, nature and relaxation, you will find it here. There were three of us staying at the beautiful Molino Verde cottage (Apartment Ginestra) for a week and we enjoyed every moment. The apartment, the property, the garden in the olive grove and the fantastically clean and large pool are indescribably beautiful. Have visited places such as Spello, Bevagna, Montefalco, Assisi, Todi and Orvieto. Everything is easy to reach by car. Finally, there was always a refreshment in the pool. BBQ and washing machine are also available. We lacked nothing. Even in the olive oil there are cozy places with hammocks to relax. Thank you very much for the warm hospitality of Nicoletta and Fabiana, who were so sweet and accommodating. Also a very warm thank you to Saskia, who accompanied us from booking to saying goodbye. All the best, a presto family Roth Ps. Molino Verde's olive oil tastes excellent and we took stock for home right away.

The house is absolutely fantastic, nestled in the middle of olive trees with onbustructed views of the countryside and nobody else at sight! The house is cozy, familiar and everything is there to make you feel at home! Each room is spacious, clean and comfortable to enjoy magnificent Umbria! Flaminia is really helpful and Sergio’s occasional presence is very helpful! We seriously enjoyed our time at the house being a party of 6 with 2 kids! The garden and the swimming pool were absolutely superb! The overall experience was absolutely marvelous!

It was the second time we visited Alessias AirBnB and is was just awesome. Just love this place, the area, the pool and the nice apartments. It's the perfect place for a group of 16 friends (but also for families) to relaxe and enjoy the time. The kitchen is perfect for nice dinner-partys under the beautiful tree. Alessia and Massimiliano are the best hosts we could imagine! We will definitely come back to this magical place, thanks to Alessia and Family for having us again!

We had a great stay here. Quiet and private though not too far from the main road and the lakeside town of Bolsena. Wonderful pool with sunshade and sunbeds provided, amazing view over Lake Bolsena, clean apartment, comfy beds, lovely outside (if you want) eating set up, tennis court, table tennis, table football, gym, friendly welcome ... what more could you want. With regards to visiting the area, the location of Agriturismo Pomele is ideal - overlooking Lake Bolsena and very near lots of pretty hilltop towns. We visited Pitigliano, Sovana, Sorano, Orvieto, Bagnoregio, and of course Bolsena a few times. All really interesting towns with quaint streets to wander down, towers to climb, Cathedrals to marvel at and generally the odd cave or 2. Whilst driving around, you cross the border from Lazio to Umbria and also Tuscany, which is interesting as each area varies from each other a little. I always forget but a hint I'd tell myself for next time, is to pack a few mini 'essentials' for when you stay at AirBNBs such as this so that you don't have to go buying new stuff every time. Such as: washing up liquid, dishcloth, salt and pepper grinders, seasonings that you use a lot ... They provide tea towels and the other usual towels. Apparently you can buy Olive Oil and Wine from there which I wish we'd known before buying a huge bottle on the way. My fault as I should have just asked! Anyway, these are minor things really - just as an add-on! Thanks Clara and team - we hope to be back one day!

We spent Easter at Sabrinas place (4 adults and 2 children) there was plenty of space and the pool and the gardens were lovely. Sabrina cooked a wonderful meal for us too. The house is beautiful but some attention to detail would be needed for it to really stand out (decluttering and better cleaning)The kitchen is quite small but we mainly ate out. Belvedere pizzeria was great! There are many cats around which our children loved and the owners dogs visit too.

A secluded hide away in an Umbrian olive grove: I would certainly recommend coming here. The nature is wild and peaceful, the host is an intelligent, conscientious city dweller turned organic olive farmer, and a very kind and generous host! We felt entirely at ease in our cozy and basic room+kitchen/living room. You have your own part of the garden with privacy and shade, an absolutely stunning view, colourful sunsets and (most importantly!) hammocks. The house is cool in the heat, and the nearby town Ficulle has a lot to offer, including a trendy cocktail bar, slow food restaurant, hot springs and historic buildings. The gravel road is part of the charm and easily traversable. In the distance you’ll hear the ever so slight hum of the highway and you’ll need a car to get around. You’ll want to explore the area, including Orvieto and the many small towns. If you’re not sure what to do; Francesco had many home made folders describing all the highlights.
